I finally got caught up on 1992, bummer you couldn't finish it. I honestly skipped the match write-ups unless they were important to a story being told. I'm totally good with a sentence or two summary about the business of the match.

Do you actually give the bonuses in game? If yes, how is morale affected?

Gentle reminder that anything not released officially by GDS to mod/edit/whatever TEW (or any GDS games) can cause issues if things go wrong in the process. It's best to stick to the official/released methods even if it is the old fashioned data entry.

Ain't that the truth! Learned it the hard way when I was setting up the CVerse 2005 database. I had to redo it several times. Hahahhaa

  7. Loyalties probably got messed up in one of my, "crap, I need to reimport all the workers or promotions" moments. If I ever get back into it, I'll take a look.

    Same with Riga.

I think momentums are random to start?

The new SWF and TCW grads should have high pop. No other new workers should. I did A LOT of popularity fiddling during balancing and I'm confident the number of errors are few.

My PC is currently in a box, so I can't check and fix anything, but I'll try to remember when it gets pulled out.

  8.
- Who will be Shane Douglas' mystery partner? Going with Bam Bam Bigelow.

    - Who will be the 4th man in the 4 way NWA North America Championship match? I kind of feel it will be an outside talent from an NWA affiliate... but... RVD.

    - 2 BCW rookies are going to debut on Hardcore TV in February... Who are they? Edge and Christian

    - Who will be the next guest in Stevie Richards' next "Heart Break Motel"? Queen Sherri

    - Next week: Terry Funk vs. Tommy Dreamer - who wins? Dreamer

    - What will be the finish to that match? Some sort of shenanigans, Kevin Sullivan will be involved.

  9. Oh, oh, oh! And Welcome to the Real World, too! That was pretty damn amazing from what I remember!

IN 2005, did you just hate UCR and bail on it?

Man, 2007 went on for a looooong time!

Did 2008 go away because of the Red River flooding? We've had flooding around Michigan lately because of dams failing. (I immediately typed "damns")

No 2013 dynasty? I think I spent all my time that cycle making the CVerse 2005 mod and getting burnt out. Same with 2016... Same with now....

A few I've picked up on in a short-lived DAVE game:

Art Reed, with 12 years in the business, has an Experience of 32

Damian Carvill, with 16 years, has an Experience of 15.

Frankie Perez, with two years in the business as a heavily pushed member of a popular regional promotion, has an Experience of just 2.

Jimmy Cox, a 15 year veteran with a resume including work on two continents, has an Experience of only 19.

Hell Monkey, with 8 years of work under his belt, has an Experience of 23.

Valiant, a seven year independent veteran, has an Experience of 19.

Thanks sp, some of them should be higher, for sure. I went through and set some parameters based on the help file. Basically, you earn .1 exp per match in your first couple years, then .1 exp per every other match from then on. Guys that only have one match a month are only going to have gained somewhere around 1 point per year. I thought about it this way; I'm an independent wrestler. I work with guys who don't work very often and they couldn't save themselves from a mistake if their lives depended on it. The guys that have wrestled hundreds or thousands of matches are way better at masking mistakes than the guys who have dozens of matches under their belt.

There are probably some guys that should get boosts because they've been on TV or in a large promotion that I would say weights experience, but I only hit some of the bigger names to do that. I'll look into it further and make changes as they are due, but that's my reasoning.
