    Hello i am in the same situation, im on Elicense as i bought the game 4 years ago, no longer got access to the old computer to deactivate the license. Havent heard back yet, ive double checked the emails and stuff to make sure i sent it to the correct email, is there any alternate emails i could send it to. Thanks in advance!
