1. I'm assuming you bought a complete PC somewhere for my thoughts here - sounds like one of the fans is just not running, causing this heat issue. If you get water cooling you're gonna invest a bit of money and, adding it to a system like yours also requires you to know what you're doing. If you know your way around installing this sorta stuff and have the money sure, why not, but the problem is still likely a fan not being properly connected. Since there should still be warranty on your system, have the shop you got it from sort it out without you paying a dime.
 2. Since it all displays in € for me, Banner Saga on Humble is currently 15€, on Steam it'd cost me 22,99€. Not a huge discount but a discount no less - but not getting it at this point.

Have it already though - Humble is supposedly alternating between new and old bundles in these two weeks. This could become costly overall ^^...

Way to screw up a franchise, imo. Though I AM interested in what Creative Assembly will do with the Warhammer fantasy license...

I didn't think it was possible for a game to get that repetitive that fast. I only finished the game because I hate leaving games unfinished. It had some fun concepts, but I don't think it deserved the hype or the 9/10 scores it received. It wasn't a bad game by any stretch of the imagination, but it could have been far better.

I agree. I beat it once quite a while ago but was never interested in playing it again. I can't quite pinpoint why the game was nothing more than mediocre to me, but Dishonored is just one of the games I could never really get into.

As far as the discussion about Borderlands goes here, the one reason I refuse to play it is the cell shading looks. Sorry to say so and no offense intended, but I find that graphics style absolutely hideous. I still remember the very first pictures/info of the first Borderlands with the 'normal' graphics before they changed to cell shading and boy was I hyped up. Then they went for cell shading and it was a complete turn off for me. Too bad, actually, but I simply can't get over it.

 6.
I've been playing Age of Wonders 3 recently and think it's really good, doesn't come with as many races as the first games did (last one is 10 years old when DLC was not yet run of the mill) but the turn based combat is quite fun, the game's amazingly pretty and runs rather well. A purchase I certainly don't regret.

I literally just (as of the time of this post) bought Silent Storm (comes with the addon Sentinels) at a 75% discount on Steam atm, and next to the old Jagged Alliance games is perhaps one of the best turn based strategy games of all times. The games are quite old meanwhile (I think 2005...) but challenging with decent enough AI, and at 2,49€ couldn't pass on them (lost my box copies ages ago).

Then, finally, Starpoint Gemini 2 - early access at this point but quite playable already, very nice space combat with a lot of stuff to do (story campaign still missing) already. The devs are dedicated, game gets frequent updates and all in all a purchase I feel I won't get buyers remorse over.

Those alongside a few others I still wanna try out (or continue playing), got enough to keep me busy for some time to come.

 7. Kingdoms of Amalur - Reckoning is on sale on Steam right now, bought the full pack including all DLC for 11,99 - looking forward to it. I hear it's a little too easy perhaps so playing on hard is advised, but eh - I'm always up to some RPG goodness. Bring on the weekend ^^...
 8.
After checking out a rather fun LP for it, I bought NHL 14 (Ps3) after a near 10 year hockey game drought and boy do I ever suck at it ^^. I really like the right stick shooting and all, it just takes so much getting used to it's insane - that's maybe just me though, who knows. I don't have a main game going right now, been mainly messing around trying to come to terms with gameplay and the (for me at least) rather steep learning curve when you climb up the difficulty ladder, but seeing how I'm German and simply want some nice hockey action (DEL IS in the game but is no option ^^) I might just let myself be inspired to start a Montreal Canadiens GM mode just like the guy in his LP does.

Anyways, very fun game but it will certainly take me some time to get any good at it. But well, 'tis a challenge I'm looking forward to.

 9.
Can't forget the DLC - updated my Skyrim to legendary finally and now have Dishonored GOTY as well - I did mention I went a little bat**** during the sale, didn't I?

But here's the crowning irony - woke up today and feel like a pos, freezing in a heated flat, light headed, out of breathe and every joint and bone in my body is aching. Yay for a flu - can't even be arsed to play any game right now. xD

 10. Well, I went a little bat-bleep- during the various sales (Steam, Fast2Play and Uplay, mainly) and got: Bully - Scholarship Edition, Dragon Age Origins Ultimate edition, Fallout 3 GOTY (2,50€ promo sale on Uplay), all three Bioshock games (finally and - brilliant stuff), Splinter Cell Blacklist (8,99€ promo code sale on Fast2Play), Far Cry 3 and Assassins Creed 4 and a little earlier in the month, Starbound. All told, the games cost less than 70€ so right now I consider myself a champion bargain shopper. Or just a nerd with too much time on his hands - you decide ^^.
 11. Heh, your Madasa render made me create the character in CV then import him to my ongoing SWF game so I could hire the lad ^^
 12. Awesome renders ewanite - would it be at all possible to get that John Greed with a slightly more ... psychotic/heelish look? On that pic he looks almost nice... Edit: Those two new ones are absolutely ace as well
 13. Just wanted to give a huge thanks to all you fine render makers - without you, I wouldn't have even bothered with the Cornellverse but THANKS to you, I'm really into it now. I keep on replacing worker pictures way faster than workers change alignment or gimmick solely based on when a new render catches my attention ^^ ...
 14. It would perhaps be more clear if the face was a little ... err smaller/further away? Other than that however I agree it's a brilliant render. Actually, the avatar I use was once done for a community project (that never came to the light of day unfortunately) but I've used it for either my user character or in 2013, for Scythe and renamed him Dominus Nox (lord of the night, W 40k reference w00t) - any closer to the grim reaper would imo be too similar to Vengeance/Skull DeBones, no?
 15. Got a question/request here - does anybody happen to have an alt pic of Soul Taker? Try as I might I couldn't find any.
 16. Is there a pic of Marshall Dillon in a police uniform just like Rick Law wears it (perhaps complete with cap)? I plan on teaming them up in my SWF game, that's why ^^.
 17. Seconded - well I do book him allright, but he is jobbing on Uprising or Supreme TV preshow - these new pics might reverse his fortunes somewhat. Great work shipshirt!
 18. Has any re-render been done for Soul Taker, ever? Try as I might I can't seem to find anything...
 19. I see a lot of belts are posted as .png files. The game doesn't recognize that format however so is there any way I could make them into a .jpg? Keep in mind that I don't have anything like photoshop or so installed.
