FIN, What you did here was nothing short of amazing and is truly appreciated. I just wanted to point out however, that when you saved some of the images, you saved them as different names than what the worker's names actually are in game and when I've done my mass switch overs from jpg to gif and back, a lot of images were dead paths. It wasn't hard to fix, but just an fyi, you may want to throw that disclaimer into the post. Again, thanks for this.

I've actually been sitting on this idea for more than a year. I can see the similarities though. And yes the company will be based out of Des Moines. I am from northern Illinois and wanted to keep things here in the midwest because it typically doesn't get a ton of love. I based it out of Iowa because nobody in their right mind would move INTO Illinois willingly, especially to start a business. I'm glad I've got your interest. I've been tweaking things in my story a bit and plan to get about three months worth of stuff written up before I start posting. One of the detriments I had met in previous dynasties was writing as I went with nothing in storage. I'd run into real life roadblocks and have nothing to post to keep things flowing. I'm trying to avoid that now.

Personally, I think your USPW idea is pretty cool. It would allow you to tell a great story. I'd check it out for sure. You could do a slow evolving transition into the edgier mainstream stuff and then see exactly how far you can take USPW to compete with TCw and SWF. I'd really like to see that happen.

Just a little preview of the initial back story. Thoughts? Eisen-Verse? <center><table width=50%><tr><td> Tommy Cornell said I’d be a star in TCW. I was well on my way, but my ego was telling me differently. Tommy and his head booker, Joel Bryant had shown their faith in me with my three stints as All Action Champion and a decent reign as International Champion through half of 2013. I had seen it happen numerous times before me; the International Title was the final stepping stone before heading into the main event scene. Tommy and I had even had a meeting early in the year to discuss the potential for a push towards a heel turn and challenging Rocky Golden for the World Heavyweight Title, which he was scheduled to win half way through the year. I did my best to keep my ego in check and work hard in the ring as we approached my promised push. I had a countdown widget on my Samsung Galaxy and watched it countdown closer to zero. The days clicked off to an event two months before I was scheduled to challenge for the title. Being in the wrestling business for the amount of time that I had been, I knew that the buildup should have started on this night. I checked the script and saw nothing special scheduled between Rocky and I. I was scheduled to defeat Harry Allen in a dark match before Total Wrestling hit the air. I kept telling myself that it just wasn’t time to pull the trigger yet. The days kept ticking down closer to my moment of glory with not so much as appearing on screen with Rocky. Despite my gut telling me I should give up on my hopes, I stayed positive until my countdown hit zero and watched Tommy Cornell challenge Rocky Golden for the title and fall short. Apparently plans had changed and nobody had deemed it necessary to inform me. I felt a fire spark inside of me; one of anger. Gone were the days of keeping to myself in the locker room so as to not screw my position up. I had always been considered a troublemaker backstage because of my attitude, mean spirited pranks and downright jerk-like behavior, but even I am embarrassed as I look back to the way I behaved through the last half of 2013. It all came to a head at the TCW Christmas party in mid December. I had recently made the move from Los Angeles to Des Moines, Iowa thinking that a change of environment might help my attitude. So I mingled with both the on and off-air staff of TCW. I shared pleasantries for an hour or so before I stumbled across Tommy Cornell and Joel Bryant speaking near the bar. I smiled and nodded as I asked the bartender for a beer just a foot or so from their conversation. After receiving my beverage and slapping a couple of bucks onto the bar, I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned to find Tommy Cornell smiling at me. Tommy: You ready for your run at the Heavyweight Title? It was all it took. Andrews: You mean the shot I was supposed to get four damn months ago? The shot YOUR lying ass told me I’d get? I was ready for that shot two years ago, but you and your mindless old fart of a yes man over here were too f*cking stupid to realize the potential I had. The smile was gone from Tommy’s face and Joel’s was filled with a scowl that rivaled my mother’s. I knew there was no turning back at this point and I started to lay it on thicker and heavier. I have since regretted my words, so I won’t share the exact verbiage I spat in Tommy and Joel’s direction. My friend Chance Fortune stepped between us as I began sharing my thoughts on the promiscuity of Tommy’s wife and my thoughts on the possibility that his son was the mailman’s offspring. Chance pushed me out to the entrance of the hotel the party was being held at and told me to cool off before coming back inside. I knew better and took one final pull from my beer before calling a cab and heading back to my hotel room across town. As luck had it, my contract was set to expire when the ball dropped to mark the New Year. TCW had never been the best contract negotiators, which would explain why they had never been able to steal any talent away from SWF to make a run at being number one. The extension I had signed in 2008 was signed twenty minutes before Total Wrestling went on the air on the last day my contract was valid. So despite my actions, I wasn’t worried about my contract. Upon my arrival back home in Des Moines the next day I had received an e-mail from TCW, notifying me of a fifteen day suspension. I scoffed and laughed as I headed for my home gym. The next fifteen days began to eat away at my conscious as I checked my mailbox for the contract that I was expecting in the mail. Looking back, I guess it wasn’t that surprising that December 31st came and passed without a scrap of mail coming in from the legal department of TCW. They allowed my contract to expire and I was now unemployed. I told myself it would only be a matter of time before one of the other bigger companies would come calling. I was Aaron Andrews after all; I had the “holy trinity” that had defined me as THE future superstar. Two weeks passed and my phone never rang with a job offer. I got adventurous and called SWF’s east coast headquarters. Richard Eisen’s secretary politely told me that he had no interest in speaking with me. On the surface it appeared as though my uproar had been kept from the public, but it seemed as though I had not been as lucky when it came to everyone in the business. I spent a few days making phone calls, but nobody was interested.</td></tr></table></center>

