help question about definitions

hey, if i have overlooked these then i am sorry. but i need some help. i need to know where i can find what everything under the trainging/fitness reigeme is, and what it helps, i.e. Roadwork....what is it, and what does it affect. that sort of thing, once again, im sorry if i have over looked where it might be, but if someone could point me in the right direction that would be fantastic. thanx.

Road work is running and is good for stamina Physical strength is self explanatory Cardio works on your cardio-vascular system and is good for stamina Speed and Flexibility is self explanatory Muscle Mass is good for power and increasing weight Weight Loss is self explanatory
