[B][U]September 2005[/U][/B] During the discovery phase of the law suit it is discovered that if Tommy Cornell does not make TCW the highest rated wrestling show in North America he will lose control of the company to his investors. The date of the power transfer is set for November 28, 2005. [B][U]Mid November 2005[/U][/B] The investors name James Clayton head booker, effective December 1, 2005. Mr. Clayton promises changes.
