  1. After January and February I lost $9800 total; after running 2 shows in March, and leaving my most expensive worker (Roger Monteiro) off of one of the cards after my user character injured him, I only lost about $4,000. I am slightly disappointed though; the estimated Sponsorship Income was $1,563 and I only made $675. Is it because the economy is at F and falling? That would seem to make some sense.
  2. <p>I took some advice this time, and I'm down about $5,000 after my first two shows, which I held early in week 2. I switched it so that they're both week 1 next month. I got an E- and an E in the two shows. Next month is gonna be a "big" show, with tournament finals and what not.</p><p> </p><p> Also, I guess this is more of a Small Questions thing, but the fans are slightly let down because my workers aren't doing dangerous spots. At this point, I don't think it's worth raising the Match Danger and letting the workers get hurt, right? Since I'm still gaining popularity and so this isn't really affecting my promotion that much.</p>
  3. <p>Gave this my first shot. First show got a 38/D- in Tri State; The Silencer defeated Mark Smart in my main event, quarterfinals of a Heavyweight Title tournament. I'm already down $3,379. Am I paying people too much? I have 8 workers, a woman for sex appeal segments, a referee, an owner working for free, and a color commentator. (The owner is the announcer).</p><p> </p><p> Current roster: Austin Smooth, Cobra, Desert Storm, Edward Stark (user), Mark Smart, Martyr, Seth Whitehead, and The Silencer.</p><p> </p><p> Do you guys think I should start fresh and really just sign the cheapest talent possible?</p>

I guess I just glossed over it. 5. I'm hoping this is still in progress! I'd help in any way the team needs; I'm looking for an alternative to the CVerse in the new game and this was always fun in '13!
  6. <p>It's early 2005 and it looks like Flair is trying to build the greatest stable of all-time.</p><p> </p><p> <span>http://i.imgur.com/9h61PyH.jpg</span></p><p> </p><p> Brock also formed a clique with Paul Heyman and Kurt Angle over on SmackDown which is interesting.</p>

It's bloated as it is. They should just air NXT from 10-11 haha.</p>
  8. Yes! It may be a fleeting feeling of happiness about this season, so I'll enjoy it while it lasts.

It seems the only person WWE has an interest in protecting is Roman and they are still not doing a good job at it.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Honestly, KO needed that win more than AJ did. He gets a clean RAW win over a semi-established main eventer. Plus, it's clearly leading to an AJ vs. The Club storyline where he has to prove he can win without them/beat them. I thought it was good storytelling and helped establish KO a bit more. He's capable of beating main eventers - about a year ago he pinned Cena in his first match. I don't think it did much to hurt AJ - even the best go into a rut sometimes, in kayfabe. I thought it was good booking.</p>
  11. I wouldn't say people care about him - the boos are X-Pac heat (directed toward Vince and the machine that's shoving him down our throats mostly; I'm pretty sure most people recognize that Reigns himself does have quite a bit of value to the company). Those who cheer him obviously care about him, but I'd say that most of his negative reaction can be attributed to the creative team rather than him being a good heel/tweener/whatever. As an aside, I'm almost positive Rollins will turn heel either tonight or before they end up in a match. It's just how they roll.
  12. Sure, Styles took some beating, but he was walking around and acting fine for quite a few minutes beating the hell out of Reigns. So it's either that Styles can't sell or that Reigns was in God mode...and I think we know which is the answer. The difference between Austin and Reigns is that Austin was captivating and Reigns is forced. He was kept strong because he was organically over with the crowd and WWE wanted to perpetuate that. Whether you can say Reigns is getting mixed chants and getting cheered at house shows or not, he's not organically over as a mega babyface (let's be real - he's only a 'tweener' because the fans have utterly rejected him as a mega face). Ambrose, Cesaro, Lesnar, Rollins, Owens, Zayn - these guys are organically over. Reigns doing this would be fine if people wanted him to do this. For the longest time, I was pro-Reigns, but it's just been unbearable during this feud for some reason. I'm not even a Styles/Club fan, so I'm not sure why it's happening now for me. I understand that my opinion is not going to change anything. Also, financially, I completely understand why Reigns is at the top. It doesn't mean that I must agree with it creatively. He, and by extension, the Usos, have made the Club look like garbage. Also to be clear, I did not at all expect Styles to win. Nor would I have booked it that way. I just disagreed with the way Reigns won.
  13. The reason why I absolutely hated the main event is pretty simple. Reigns takes the Boot of Doom, two Styles Clashes (one onto a chair), and about 20 chair shots, but Styles gets (weakly) Speared out of the air and that's it. Usos get destroyed by Gallows and Anderson along the outside and are back in 2 minutes, but both of those guys get taken out for 10 minutes with a Superman Punch apiece. Reigns being in God mode just takes me completely out of the match.
  14. I thought the first 2/3 of the PPV was really good - only Charlotte/Natalya and the main event left something to be desired. Jericho/Ambrose had the unenviable task of going on after that IC Title match and I'd say it delivered. It served its purpose. Rusev/Kalisto was a great showing for Rusev (to set him up to get Super Cena'd again). The Tornado Tag match was good. And Crossfit Jesus.
  15. I'm pretty deferential to WWE when it comes to Reigns and his booking, but this feud with AJ has been horrible. They've made Gallows and Anderson look atrocious in favor of both Reigns and the Usos.
  16. http://i.imgur.com/0uNprSb.png Released from WWE just days after being left off the card at WrestleMania. Coincidence? EDIT: Also....wut http://i.imgur.com/3yZ50KD.png

  18. I remember in the Developer's Journal that there was something about being able to offer tryout matches to certain workers. Is that as simple as making a one-appearance PPA contract or do I need to do something else?

  20. <p>I'm catching up on the last couple of weeks of NXT. I've never watched any NJPW/Nakamura stuff, but I have to say that I love the mystique and aura they've built for him, and his charisma is through the roof. Whenever he wrestles on the regular show, it almost feels like it's too small for him and he shouldn't even be there. I mean, it's obvious he really shouldn't and obviously possesses the talent to be a big player on the main roster, but even guys like Owens and Samoa Joe fit right into NXT. He just feels like he's something special, more than Itami or Balor do or did either. </p><p> </p><p> For someone whose first experience with Nakamura has been NXT, I just wanted to comment on how well he's translated over to WWE, as a combination of his own talent and the job that NXT has done building his aura.</p>

  22. Jaysin, those are awesome! I love the DDP one. I just couldn't help but notice that the Luger one is from his WWF days <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />
