<p>So after a sizable delay I finally got the full game yesterday (the joys of having adult monetary commitments...)</p><p> </p><p>
Picked up the company I left off with on 13 which is NYCW, Currently headiing into month 3 which means i'm headed into my monthly show named Paradise City, Which will be headlined by Honest Frank defending the Empire Championship vs Man Mountain Cahill and Bulldozer Brandon Smith. </p><p> </p><p>
I'm currently slow turning Frank who after besting Cage for the title at Rush Hour shook the hand of Cage and showed Cage the ultimate respect on what was Roger's last night in the company (pesky UPSW) </p><p> </p><p>
The following month Cahill lost his shot at the title by losing his temper and getting Rage DQ'd, this led to Smith (who faced & Lost to Cahill at Rush Hour) making the save and setting up the 3 way. </p><p> </p><p>
In other news elsewhere The Devious Aldous Blackfriar has been targeting Steve Flash which will lead to Aldous being joined by his Dark Watch, this is all in an effort to build up Aldous to take the belt from Frank. </p><p> </p><p>

Looking for some advice.
Started a game as NYCW and one of my first signings was Aldous Blackfriar, who autopushed to Upper midcarder, I'm gonna push him hard towards the title I was thinking of building a stable round him, then saw in his Bio that he already had the Dark Watch, so I'm going to go ahead with that as his group and have for now hired Babau and Moroi as they are in his stable, is there anyone else you would think would be a good fit, looking for a bigger "monster" style character.

I'd rather they end up finding chemistry and becoming a good permanent tag team. I just hate the idea that all tag teams must break up so that one can shine.
I'd like to see a tag team just decide to be single wrestlers but still be partners. For example on the main roster a tag team decides to go into singles competition one goes for the US belt, the other the IC belt and in one ends up in trouble the other one will help him simply because they were partners and friends in the past. Similar to Dean and Roman simply being bros.
Honestly I'd like to see more relationships like this built up using backstage segments, youtube, or the WWE network. One of the reasons The Shield was so popular was simply because they acted like friends both inside and outside the ring and you could see it seeping through in their wrestling styles and promos. Make the characters into people instead of pieces to fill in role slots.

I am sorry, I am not sure what I said in my previous post would be considered a spoiler. I just assumed that it aired over there the same time it did over here much like Dr. Who. That last thing I would want to do is spoil it for someone.
I still remember having the Ashes to Ashes final episode spoiled for me on when we were talking about the ending of Lost. Which sucked because it finally aired like two years later over here so I knew the ending two years in advance.
Don't worry buddy, you said nothing that I would consider spoilers.
Was just commenting that I really cannot wait for it.

I feel the same way about Cosima and I usually hate it when white girls have dreads but well I am a sucker for a girl who wears glasses.
She looks bad as Helena even though Helena is my favorite clone. Then again I guess she is supposed to have a sort of feral look to her considering Helena is supposed to be nuts.
I love the new storyline they are doing with Alison & Donny and I completely agree with the cougar vibe they give Alison.
Rachel well I don't know I kind of like her corporate dress style and the way she looks. The short hair and the bitchy attitude does make her cold but oddly enough she does look kind of sexy. Or at least until she lost her eye.
Agree with this, and We can further agree that A) Orphan Black is the bomb and B) Tatiana is hot as hell.
UK TV has not yet (to my knowledge) started showing season 3 yet but I'll be totally amped when it does.

Is it odd that while watching Orphan Black I find some of the characters played by Tatiana Maslany very attractive and others not so much? I mean it is the same actress so I would think I would find her attractive in any role but it is simply not the case. So odd.

Also find that Tatiana as different clones produces different attractions from me.
Sarah - Probably the closest to Tatiana herself is very pretty.
Cosima - I find her insanely hawt, in a Geek Hot way.
Alison - Hot in a really shouldn't be MILFY way.
Rachel - Meh don't rate her... think it might be the haircut and the fact so far in the show she's been a complete *Female Dog*
Helena - I dunno I kinda do and don't find her attractive, Attractive in a vulnerable "I wanna look after her way"
Regardless, Awesome show.

