  1. Wow. I was just going to type here that the whole PPV was as predictable as can be, but then the main event happened. Best thing was that I thought I saw a spoiler on facebook yesterday how Brock destroyed Goldberg in mere minutes. Must've been my mind that warped the names somehow. But I guess it was a smart way of handling the match, especially after the disappointment on Mania 20.

The best thing about the weekend was Mickie James' return that went way better as I expected. I thought they'd bring her back as a bug for Asuka to squash. And I also seemed to have missed something last NXT episode. Why the hell did they put Ellering in a damn cage above the ring? I doesn't make any sense at all.

They did it in order to create a life sized crash cage playset look it up if you haven't seen the commercial for it because it's the exact same set up only difference is Ellerings Cage doesn't crash into the ring.

  2. Just completed the year 2018 in my NOTBPW save and it was a great year. Not sure if this year as good as the previous year but hey I didn’t get sued so that’s a plus. Anyways I am currently on the first day of 2019 and I have held 318 shows.

Wolf Hawkins is the current reigning and defending NOTBPW World Champion after defeating former champion Remo for the title back in November of 2018. Remo dethroned Steve DeColt after Steve held the title for 19 months losing it at The Ed Henson Memorial Tag Team Cup 20. Steve DeColt managed 27 defenses of the title prior to losing it to Remo. Remo held the title from March and he lost it in November after defending the title a total of nine times. Remo’s reign was supposed to last a bit longer than it actually did but I consider it a failure due to the fact that he wasn’t pulling the match ratings I was expecting but it was probably my fault due to how I booked him and his card positioning during his title reign. Wolf Hawkins is the current world champion and has defended the title two times thus far. Wolf will likely hold the title for a while considering I’m not quite sure who I want him to lose it to but I’m sure I’ll figure it out.

My current NOTBPW Television Champion is Xtinction, he has held the title since September 2018 after defeating former champion Jacob Jett. Jett managed five defenses of the title prior to losing it while current champion Xtinction has also made five defenses of the belt thus far.

The current NOTBPW Tag Team Champions are still Blood Money (Johnny Bloodstone and Rich Money) they have held the titles since April of 2017 and have defended the titles a total of 15 times. They will likely be losing the titles soon I’m just not sure to whom as of yet.

The current NOTBPW Women’s champion is Melody, she has held the title since April of 2017 after she defeated Tamara McFly for the title. Melody has racked up an impressive 25 defenses of the championship thus far. If plans go right I plan on keeping the title on her for another two years (until 2021) when Lucy Stone-McFly debuts. So we will see if I can actually make that happen.

I won a few awards this time around as well including company of the year for the second year in a row. Steve DeColt was named the veteran wrestler of the year while Eugene Williams took home the award for Referee of the year.

New Signings: Tsurayuki Kamachi, KC Glenn, Alan Parent, Acid, Acid II, American Elemental II, Eric Blackley, Bradford Peverell, Alicia Strong,

    Released; Joey Poison

2018 proved to be a good year for the company and although it wasn’t as good as 2017 I’ll take it. I’m looking forward to seeing what 2019 will bring.

  3. Just completed the year 2017 in my NOTBPW save and we are still going strong. I’m really happy with how it’s progressing although I would have preferred to not have been sued and lost a bunch of money because of said lawsuit but I digress. I am currently on the first day of 2018 and I have held 209 shows.

Steve DeColt is still my reigning and defending NOTBPW World Champion having held the title all through the year 2017. He has defended the title successfully a total of 24 times since winning it back in August of 2016. I know exactly who is going to beat Steve DeColt for the title but I’m not sure when I’m going to pull the trigger on said title change because I’m not sure exactly how long I want Steve to hold the title.

My current NOTBPW Television Champion is Rocky Golden, he has held the title since October 2017 after defeating Edd Stone who managed 14 defenses of the title prior to losing it. Rocky Golden has managed two defenses of the title so far.

The current NOTBPW Tag Team Champions are Blood Money (Johnny Bloodstone and Rich Money) they won the titles in April of 2017 after defeating former champions Tim Westybrook and Mighty Cavanaugh. Tim and Mighty managed 5 defenses of the titles during their reign while current champions Blood Money have managed a total of six.

The current NOTBPW Women’s champion is Melody, she has held the title since April of 2017 when she defeated former champion Tamara McFly. McFly ended her reign with seven defenses of the title while current champion Melody has managed a total of nine defenses so far.

I managed to win four awards at the end of 2017, the first was for company of the year which was completely unexpected but I’ll take it. Match Of The Year was Steve DeColt defeating Shooter Sean Deeley from an October episode of Wrestling Showcase the match received a 99 rating.

