Ring Of Honor: A Bid Farewell

Recommended Posts

Backstory To Ring Of Honor
Ring Of Honor debuted in 2002 and has made a large impact on professional wrestling all over the world. ROH has made it's presence known in America, England, and Japan. Ring Of Honor has seen many faces come through it's lockeroom and many have become some of the biggest in the business. Paul London, AJ Styles, Brian Kendrick, CM Punk, just to name a few. None of those names meant as much as that of one man. That man is Samoa Joe and he has recently left Ring Of Honor to focus on TNA. Samoa Joe could be the most influential star to ever work in ROH. This bid farewell could either make or break ROH, and that is where the journey starts. Jeff Hardy Randy Orton drew with Ric Flair WWE RAW was able to pull of a pretty good rating with a 26.59 on the USA Network. This led the USA Network to 3rd place for Monday's ratings. WWE Roster Moves WWE made a load of changes, and quite possibly the biggest change possible to make. Brian Kendrick, one half of the WWE Tag Team champions, switched to ECW. Also, Vickie Guerrero and Lillian Garcia switched, Guerrero to RAW and Garcia to ECW. The monsterous The Great Khali switched back to ECW. The Great Khali has been on every brand in WWE. And in huge news, WWE Champion and WWE World Tag Team Champion, John Cena switched to ECW. This is huge news and some see this to be the uprising of ECW. TNA iMPACT! They released some moderatly big stars on their roster and some backstage workers. The following were released by the WWE Monday: Vickie Guerrero Little Bastard Trinity Josh Matthews Steve Romero Jonathan Coachman Jack Doan Jim Korderas Mike Chioda Eric Bischoff Lillian Garcia Brooke Sgt. Slaughter Gerald Briscoe TNA also had a release Monday with the release of Frankie Kazarian. Kazarian had been in Raven's faction and had been said to be promising. Now Kazarian is going to be working full-force for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla. Various Notes On Japanese Wrestling New Japan Pro Wrestling droped the brand split from the company and will become combined once more. This has been said to be a smart idea from NJPW getting ready for a total takeover of Japan. Also in New Japan Pro Wrestling news, Masao Tayama was released from his contract because he was just a space taker and a waste of money. Asami worked as a backstage consultant and referee in his tenure with NJPW.
This is a increase from any of last months shows. It is said that the recent roster moves have helped ECW out. WWE With More Roster Moves It was revealed through the WWE Smackdown! tapings that Trevor Murdoch has apparently been switched to the Smackdown! brand. It isn't gauranteed to be correct, but there is good chance that he will be on the Friday night brand. More Firings From WWE WWE has continued their firing spree with a good amount of more cuts. This group includes more divas than last time, which could be a sign of WWE ending their T&A ways. The roster cuts include the following people: Jillian Hall Torrie Wilson Ashley Kristal Marshall Paul Heyman Scott Armstrong Chris Kay Chad Patton Candice Michelle Layla Maria Kanellis John Laurinatis Pat Patterson Japanese Wrestling Update New Japan Pro Wrestling has signed Sonny Onoo. Onoo is a skilled martial artist, but now he will play a part as an announcer with NJPW. This hiring may be huge for NJPW, but recent uprising of NOAH in Japan could render this add useless.
Rating WWE Smackdown! got an average rating of 18.32, which was strong enough to place The CW Network in 3rd place for Friday night. This is pretty average for a program like WWE Smackdown!, but average is not bad. Still More Firings From WWE WWE continues their firing spree with the releasing of two road agents. The WWE hasn't kept anyone out of the firing loop, divas, agents, wrestler, who be it are getting fired left and right and it is said that the attitude backstage is fearful. The two releases are of the names that follow: Tim White Brooklyn Brawler Japan Wrestling News There are some big news stories coming out of Japan, particularly from the All-Japan Pro Wrestling promotion. AJPW made a huge signing today, locking up former Pride fighter, Bob Sapp. But on the other hand, mega-star Jushin Liger turned down AJPW and will stay with New Japan Pro Wrestling, AJPW's rival.
Damn this was very short-lived. There seems to be an uprising in the Ring Of Honor diary market, which has powered my formal detachment from this genre. To forlan and bjo ,or what not, I would most definantly would have whooped your asses all up and down this place, but I have decided to wait for forlan's T-Zone data to come out before I start a diary. Now when that does, or if it ever does come out I will be back with which is surely suppose to be the greates Real World diary to ever exist on these boards. And you best believe that, Bruno!
You mean you will come back with the second greatest dynasty of all time. Of course it will be behind TNA Wrestling: Bound for Glory, but hey, it's all good. By the way, I think your next dynasty will shatter some kind of record for most dynasties started.
Yeah, probably....But if you will take a look at my avatar that means that one of the greatest old-school diaries ever will make it's return. Oh baby, it's on like Donkey Kong....two player!
