Trackersan
I started a new game and have run a couple of shows having the distribution set as internet. Other games I've gained 0.1% popularity in every region in the world after using this set up. In my current game I've gained nothing (except in my home region...2.5% actually...thank you). I'm just curious if anyone else has noticed this since installing the 1.3 temp patch.
Blackman
Keep in mind that it doesn't go above a certain percentage. I don't think every wrestling fan spends his bandwidth on dowloading free matches. If it does go above, I have the same problem since it doesn't rise as well. kettley
My popularity stopped growing via the internet after applying the temp 1.3 midgame. Not sure if it is linked or if it only effects previously existing saved games.
Monkeypox
Okay, I should know this, but where is this mythical temp patch?
xfactor9600
in the support/tech forum a few spots down. I have applied the patch and am still gaining popularity through the internet.
mvargus
I put in the patch and I'm still growing worldwide popularity through internet distribution. However, I noticed that you only gain in the internet if your show rating is at least one full letter grade above the popularity where you had your show. Basically it works out that people won't download the show unless the locals who went and watched in the arena are talking about how great it was and how this show is worth downloading, etc..