The 2017 show of the year went to NOTBPW Ed Henson Memorial Tag Team Cup which received a 96 rating. The main event of the show saw Steve DeColt successfully defend his NOTBPW World Heavyweight Championship against Sean McFly.

New Signings: Melody, Jack DeColt, Laura Flame, Angry Gilmore, Marat Khoklov, Remo Richardson, Xtinction, Robby Griffin, Bradford Peverell, Marcel LeFleur,

Released: Sonny Wildside, Harlem Haynes, Omar Brown, Lee Bennett, Alexander Robinson

2017 was a great year for NOTBPW and I can’t wait to see what 2018 will bring. 2017 was somehow better than the year 2016 and I’m hoping that with the year 2018 it will be even better.

  4. So the first save I started when TEW 2016 was released was with NOTBPW and to say that not only is it still going but it’s going strong would be an understatement. This save might not be as good as my SWF save in TEW 2013 using the C-Verse 1997 Save but it’s been going pretty well and I am pleased with the results thus far. I’m currently on the first day of 2017 and I have held exactly 100 shows.

My current NOTBPW World Champion (I always change the Canadian Title over to the World Title based on personal preference) is Steve DeColt He has held the title since August 2016 and is the fourth holder of the title since the save began. I am planning on having Steve DeColt hold the title for a lengthy period of time.

My current NOTBPW Television Champion is Edd Stone, he has held the title since June of 2016 after defeating Cameron Vessey who managed 11 defenses of the title prior to losing it. Edd Stone has managed defenses of the title so far with no end in sight.

The current NOTBPW Tag Team Champions are the team of Tim Westybrook and Mighty Cavanaugh they won the titles in October 2016 after defeating former champions Ozzie Golden and Flash Savage. I wasn’t planning on having them win the titles originally but both guys momentum were in the toilet so I had to do something with them.

The current NOTBPW Women’s champion is Tamara McFly, she has held the title since September 2016 when she defeated former champion Kristabel Plum. McFly has managed four successful defenses of the title so far.

I managed to win two awards at the end of 2016, the first was for match of the year for a match that took place on an episode of Wrestling Showcase (my Monday night B show) the match was Steve DeColt defeating Shooter Sean Deeley to retain the NOTBPW World Championship. The match received a 100 rating which was completely unexpected on my end but welcomed at the same time.

The 2016 show of the year went to NOTBPW October Obliteration, which received a 94 rating. The main event of the show was a rematch from the 100 rated match between Sean Deeley and Steve DeColt in a 30 minute Iron Man Match for the NOTBPW World Title. The match got a 99 rating.

I have also gotten three 99 rated matches as well as a 96 rated event but sadly the 96 rated event was for a TV show but I’ll take it regardless.

In October 2016 I pillaged MAW and took Roderick Remus and Sam Keith along with the Mid Atlantic Championship. I immediately had Sam Keith defeat Roderick Remus for the title in order to set up a “Once In A Lifetime” match between Sam Keith and Steve DeColt in the Main Event Of Nirvana In November to unify the Mid Atlantic Championship and the NOTBPW World Titles. The match was a 30-minute iron man match and it received an 83 rating. Sam Keith was immediately retired after the match and is now being used as my primary Road Agent. I signed Greg Gauge and I plan on pushing him hard in the future.

New Signings: Wolf Hawkins, Rich Money, Black Eagle, Christian Price, Edd Stone, Greg Gauge, Jay Chord, Joey Poison, Rich Money, Ricky DeColt, Rocky Golden Roderick Remus (Acquired from the MAW buyout) Sam Keith (From the MAW buyout), Tommy London, Wolf Hawkins, Zeus Maxmillion

Released: Derek Frost, Gentleman Jim King, Mountie Mann

Can’t wait to see how far I can bring this save (I’m hoping to hang onto it for a bit being that it’s the first save that I started with TEW 2016 and because it’s going so well) and I hope that the year 2017 can top the year that was 2016 but time will tell as far as that goes.

  5. <p>Just wanted to provide a small update on my NOTBPW save that's currently in November of 2016.</p><p> </p><p>

I bought out MAW in late October 2016 and I decided to pillage them I took Sam Keith and Roderick Remus who was the MAW Champion at the time. I also took the MAW Championship and The MAW Rip Chord Invitational Trophy. I set Sam Keith as an occasional wrestler so I could have him take the MAW Title away from Roderick Remus which would set up Sam Keith's retirement match.</p><p> </p><p>

That match was a Once In A Lifetime match in the main event of NOTBPW Nirvana In November as Sam Keith who at the time was the reigning and defending MAW Champion would challenge the reigning NOTBPW World Champion Steve DeColt to unify the titles. The match rated better than I thought it would have getting an 83 rating. The match was also a 30 minute Iron Man match.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm not even a year into this save but it might be my favorite TEW save I've ever done and that includes my awesome SWF save using the 1997 C-Verse.</p><p> </p><p>

