  1. <p>Hey everyone!</p><p> </p><p> I've been around GDS since 2007, though I'm not likely one of the most visible people on the board.</p><p> </p><p> I've been modding or rendering for GDS games since I joined, with my Effganic mod concept dating back to TEW2008. I continue to do the modding and rendering thing and have recently released Effganic: Genesis for TEW2020. Honestly, I never thought my little mod was very popular, but apparently it found it's audience with the Discord crowd.</p><p> </p><p> I've recently revealed that I'll be doing some expansion mods to Effganic: Genesis, and I am very excited about. </p><p> </p><p> You can also see some of my renders in the various render threads for TEW, WMMA, and CBH.</p><p> </p><p> If you are interested in giving my mod a try, you can access the official post <a href="http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=547388" rel="external nofollow">here</a> or head over to my <a href="https://sites.google.com/view/effganicgenesis/home" rel="external nofollow">dedicated site for it</a>.   3. It would be great if we could filter Move Sets to see which ones are not assigned to anyone in the editor. This way any homeless Move Sets can be deleted in bulk instead of going one by one.

  5. The original plan was to have the training facilities close, but during simming I noticed that no new facilities were opening up. I'm sure it is because there are so many open already, but my concern was that there wouldn't be enough to spawn to make up for the loss. I'm not ruling it out, I just have to figure out where the line is.

Any plans for the 80's mod as well?</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Maybe. When I first started update this mod for 2020, I had it in my head I was also going to do Not Ready for Prime Time. As work continued I began to fall in love with the lore I was creating, which only grew when I began doing long run testing.</p><p> </p><p> With that being said, the plan right now is to turn Effganic: Genesis into the start of a full universe of mods, thanks to the ability to export saves into databases. I plan on picking an interesting period of time, maybe around the 1940s, and simming to that point with a little "hand-of-God" action along the way to make things interesting. I'll then export that, clean it up and add some flavor, and then release that as a mod.</p><p> </p><p> I don't plan on stopping there, either. I would do that same with that mod, picking another point in the future. I plan to keep doing this until I get to a present day mod. It is ambitious and will take a lot of work, but my goal is to have a universe with mods between 1920 and 2020.</p><p> </p><p> With all of that out of the way, I may do a quick cleanup to the original Not Ready for Prime Time mod. Since most of the hard work has already been done for Genesis, it shouldn't take to long to get the 1980s playable.</p>
  7. Thanks everyone. The one thing I definitely recommend is to turn on Autofix Imbalances, so that it will add refs, announcers, etc when needed. Having organic bios on is also a nice touch. Outside of that, it is really up to you preferences.
  8. <p>I am happy to announce that after beta testing with sims going as deep as 1960, that the mod is ready for release. If you come across anything abnormal or that could be improved upon, please let me know.</p><p> </p><p> I hope you all enjoy!</p>
  9. If you've played my previous Effganic 1920s mods since TEW08, then you'll know exactly what this is. The game starts with the birth of professional wrestling, 1920, with the debut of Southern Pro Wrestling. The game starts with only one active promotion and a handful of wrestlers, but over time will evolve into something entirely its own. There are a few "yet to debut" workers in the database, but for the most part, the game will create the workers, making each experience truly unique. Promotions have been added to pop up over time and throughout all of the world, laying the groundwork for the universe. How you play is entirely up to you. You can jump in and start with SPW, create or own company, sim 5, 10, 15 years and then play, or just sit back and watch the world happen. While a lot has stayed the same, a big concentration for this year's version was immersive lore that will hopefully add some extra flavor to your experience.   13. I don't put anything on a bg so that people can put it on any bg they want. I know of people who use renders in RW mods and those have vastly different bgs
