  1. <p>Please check from GDS Central. <a href="http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=516431" rel="external nofollow">Bowl Bound Pro Football - ETA 2nd half 2013</a></p><p> </p><p> Among two other GDS games in development stage this had some life finally found in it.</p>
  2. I pretty much agree with Self. Neither of the guys are bad and IMO they are proper credible wrestlers to be trusted upon. Of course one can discuss the level of push they are given, but it is a good thing to give the ball for a fresh face. Morgan just doesn't have the "it" in him IMO, but Joe would deserve better. He gets a reaction and is entertaining in many aspects. Maybe it's the look and Russo/Hogan/someone isn't digging it. About the older guys... I think I'll never get bored with Kurt Angle and Scott Steiner. Sting was a little *meh*, but now he is something else than a part time legend. Again one can discuss the variables with Sting's new gimmick, but it really is a gimmick instead of a half of a gimmick. For me it's entertaining, as it is something else and bold executed well.
  3. If you want to check the link below there are fights from a local MMA event here in Lappeenranta, Finland. It was Lappeenranta Fight Night 6 on last Saturday in the local ice hockey arena. The first seven are the prelim amateur fights. http://vimeo.com/channels/mmalpr There were some international fighters, like Frasier Opie from England and Vincent Del Guerra from France. I don't know, if those names tell any of you anything. The broadcast was done by our local sports streaming team. BTW it's a load of fun working these events, in comparison to being in attendance, as I otherwise would have been. I did the play-by-play announcing.
  4. How quickly will the new episodes be up there? This sounds interesting as the price is reasonable.
  5. Why wouldn't you be pleased? That guy is pure entertainment, if not good stuff he surely shall provide bloopers.
  6. That was a great match and some nice fights also in the undercard, if my memory serves me right. Didn't they put a title fight as co-me and this "battle of Amsterdam" (or something like that) as me? Luckily It's Showtime events are shown live in Finland on cable via MTV3 MAX in addition to UFC PPV's.
  7. <p>I haven't looked too much into the undercard of this event, so I'll just pick the big ones. </p><p> </p><p> Machida UD over Rampage. Machida is too much for Rampage, who'll fade away and move into WWE.</p><p> Hughes TKO 2nd round over Penn. Penn seems to have lost his fire and Hughes is looking great in the final stretch of his career. Hughes eventually takes down Penn and get's a good shot in the ground and pounds his way to the TKO.</p>
  8. I.e. old guys like Nash and Foley would be great assets for TNA, but surely not as wrestlers. Doing commentary, managing younger guys or being authority figures would be great roles for them in addition to creative and agent work. I can't understand why they don't get these great assets to work in the way best for the company. Of course the money paid in current contracts would be hard to take them out of the ring and in to the backstage, but Nash doesn't have a contract so he could come back with a new role and a different contract.
  9. Finnish Open 2010 amateur tournament and Fight Night 5 by MMA Lappeenranta <a href="http://www.justin.tv/mmalappeenranta" rel="external nofollow">can be found from this link.</a> Commentary is on finnish. I was part of the production crew as the play-by-play announcer and jack of all other trades. If you have a look, please give your comments. All feedback is very much appreciated. Take notice this is a 3 man production plus colour commentator, so it certainly isn't "pro quality".
  10. <p>Finnish Open 2010</p><p> </p><p> Tomorrow starting at 9.00 GMT free live stream from Finnish Open 2010. It's an amateur MMA tournament with several weight classes. The event will take place at Lappeenranta, Finland.</p><p> </p><p> <a href="http://www.mmalappeenranta.com/fn5_video.php" rel="external nofollow">The stream can be found from this link.</a></p>
  11. I also see Brock dominating to a quick TKO through his strength, wrestling and ground & pound being so superior. Brock can take a punch, but Velazquez always has the chance for a stoppage through his good striking. I hope Shields and Hamill win their matches, I like those guys. My predictions: Lesnar by TKO round 2 Shields by decision Thiago by submission round 3 Hamill by TKO round 3 Schaub by decision McGee by submission round 3 Cote by TKO round 2 Guymon by decision Stout by TKO round 2 Dong Yi Yang by decision Yvel by KO round 1
  12. I agree totally. There are issues, but also to me it is still interesting. I watch WWE programming just every once in a while anymore, but I watch Impact/Reaction/PPV's as soon as I can.
  13. After being disappointed with the obvious answer that EB and the almighty Hulkster were behind it, I'm looking forward to the future of TNA. I feel Hardy will work well as the top heel and eventually Matt will join his brother to give them a bit depth and tag team credibility. Jeff Jarrett just must be a heel, he sucks as a face IMO and now he's the one to get his ass whipped in favour of the group. JJ can work well and has some charisma and now he's not the top dog, just the back up. Abyss is a good muscle for the faction. Hopefully EB & Hulk get ditched at some point. Shame that Nash is leaving, I enjoyed his work for the first time in ages. In tag matches he's still a good guy to have. He has the size, look, history, basics and lacks the stamina and portfolio of moves. Good spotfest kickoff to showcase athleticism and a lot of action. As said, the finisher was lame after all those spots. Cruisers as respectable tag teams and X-division members, I like it. The tag division is good and it's kind of modern feel to have more tag teams and differentiates from the WWE. Why did EV2 win? What do they benefit? Nothing. Pele kick out of nothing leading to carbon footprint after EV2 domination from Kendrick surprise entrance and Rhino rampaging would've been good. Did anyone else think the pin in knockout match was horribly executed? Sorry if some points were already discussed, I didn't notice when browsing through approx 10 pages.
  14. I've got a funny feeling that TNA is playing a new game with wrestling fans. I don't really know why, but I have a hunch that they've made headlines with social media interaction that doesn't favor TNA, i.e. Nash says he's done, just to fool the fans. Might be totally wrong, but I just have a hunch about this.
  15. Bader has a tough task, Lil' Nog is a good boxer and dangerous on the ground. Bader has more power, but I believe when it eventually goes to the ground Bader will end up on the losing side of that battle. He's not "Brock Lesnar strong", is prone to gassing and faces a good experienced BJJ artist. But Bader stands a chance to rock Lil' Nog and he has to capitalize on it by pounding swiftly to (T)KO victory. I hope Cro Cop will KO Mir brutally, I just can't stand that guy. But realistically I think Mir will win this, if his mindset is right after being owned by Lesnar and Carwin. Cro Cop is one of my favorites, but he's kind of lost his edge as years have passed. Lytle often has entertaining fights, so it doesn't who he's facing. Otherwise I wouldn't so much mind to see Matt Serra on my tv. Melvin Guillard has also some exciting fights. Please Evan Dunham, submit Sean *steroids* Sherk.
