So quick update... I will come back to recut RIPW and USPW at some point very soon and while I know different sizing will mess with folks OCD in their saves...bare with me...I need a little break from recutting and want to finally start on unemployed USA workers. So... going to head there next and then come back to recuts to USA promotions to try and uniform them as best I can at this point. Thank you for everyone's continued interested, hope you all have had a nice and safe weekend, especially those folks in the states battling crazy cold weather. - WS

@Number Green Thanks for the kind words! A lot of patience...as I have shared earlier in the thread I sometimes look at dozens of examples before I see the render that will work and fall in lines with the others. It's time consuming and probably not the most efficient way, but it's worked for me so far. @Marmo Thank you for your interest and kind words. I'm glad to hear you like some of these new takes. TCW is probably my favorite company so I wanted to give them some proper attention. I'm enjoying following your diary, keep up the great work. @Sisma I'll never turn down a hug! I imagine it's a little bit of both, but I'm starting to get a better feel for what I'm looking for and how I want workers to fit in with whole promotions I'm doing. Like I said above, I'm probably going about things the least efficient way possible as far as the technology is concerned, but I'm having fun doing it...so it's fine. 😄

So quick update... I'm in the process of updating the front page of this thread and it's coming together. Part of that is recutting and re-rendering some of TCW which is in progress. Next, I will be evaluating the then finished USA C-Verse companies for potentially sizing concerns and cleaning up anything needed there (what I just did with QAW recuts). Then I will finally start the unemployed USA Workers by region. This will likely include some off the vanilla path concoctions along the way... Thank you for everyone's continued interest, glad you all are having fun with your saves!
