mcsimfan
Do the players that are not on scholarship develop slower or are they less likely to reach their potential? Is there any advantage to putting a guy on scholarship (using the editor) iafter he has been on your roster without a scholarship?
mcsimfan
Anyone? When using bad teams (low prestige), I have seen players that are not on scholarship with potential equal or better in a couple of rare occasions to players on scholarship. It seems like the non-scholarship players fail to ever grow to their potential even with good coordinators. I was just wondering if there was some part of the AI that kept the non-scholarship players from fully developing? If so, are their plans in future releases that would let you move a non-scholarship player to scholarship without using the editor? Perhaps with a button the roster screen? Seems like this granting of scholarships to non-scholarship players after a couple of years of paying their dues and when the school has an avaailable scholarship is something that is a part of college football. Rockpsl76
I have a non-scholarship TE who is currently 2.5/4.0 as redshirted SO. He's tied with only 2 other guys on my team for most potential.
