Liked the presentation of Shotzi, the Ciampa promo and the 'movie' match, but there's just something incredibly stupid about casting fake crowd sounds when there's... no crowd. I can suspend my disbelief (this is pro wrestling after all) but it all feels very hokey. The random people on the monitors all over aren't exactly contributing much to anything, being motionless after a key win and looking all excited when the match is dull. Dumb decisions that almost destroy the experience for me. The performance during Shirai's intro was obviously fake as well.

The show was fine and the concept was nice but cancelled my subscription for the second time in years, despite NXT still being in a good place (Gargano cracks me up every week with his antics). I haven't watched anything "main show" for months. I looked at the Clash of Champions card and just passed on it.

When is Clash of Champions? Survivor Series looks OK, but all I ever watch is NXT and the main show PPVs...and even those I usually just go in blind on what the card is.

I haven't paid much attention to the people on the screens at the Capitol Wrestling Center. I would rather they pipe in the noise than hearing people yelling and banging on plexiglass. Works great for soccer for the European leagues. I was so fixed on the action that I didn't notice there were no fans. For wrestling you would have to black out the crowd area, since they would always be "visible" in some shots.