I'm not sure about the Pedigree itself because you've got to think at some point, either Rollins' or The Authority is going to turn on one another and then the Pedigree wouldn't make much sense. However, a variation on the Pedigree wouldn't be a bad shout like Christopher Daniel's "Angels Wings" into a kneeled position (à la the Pedigree) rather than a sit-out position. I think it allows the commentators to refer to the similarities between Rollins and his "mentor" Triple H at the moment but then when it does all come crashing down, it's not an exact reference to his history as Triple H's stooge. I can't see it happening though, as I imagine Seth will either choose one from his previous arsenal in either Florida Championship Wrestling/NXT and/or the independent circuit or stick with the average DDT that he used on Raw.
I'd be happy seeing him bring back the Gods Last Gift, his Fishermans Cradle DDT but likely wont happen...

Much like the music at work, I just tune it out. Didn't notice it once.
On the other hand, NXT commentary is mostly refreshing, so I do notice a few things from it.
It actually is, I especially like that you never really get a chance to get sick of the NXT announce team due to the fact they rotate the teams seemingly weekly.
I feel that the WWE main shows would be far more refreshing if they replaced the old, tired announce teams with the team from NXT and give them a little bit of freedom to call what they see rather than making jokes and shouting over the top.
That's where I feel TNA is better, their announce team isn't going to win any awards for being the best but they are clear and concise, they portray the necessary info with regards to storylines and hooks, focus on the wrestlers in the ring and throw little nuggets of history into the mix.
Especially enjoy them calling the recent Aries - Joe match and focusing a little on their history.

And after hearing JR again, the commentary for WWE in general seems, well... crap. The random babbling, irrelevant calls, plain generic calls,... Maybe that's the direction they need to go, but I don't like it. And "there's nothing Brock Lesnar never succeeded at". Right, and then there's the football thing.
After catching up on Raw's and PPVs on the WWE network is it just me or does Michael Cole every time someone goes for a pin yell at the top of his voice "FOR THE VICTORY" or "FOR THE WIN" I swear watching last years Wrestlemania he did that every pin of every match...
Annoyed me so much I nearly turned off the show.

Well more than one Season Finale a year WILL incure penatlies. Personally I'd run it as both "end of season" shows are longer events and choose between either the June or Decemeber show to be set to the Season Finale setting. That way both shows are bigger than standard, but one of them is slightly more exciting to fans.
Either way it makes sense cos they could either do a big summer blow-out or a spectactular end-of-year extravaganza which would account for the season finale boost
Not something I understand and maybe something better for the small questions thread but;

I'm really having trouble with my undercard. I have 2 good feuds: Hawk v VIP for World Title and Drake Richards/Mr Hawaii v Chaperone/Travis Stine for the Tag Titles, but I'm having trouble getting some other stories going.
I turned Seven face and had him leave his stable and feud with Cross, but I can't really get much going there.
Any other storyline ideas you guys have would be great.
I feel with using the Tverse its made me into a better booker, I feel with my storylines I draw from other mediums I enjoy;
My last major fued I piggybacked off the starting SUX invasion angle, After I finished that up I had it revealed that Cross was actually Casey Skym's son, they went on to form H.Y.D.R.A (name taken from the Marvel comic books)
Take from whatever medium entertains you.
My next story I mentioned on here is gonna be an action movie style redemption story...
Don't particularly feel locked into typical pro wrestling "standard" feuds, go wild man.

I have another one where Prophecy is the Manager for Core who is feuding with Immortal Warrior. This feud started after Core lost a World Title match with Hawk and proceed beat the stuffing out of him until Warrior intervened.
Nice sounds good.
I gotta say I have said time and time again, but I love the Tverse, its such a great balanced world on par with the Cverse.

Currently just finished up my Coperate angle where Scott Cross Skym lost the title to Timothy "Hawkamania" Hawk (Tim Hawk using the Hulk Hogan inspired alt from the TVerse alt thread) and the following rematch with the stipulation of if Cross lost he leaves AWF.
currently building to Jean Claude Girox vs Hawk for the belt, and then Hawk vs Cloud James the next month, where the aforementioned Stable will (at least) partially form.
From there its a matter of time (he's on a 2 month vacation to keep him off TV) till Scott Cross Skym will return (dropping the Skym) to rescue Hawk, leading to him being untrusted by the entire face locker room, despite having the best intentions.
Que totally fricken awesome redemption stories of one of the most hated wrestlers I have ever booked.
