  5. Yeah, created the US Title when the game started in 85, although it was originally the National Title, was temp retired in 1990 then brought back as the U.S in 91. Its a floating title whereas the IC is a primary and moves around less than the U.S

In Feb'95 on his 1000th day as Champion, he challenged Curt Hennig for the WWF Title at WrestleMania, turning babyface in the process to which Hennig agreed as long as the IC Title was also on the line. Michaels won the match and both Titles. IC Title will be vacated at the April TV Tapings and the winner of the 1995 King Of The Ring Tournament in May will also become Intercontinental Champion.

  23. Ha, know the feeling. Muta won the National Title in May of '89, started the angle by rebranding to the US Title in September including introducing a new Belt, he and Fuji intend to embarrass America by him holding the Title and defending against the top Americans. I've just entered 1990, he's so far defended against Kerry Von Erich, Jake Roberts, Jim Duggan & Ricky Steamboat. He's heading toward Sting at WrestleMania VI and will probably drop the Title there but continue the angle with a high possibility he'll finally be overcome by Hulk Hogan at SummerSlam 1990, I randomly put them together on the December 1990 monthly MSG Network Garden show and they scored an 89 for a cold match so a fued may do some great business. Muta's current Popularity is about an 88, so has gone well so far.
  24. WWF 1985 - November 1989 WWF Championship: 'Macho King' Randy Savage 1x WWF Intercontinental Championship: Mr Perfect 1x WWF United States Championship*: The Great Muta 1x WWF Tag Team Championship: Demolition (Ax & Smash) 2x WWF Royal Rumble 1989: Randy Savage WWF WrestleMania V Battle Royal: Sting *National Title renamed the United States Title as part of ongoing angle in which Champion The Great Muta and manager Mr Fuji attempt to embarrass The USA.
  25. Sting's probably the strongest he been in any 85 save I've had with him so far. Brought him in late 87 about same time as Curt Hennig, they'd both mainly work B TV shows like Challenge & Prime Time and then work each other at the monthly MSG Network Garden show. Luger was to challenge Honky for the IC Title at Mania IV but got hurt 2 weeks out so plugged Sting in and he had a really good showing. His summer 89 fued with Ted Dibiase has also done wonders for him as his skills improved nicely and his popularity sits around an 87 now. He's about to enter a fued heading to WrestleMania VI with The Great Muta which will hopefully benefit both, have his fueds planned currently to Mania VII.
