1.
This is how I see the challenge of each of the big 5 after taking a look at each roster. What do others think?

AWF: Reminds me a bit of WWE after the attitude era with some superstars leaving and the company in a search of a new direction. Should be an interesting challenge and I feel the company could take many different directions. Only Silva Dolla and South are below 35 in the main event scene but I feel with Cross, Nick Hart and Rollins the new generation will be taking over soon.

PWI: I am not a true expert but of course the big news is Curtis retiring and the Van Holts splitting up. Other than that PWI looks very healthy to me and in a good position with their main event being an average 32 years young and several younger stars ready to take the next step. I personally always struggle a bit with PWI as while in real life I would love to watch a promotion like PWI, in regards to TEW I sadly seem to enjoy booking pop>perf companies more...

Dragon: I have never played Dragon, so I am sure there are other experts who know more and better, but to me Dragon also looks quite healthy and have a mostly young main event scene. I would be interested if some others play Dragon and how they are being booked as I could see myself starting a game with them. I guess the big challenge would be if such a company could ever get to the top while staying true to their traditions.

HCG: I will definitely start a game with them soon. I like that they finally have a few real stars and with the financial backing they should be able to challenge AWF and PWI. I also like that with the American Wrestling Council and their cruiserweight division it makes them quite unique to book.

CWT: CWT will be my first game. They seem to be a tough challenge with the least star power and money plus being on a negative spiral for years. But I like the challenge of re-building them into a more modern version of southern rasslin' and I see them as a modern version of Smoky Mountain Wrestling. Defiantly the biggest challenge of the big 5 in the US.

  2.
Finishing DeColt Wrestlefeat tonight and still having a lot of fun with CGC. A few observations from my side:

    1. Do you keep Ricky or let him go might be one of the first questions. To keep the van Erich story alive I decided to keep Ricky but had to pay him over 30k, which I will see if longtime was very clever...

    2. The main event scene needs reworking. Who do you push?

    3. World Champion: I am giving the title to Gargantuan but who is next? I am thinking Price but not sure where to go from there as the DeColts are still the strongest asset

    4. Struggling a bit with the tag team scene as none of the teams from the start of the game really excite me..

Thank you very much for the Chucky Dorrance re-render. He was tough to push with the original render...

Makes me want to hire and push immediatly!

Not that there is anything wrong with doing it here, but I figured that a thread might help increased visibility and discussion a bit....?

I would be in favor of having a thread in the general forum, just concerning booking questions and discussion the various promotions.

I have an AWF game, which is tons of fun but struggling getting them to National...
