This is actually how I always play the game (though I use the C-Verse). I love creating a new fed and having it grow. Now, I play the game to where I am the owner and I have money and funding to get the company off the ground, so I start myself with maybe $1-5M, because let's face it, no one is going to start a company with no money.

The one I just started, I do events twice a month and have 10 wrestlers on my roster. This allows for 60 minute shows to have 3 singles matches and 1 tag team match and maybe two angles.

To start, I keep my roster between a couple (maybe 4) "known" wrestlers, and the rest are younger talent (rookies to maybe 3 years experience). I like to "advertise" my company as helping to grow smaller talent. From there, I grow the roster as I see fit. I always have an event called "Triple Threat" where I have all three-way matches, so by that time, I've expanded my roster to 12. Sometimes I'll see someone pop up that looks interesting and scoop them up to keep my roster growing.

The other thing I also do is create my own Performance Centre. Again, playing that I have money, it'd make sense I could dump some cash in there. I actually start the PC a year before my company, so when I'm ready to jump in, I will start seeing talent become available that year. Now, I don't start the PC at highest level, in fact, I keep it pretty low, again playing the thought that after a year, it has a little credibility (5-10% Training Level / Facilities), but still isn't well known.

I like to play fairly realistic when I do my own company, so everything really starts at the bottom, with the exception of money. And my end goal is to 1) have fun watching the company grow and 2) have fun watching it battle with other companies and 3) become a juggernaut federation.

Ultimately, have fun with it!