Oh yes, besides giving the four main proprietors written deals (since it is their company) and having a little money set aside because of Aaron's savings, it would be a 0/0/0 game. Start from the bottom and work their way up. I think I'm going to start tweaking the backstory I've got so far and get this thing going. I think it'll be a blast to write. I wanted to come in here and get everyone's opinion on an idea I've had for a dynasty. I've started writing it briefly in the past and stopped to just play the game, but my urge to write has become to great to ignore. The idea I have, in general, is that of Aaron Andrews getting himself into trouble with TCW, not being re-newed and left to the unemployment line. He cannot find regular work with anyone else due to his attitude problems and reaches out to three best friends; Cameron Vessey, Casey Valentine and Davis Ditterich for support. Cam and Casey have been having their own issues with their current employers and the four of them decide that wrestling needs a youth movement, and band together to open their own company. Would editing the database to the lengths needed to band these four together be too unbelievable? Would it be too much of a stretch to deter any of you from reading? I'd appreciate any feedback you guys could provide so I can begin looking in a different direction or moving forward with this. Thanks.

From speaking to them after Rip Chord retired and handed the reins of MAW over to Sam Keith, Cameron and Casey were both a little unsettled. Like any job, working under a new boss wasn’t fun. They had to readjust to Sam’s preferences and tastes. It turns out they were a bit varied from Rip’s. Cameron and Casey remained vital parts of the roster and Cameron was even their main champion, but Sam was looking for a way to get the belt off of him in short order after Cam’s victory half-flopped. They knew I was unhappy with my situation in TCW. The only one of our foursome that was on a high note was Davis. He had just verbally agreed to sign with CGC in the middle of December and would officially ink the deal with them at the end of January. The four of us had made plans to meet up and catch a show in Nebraska the second week in January. I had a passion for wrestling and was damn close to offering to work the show for free, just so I could get back in the ring. The others laughed at me and we “enjoyed” the show from the back of the bleachers wearing dark glasses and baseball caps to conceal our identities. We didn’t exactly blend in with the fifty or so people in attendance, but nobody approached us as we watched train wreck after train wreck inside the ring. We spent most of the night commenting on what we would have done differently. After three grueling hours of simply horrid wrestling we exited the building and headed to the local IHOP to grab a meal. The talk at dinner never strayed from wrestling; it never did with us. Davis was the butt of a lot of our jokes and tonight wasn’t an exception. Casey made a comment about Davis being able to have a better match than half the guys we had seen tonight and we all shared a laugh. Talk continued and I jokingly said that the four of us could have booked a show a hundred times better. I chuckled as I said it, but Cameron and Casey must have thought the same thing at the same time and looked to each other. They both looked at me and grinned. Cameron almost burst at the seams with excitement and pointed out that that could be the solution to all of our problems. Casey was fast to agree. They both went on a ten minute pitch of starting our own company to give us all a change of scenery. Davis remained quiet throughout; he had never been one to flaunt his fortunes to others. When they first mentioned the idea, it was laughable. But the more they talked about it, the better it sounded. I had a lot of money saved up and while we wouldn’t be huge out of the gate by any means, we could survive if we played things smart. We spent the next two hours in that booth at an IHOP in Nebraska scribbling ideas on napkins. It was all good fun and when we got to our hotel rooms, I figured that was the end of it; we’d laugh about it in the morning. When we met for breakfast in the morning, the first thing out of Cam’s mouth was about his and Casey’s plan to pack up and move to Des Moines, where I had relocated to last April, and our settled upon target location the night before. They were really on board with this thing. The three of us began talking over things again, leaving Davis out of the conversation until he piped up. Davis said it was something he wouldn’t want to miss. We called him crazy for giving up his new job in CGC. We tried talking him out of it, but his mind was made up. That’s when I realized it. Midwest Championship Wrestling had been born at an IHOP in Nebraska.

