First thing I would try is getting a better tv deal, and if that does not increase viewership then maybe try running like one or two shows there a year.

first thing I would do is check their popularity and in ring skill if you believe its to low then adjust accordingly. Also keep an eye on their morale, and backstage rating as both will have a huge impact on the potential score.

I tried out a tournament. Just book the match and then check the tournament screen after the show and it will highlight the winner in green.
