  1. What he said. I am Cougar, Hear Me Roar. Obviously a woman's finisher. I would totally mark out if all she does is give out a loud war cry and the opponent just collapses. It would definitely require a worker with a very loud voice/scream.
  2. Less than a week after he returned from rehab, I got this in my AEW save...
  3. So less than a week after he returns from rehab, TEW throws this curveball at my AEW save...
  4. Just booked a Dynamite for my AEW save in the Real World Chronicles. Took place in the Mid West region. Didn't notice until I checked the summary, but I sold out a venue I've been to many times. The Adler Theater in Davenport, IA. I was just there a year or two ago to see Criss Angel! (Dude is even more amazing live!!) Just thought this little detail in hosting a TV show in a place I've actually been was cool.
  5. Want to run a couple ROH shows on TV but can't seem to get any inspiration from the pic pack that came with the mod. Any suggestions or customs out there? Using 2004 Ruthless Aggression.
  6. I like the sound of 2...I do have a lot of unused talent...maybe a new stable
  7. I'm using a 98 mod as WCW. I hired some classics. I offered contracts to Jerry Sags and Brian Knobbs. Obviously, I was going for a Nasty Boyz reunion. Brian Knobbs signed but Jerry Sags is On Hiatus. I've tried talking to Sags to no avail. Long story short, I'm stuck with Brian Knobbs solo and no ideas for him. I tried to release him but got like 8 pleas from other workers asking me not to.
  8. Is there any mods of ROH in their hay day? I used to love them before WWE came along and picked off EVERYONE they made a star. I watched from the company's birth up until about the time Kevin Steen left. I think he was perfect as a main eventer for ROH but got lost in the sea of WWE. Although I haven't watched WWE since probably 2010.
  9. Wow. The man, the myth, the legend. Truly an honor sir. I must disagree, at least to my depth of playing. I am having a blast with the 98 mod. I took over WCW with Jim Ross and edited fixed things around to my liking. I'm currently 2 months in and now number 1. Can I ask you about the flashpoint 2002? Owen Hart was always one of my faves. Even more so now after watching his WWE DVD. Anyways, how playable is that one? It looks like it could be a lot of fun too!
  10. That is based on your match ratios in your product. If you go to your product screen, depending on what your product is, it will say your fans will expect X% matches and X% angles for TV, and a similar, usually higher, number for events.
  11. Thanks! I downloaded that one as well since it uses the same pic pack. Have only tried the 92 so far. So far, so good.
  12. Sounds like a good year. I remember that name. His were always good mods. Thanks for the quick response buddy. I will check it out!
  13. I've played 2020 since it's release. I've mastered the CVerse and been through countless mods. I recently had to format my hard drive and can't remember all the mods I had. Can you guys suggest the best real world or alternate real world mods. I'm an 80's baby, so late 80's through the 90's are my favorite eras, but I am open to all. I guess I just want to know which ones are fully fleshed out and which ones to avoid. I like to use real world historicals and start by copying what really happened to start and then adding in my hires and the different monkey wrenches the game throws at me (i.e. injuries, promises, and the like). Thanks in advance
  14. I suggest playing the CVerse first, then moving on to mods. Using CVerse helps you focus more on the mechanics than trying to sign real-life people that you like or know will be good.
  15. I can't stress enough to edit your default matches if you plan on using the auto-booker!! I usually change this to 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and that will prevent you from getting a whole show with bra and panties matches. Then check your matches before you run it. If you feel one needs to be a cage match or other, it is not hard to change it to your preferences. Don't forget to add road agent notes if you want something specific to happen or a certain winner. I usually book PPVs myself and let the auto do my TV. However, I will delete and/or add segments after I get a show I'm happy with. Don't forget you can clear the whole thing and try the auto-booker again. Also, if you leave the show booked and run auto-booker again, it will add more segments if possible. Not sure on the criteria it uses to match up who fights who, but I've found storylines will help nudge it in the direction you want.