I've also gotten a 100 rated match already which was completely unexpected but not at all surprising.</p>

  6. Im playing with NOTBPW myself and im in May too. I kept Tim as champion and he is giving me 80 rated title matches. i first had him win a 3 way with Steve and Duane(pinning Duane) and then Steve(keeping Steve strong) and boosted him to 87 pop. only problem for Tim is that he is in decline so this will be his only run with the belt for me. Im going to give the title to Duane after he turned heel at the Ed Henson by attacking Tim after his Loss in the Cup. After this i will probably give it to a Face turned Steve or Ricky.

Pop wise i have Steve at 92, Duane 90, Tim at 89, Bloodstone at 86, Sean at 82, Vessey at 73, Deeley at 74 and Ricky DeColt at 82. Also managed to Sign Edd Stone away from TCW

Women's division is als going nicely with Sally, Brooke and Lauren around 50 pop and the rest close behind.

Only problems i have is that i stuck to long with Curran because i was hoping he would improve(he isn't for me) so i now hired Michaels as my announcer.

second thing is that my owner wants me to push Omar Brown, Mighty Cavanaugh and John Maverick :)

How did you manage to sign Edd Stone? I tried but he wouldn't do it even though Dan Stone Jr. is my user character so the family hatred shouldn't exactly matter.

  7. I'm four monthes into my NOTBPW save (currently May 2016) and the first major thing I did was take the world title off of Tim Westybrook. I always thought Westybrook was a good mid to upper card hand but he's not world champion material. The new World Champion is Shooter Sean Deeley and I hope to give him a lengthy run with the belt. I kind of feel weird about doing a major title switch so soon but it had to be done.

Has anyone had any luck with Westybrook as champion or did you guys end up doing the same thing I described above and with whom?

  8. Now that the game has been formally released, what company did everyone start the demo with?

The demo is currently downloading for me but I'm probably going to start two saves right away one with NOTBPW and one with MAW. I always play as NOTBPW first with any new TEW since 2010 but I'm curious on how the COTT Championship and the new alliance stuff will work so I gotta try that as well.

  11. RAW should go back down to two hours.

    This!

Last night's RAW was no good IMO and that's too bad because I needed it to sell me properly on Money In The Bank which it did not do, aside from the Owens Neville NXT Title match the show didn't do anything for me. I know I have the network and I will watch MITB eventually but this Sunday I won't be watching live due to there being another PPV going on at the exact same time that carries more interest for me.

  12. Did anyone here see the documentary ESPN did on NXT? I thought it was pretty great. I never cared much about Adam Rose before, but getting a look at the man behind the character completely flipped my perspective. The Corey Graves story is sad as I knew it would be, but at least he's still on the payroll. Xavier Woods was the least interesting part of the episode for me, but still not bad.

I watched it and it definitely changed my perspective on Adam Rose, it wasn't that I didn't like Rose because that's far from fact but I just had a hard time caring about him. However knowing what we now know about him it's made me an instant fan of his.

  13. Do they Really Think Having Dana go over women that everyone (or at least the majority) knows are better than her is a good idea.

Better question, why did they sign her when they know she can't wrestle her way out of a paper bag. Seriously WWE needs to stop filling their Diva's division with fitness models that are completely worthless.

Sign women who can actually I don't know... Wrestle that way you wouldn't have to put that much work into them before they came up.

  14. First off I'm sad to hear about the passing of Verne Gagne, the guy was a legend and the business wouldn't be where it is with his help, RIP.

Secondly, I had an issue with the finish of the main event of Extreme Rules. The stipulation stated that the RKO was banned but Seth Rollins used the move that was supposed to be banned. I don't remember hearing them say it was only banned for Orton so it's a bit odd and Seth Rollin's cop out excuse that it was an SKO was just plain dumb because the name makes zero sense if you really stop and think about it.

  15. Taker has an undying hatred for CM Punk, so I imagine it's related to that. :p

I don't hate CM Punk I just am not a fan of the guy there is a difference. As far as AJ Lee is concerned she has been phoning it in ever since Punk left and if she doesn't want to be there then it's probably better that she just leaves all together which is what she's done.

To me I always thought she was over rated and she only had one match that I really liked and people are already trying to justify her going into the hall of fame and that I do not see. Yeah she probably will go in one day because lets face it the WWE HOF doesn't really matter but in my eyes from everything I've seen of her she didn't have a HOF worthy career.

One memorable title reign and one memorable match/feud isn't enough to justify it but as I stated earlier she'll probably end up going in down the line because eventually they will run out of women to put in the HOF.
