1. Could somebody makes two loading screens with these two pictures on that WWE 2K16 background being used above? http://i1223.photobucket.com/albums/dd506/KevinM89/IMG_86_zpszyf1yyhk.jpg http://i1223.photobucket.com/albums/dd506/KevinM89/4196639809_0fbfccb183_zpsqgm4umpt.jpg EDIT: One of Layla too! http://i1223.photobucket.com/albums/dd506/KevinM89/tumblr_static_tour92_zpsycwibfkq.jpg
2. Wonder stuff guys! I just spent a good thirty minutes going through every page and cherry picking stuff to put in my loading folder. If I could make a request though, would it be possible for somebody to make a Layla, Kharma, or Portia Perez loading screen?

Performance wise something may have been off or it may not have. Then the worker who was sober pulls you aside a few hours after the match or day later and accuses the other of being drunk but you have no direct knowledge (you personally didn't notice alcohol on the drunk workers breath). Hence you personally have no proof even if enough people have reported it. In the real world at this point what action you can take would highly depend on the drug and alcohol policy of your company. Honestly I would like the option to do something about it depending on how your drug/alcohol settings are set for your company. If you have no policy you should be SOL, but if you have a strict policy it would be nice to have options especially if there is mounting evidence week after week.

It's a road agent note. They tell you he was visibly drunk or wasted and it affected his performance. IRL a supervisor telling my boss that I am clearly wasted would lead to my termination regardless of them actually seeing me drink.

I understand what everyone is saying though. It is just a feature rather than trying to closely simulate reality. I'll just deal with it for now. But it would be nice to have some option to take action at least for repeated offenses.

4. 100% agree with this. Just the fact that he was clearly drunk at work should be grounds for discipline.
5. I'm on the same boat with him. I will have to wait until he shows up so drunk that he cannot perform (It would be an incident) then send him to rehab.
6. Was this in the dev journal? I wasn't aware of this. My knowledge seems to be outdated. Seems as if I am having a rough day on the boards...
7. I wasn't aware of that. If so, then please disregard what I said. Do you just gain momentum from matches then? Or does the storyline rating play into it?
8. No they don't. It's possible he's hit his popularity cap. Go to the editor and raise his cap. Save. Then lower it back. That should break the cap.
9. You can either have Rollins as a minor participant in the first feud or have Reigns as a minor participant in the second then switch him to major.
10. Your momentum pay off would be smaller if you ended it before the blow off. You're giving less time for the "successes" to accumilate. And I've heard that buy rates will be smaller if a storyline is stopped and restarted before the PPV. But I can't confirm or deny this.

12. I don't have the game in front of me, but if you have a working relationship with them I think you can initiate a trade and give them cash for one of their workers.
13. There is no time frame. It depends on the actual quality of the show.
14. Can somebody enlighten me and tell me how I can improve worker relationships via mediation? I know you can do it and I've read of others doing it but for the life of me I can't find it.

16. I just caught RAW on Hulu. I must say the show was MUCH better than anything I've seen in months. I mean there is a marked difference from literally two weeks ago. I have no idea what must have changed. Is Hunter getting more say in the back? Is Shane? Or did Vince finally come to his senses? Whatever it is, it made me tweet @WWE asking them to keep moving in this direction. Recently whenever I have decided to torture myself while watching an episode of RAW, it's always been while doing something else. Today my full attention was on the show. Bravo. Some random thoughts: 1. Roman is miles better as an arrogant d-bag. It just feels sincere for him. I can see a slow burn heel turn happening here. But I can also see this new persona getting over in time. 2. The focus on Owens, Styles and Zayn is a breath of fresh air. The show was centered around the future for a change and made these guys seem like the centerpieces of the company. 3. Sheamus' "Are you not entertained?!" while beating down Roman? I marked. 4. No authority and they were certainly not missed. Shane keeps it short, to the point and bothers to put over midcard talent between segments instead of droning for twenty minutes about how he's that damn good. His run down of the card actually made me want to watch the show, rather than simply knowing what the main event will be and oh, by the way here's some other stuff. 5. Cesaro is finally being pushed and it even looks like he's being given a character. If the company is serious about this new direction, then there is no doubt he beats Miz at Payback. 6. Bullet Clubs debut was perfect. Almost nWo-esque. Very excited to see where they will factor in to this tag team tournament.
17. LOL. But yeah. They were getting major X-Pac heat in the end.
18. Holy cow. An actual solid show? I might have to catch the replay on Hulu. I'm so starved for a good product that I'm legit excited. And yes, I think the company recognizes that we all have a bit of authority fatigue. Smart decision to remove them for a while.
19. On her official Facebook page in one of her "I'm sorry but not sorry" follow up statuses she also admitted to having authentic n*zi memorabilia and openly supports Donald Trump cause he "says it like it is." I don't think I've ever gone from blind admiration to instant revulsion so quickly in my life. I knew the woman had personal problems, but at least I could imagine she was at least a decent person deep down. Wishing for the near genocide of an entire religion and proudly owning weapons from the last time this happened made me ashamed and embarrassed for ever wasting energy defending this miserable excuse for a human being.
20. Obvious troll by the WWE. They did this to draw smarks in to click through a hundred names just to be outraged... like we just did.