What does everyone consider "too much of a stretch to buy?" when it comes to back story? I've got an idea floating in my head about a group (2-4) younger workers banding together and starting a promotion together. It would be a 0/0/0 game for the most part, aside from that group of guys being committed to that particular promotion. Would that be sellable, or too "perfect" of a situation?

He promised me fame and fortune and while I was well on my way, my ego was telling me different. Tommy and Joel Bryant had put enough faith in me for three stints as All-Action Champion and to be the International Champion headed into the New Year. That is coincidentally where things went downhill; the company New Year’s Eve party. My contract was coming to an end, but it never really worried me. I was TCW from the get go and figured I would be until the day I retired. I guess I never really factored my attitude into that equation. I know there are some real jerks out there that have no idea how they’re acting, but I wasn’t one of them. I knew I was an ass and I even felt bad about it a few times. Mean spirited pranks, arguments backstage and other mischievous things were the norm for me and I often wondered why. I always felt like I deserved everything I got. I never felt like I had to earn a damn thing. I blamed it on Los Angeles and growing up around some of the cockiest people on earth. It was what I learned to expect. Now I guess I look at the people who aren’t taking what’s theirs like they are the weird ones. In my eyes, everyone should be as egotistical as I am, or was rather. From the day I graduated from TCW’s School of Pro Wrestling I was hyped to have the “holy trinity.” I was the best prospect the business had seen in years, decades even. I was THE next big thing and TCW was doing it right, slowly building me up. There were young up-starts working the independent scene that were highly regarded, but my status within TCW kept me as the one to watch. But in 2010, something happened that really pushed my buttons. Mohammed Barrett graduated from the same school and my time at the top of the “ones to watch” list seemed limited. I was reluctant to step away from the limelight when I hadn’t even felt the warmth of its glow. I hadn’t gotten my big time yet and I was damn sure not going to let some kid overstep me in the waiting line. I let some of that anger out, but never directed toward Tommy’s new golden boy. I’d pull a prank on Jason Azaria or knowingly start arguments with Wolf Hawkins. What happened was a long time coming and it finally came to a head on December 31st, 2012. TCW always through great parties for the holidays and New Year’s Eve was no different. The funny thing is, as much alcohol as there was available I hadn’t consumed enough to blame my actions on. I was making the rounds, mingling with everyone that I cared to talk to. It wasn’t until around 9 that things escalated when I approached Tommy, Joel and Mo talking at the bar. I interjected myself into the conversation and immediately knew I shouldn’t have. Total Mayhem was right down the road in May and I was expecting a huge title defense to showcase my talent. Hell, I’d have even considered dropping the title on the grandest stage TCW had to offer, but only if it was done well enough to catapult me into the upper card. Then those magic words came out of Tommy’s mouth. “I think the fans could really get behind Mighty Mo if he won the International Title.” It was said casually as he took a sip of his cocktail, but what I heard was a taunt. My ego blew up and I couldn’t hold my tongue any longer. Luckily Chance Fortune was there to stop me from getting physical, but words were not hard to come by. First I spat my feelings about Mo. Then I told Joel what I thought of his booking. Then I deemed it necessary to tell Tommy what he was doing wrong running the company. Then I decided to take it a step further and I said some not so nice words about Tommy’s wife and son. Chance escorted me out of the hotel and shook his head. Chance was a good friend, but he left me standing out there on the sidewalk. He returned to the party without saying much. I thought about heading back inside, but for once reason took over me and I grabbed a cab back to my home on the other side of Phoenix. My contract expired three days later without so much as a call from anyone at TCW to tell me I was being let go. I was angry, but knew SWF or NOTBPW would come calling soon enough. I waited ten days and my phone never rang. I looked on the dirt sheets all over the internet and saw the “reports” of the incident. Luckily it seemed like the true details and severity of the situation hadn’t quite gotten to the fans. I wasn’t so lucky when it came to the other owners. I finally decided to give the Eisens a call. I was politely told by Eric’s secretary that SWF had no interest in speaking with me concerning a contract. That’s when it happened. My phone rang, but it wasn’t one of the big companies offering me a contract. It was a number I didn’t recognize and it was from the Phoenix area. I won’t lie and tell you my ego laughed thinking it was TCW crawling back. You can imagine my surprise when I answered and the man on the other end was Cliff Anderson, owner of Phoenix’s other promotion CZCW. I’ll probably never forget the words he first spoke to me. “This may be crazy, but I’ve got an idea that will suite the both of us.” </div>

I've been waiting for this day for a long time. If that plate color could continue with these, that'd be great. Also if the MCW logo could be somehow used on each of the main plates that would be awesome. I've got two requests from that promotion and one for MAW. Could I please get: MAW CUSTOM C.H.A.O.S. Title - Based on the 4C Hardcore title from the first post in the thread. MCW Television Title: - Based on the 4C Hardcore Title listed in the first post of this thread. The main plate design is sick. MCW Rising Star Title - Again based on the main plate design of the 4C Hardcore Title. I can't get over that design. If its possible to incorporate some sort of star, starting small in the bottom left, and increasing in size as it progresses up and to the right. Perhaps this can be a side plate design with the MCW logo over it as well? Thanks in advance!

It probably has most in common with the likes of the NWA and WcW, with an emphasis on history and grandeur even though unlike the NWA their an upstart company with a lot of financial backing. They have a strong liking for Work-rate and present their product as a sport like boxing or mixed martial art's rather than a melodrama or MTV show. The promotion operates in leagues, either weighted or based on style. The Weighted leagues are Heavyweight, Middleweight and Welterweight(cruiser's become abit generic methinks). and weightless leagues based on different styles with different rule sets, Pure: 3 count pins 1 or 3 falls, rope break and the like,speciality matches like submission and ironman. Hardcore: No rules pretty much and 5 count pinfalls,use of speciality matches like LMS and Barbed wire. Lucha: More lenient rules with 20 count outside of the ring and no rope breaks, emphasis on multi-man elimination bouts and speciality matches like ladders and scaffold. To give a chance to the young up and comers and forge the way for the acceptance of legitimate female wrestling they have also issued a Young Lions and Womans Championship. The promotion also has a strong focus on tag team wrasslin' with their main event level tag team championships and a trios tag team title. I only have a crappy logo I made my self in gimp, as you could guess from looking at it I have no artistic skills whatsoever, the original logo for the fed was actually a black background and the "V" from V for Vendetta in the middle but I couldn't find the V in decent condition already cropped so I settled to make one from scratch although I still really like the idea.I'll post both logo's and you can decide what you like better or make your own based of the idea if you like. <a href="http://www.imagebam.com/image/c20b1751192908" rel="external nofollow">http://thumbnails20.imagebam.com/5120/c20b1751192908.gif</a> <a href="http://www.imagebam.com/image/7b228751192907" rel="external nofollow">http://thumbnails21.imagebam.com/5120/7b228751192907.gif</a> I would love titles made for all the titles in the promotion but realise that it's a big ask so I will list a "grand championship" title in lieu of the three weighted titles, the tag titles and the Pure title for a midcard. I'll also list the others in the hopes you really like my idea and feel as though the world will be changed, famine cured, wars ended and global warming reversed at the forming of my fantasy promotion with new awesomely rendered titles by the greatest graphic artist ever, ReapeR(not just blowing smoke, your really good). BTW I wrote all this out also because it's about time I did, I want to make a diary at some point when I understand the game a bit better than I do(just updated to 05 from EWR and now to 08) and need to write down all my Ideas, I've been playing with the name and general theme of the promotion but have always started again a few months to a year in when a new mod catches my I or I change games(ewr-05-08), now I'm sticking to 08 and searching for the mod that fit's me best(any Ideas for mods btw? from around 97/8 up to 2001 would be awesome)., new custom belts would be the greatest. Titles Requesting: VIKING Grand Champion: THE main event title, what everyone wants around there waist. Something along the lines of the USPW tele championship minus the American theme would be cool. VIKING Tag Team Championship: Pretty self explanatory. Again something grand as the promotion treats/will treat the title like a mainevent/upper midcard title. VIKING Pure championship: I think ROH has a Pure title(I don't watch them so i'm not sure) so I stole the idea(as they probably did). Now for the titles I REALLY(really) want but totally understand if there not even considered(and apologise if it's even rude to ask). Heavyweight Champion: Main event. Unlike other feds the Heavyweight title is one of three main titles and not the main focus at all. Middleweight Champion: See above. Welterweight Champion: See above. Hardcore Champion: Upper/Mid card, I like the Idea of a worn and torn title but not so much a stolen broken world title glued together. Pure Champion: Upper/Mid card, much like the Intercontinental title in looks(when it was legit) or the NWA tele title. Lucha Champion: Upper/Mid card, I see it looking much like your TCW All Action title or the SWF shooting star title. Woman's Champion: Upper/Mid card, It would be cool to have something more along the lines of a world heavyweight or U.S title rather than the usual cutesy pink woman's fare you usually see, their competitors not a sideshow distraction. Young Lions Champion: Lower Mid/Mid card, maybe something a bit hip like the NEO belts you made up. Tag Team Champion's: Upper/Main card, already listed above. Trios Champion's: Mid Card, I really like the look of the AWA U.S title you made, something like that. Again, sorry if even asking is out of line but I'm kinda excited about finally making a long lasting game and playing out a few years, if your willing to do it but only a bit at a time that would be awesome.
