  1. I was there and I really thought the crowd wasnt that bad. I think the mics for the TV may have been bad or something because I watched the replay and it sounded like the crowd at an FCW show when we were much better in person imo.
  2. I can stand the 'YES' chants as a potential replacement for 'WHAT?!' and along with the random Daniel Bryan chants here and there, even if he's not involved in a segment or match.
  3. He wasn't the Rock because he didn't refer to himself in 3rd person!
  4. Think Zach Ryder will still be on the 'injured list' by the time it comes around. Kofi and R-Truth may be going for tag titles. If you put in Otunga, then it would be an 8 man and agreed that Zeke would be on team Teddy. I think Orton may still be on the injured list by then. Probably Santino since he seems to have gotten some exposure lately. Brotus Clay seems missing since his out-of-place Rumble match... other people who could have been a possibility and are MIA and their return doesn't seem likely by Mania: Rey Mysterio, Mason Ryan, Sin Cara.. Faces who are active but don't have matches: Khali, Justin Gabriel, Ted Dibiase so for Teddy's Team, I'll say: Santino, Zeke, Khali and Ted Dibiase. And let's not forget Drew McIntyre is still in that storyline, maybe he might think he can keep his job by "surprising Teddy" and helping him win the match, or be on Teddy's team, turning him face in the process(just give him a face run and see if he can work it better, way too many heels on the roster already)
  5. ^ I'll admit for the longest time I was just a Cena hater, it seemed like everything he did I just couldn't stand it. Then it all became fashionably cool to rip on him no matter what. Then within the last couple of years I've been able to look passed the hate for him and though he may not be my favorite wrestler and probably won't ever be, I do respect the hell out of the guy, especially now that he's been kind of out of the title picture for nearly a year, and he put on one of his best matches with CM Punk at MITB(is actually when I really had my moment of huge respect for him.) When they were going to try to do the 'Chicago Screw Job' angle and Cena decked Lauranitis and was like 'not this way' How can you still hate him to crap for doing that?!
  6. Awesome match between CM Punk and Daniel Bryan! Loved how the fans were actually into it too. I wonder if there will be a 6 man tag match at WM to determine who runs RAW and Smackdown. Del Rio, Christian and Mark Henry representing Lauranitis against a team for Teddy Long....
  7. True that! But good luck finding out HOW the what?! got started in the first place! I remember Stone Cold came up with the What when he was trying to call Christian (personally, not in the ring or anything) and the phone had terrible reception and Stone Cold would keep saying 'WHAT?!'
  8. True that! But good luck finding out WHY the what?! got started in the first place! I remember Stone Cold came up with the What when he was trying to call Christian (personally, not in the ring or anything) and the phone had terrible reception and Stone Cold would keep saying 'WHAT?!'
  9. I love Daniel Bryan's crabwalk to the ring. Will miss it when he loses the title though. It will look awkward for him to be crabwalking to the ring going 'YAH WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION' without it around his waist hahahaha. WHY THE HELL DID THEY DECIDE TO DO THEIR LITTLE WHAT CRAP AT THE UNDERTAKER?! I thought it was an unspoken rule not to do WHAT at faces unless it was Stone Cold or the now face R-Truth.
  10. like what they did with Brodus, sure many of us were expecting that usual monster bulldozer. It's interesting that WWE are trying not to be predictable, TRYING
  11. HAHAHA I knew it, Jericho was going to do it again and this time he looked even more fake! Jericho, still the man!
  12. don't you just love how those WWE Network commercials call Legend's House a "groundbreaking Reality Show" yeah, because NO NETWORK has ever done shows like that before.
  13. I'm not going to poop on the debut of Brodus right now. At first glance, I totally thought they had just crapped all over this guy. But then I thought back to the Attitude Era and realized we had guys like this all the time. So I'm interested to see what direction this is going to go with him. He's different from what we're used to seeing over the last 10 years....
  14. hahaha well he said it on Twitter, so it must be true! The internet is the source of all things that is truth!
  15. When Daniel Bryan was squatting down and saying 'nobody can beat me' anyone think of Gollum from Lord of the Rings? All he had to do was say 'my precious' I get the feelin it won't be Show's night and Bryan may do what it takes to keep that title a little longer, even if it means a turn... AS for Jericho's return, I was getting it too: the way it felt kind of forced and that look on his face when he left, it was like 'the sheep are still BAAAHing' I'm sure next week will all be about him telling them what moronic robots they are for cheering when he comes back after a year off. Most people may have thought of it as a crappy return cuz they probably took it at on the surface value, but even in the promos it would say 'look within' now that I think of the girl in the promo's she would be smiling, look at the camera then start frowning. Therein lies something in him, maybe come out a few times each week just for pops and eventually show his true heelish colors.
  16. Brock Lesnar retired from UFC 3 days before January 2nd 2012...hmmmmm not to say it's Lesnar in the promos, but if it is Taker, then him returning just in time for Wrestlemania feuds, someone might be lookin for a good Mania fight, someone whose had awesome matches with Taker and has had some tension with him over the last years of UFC and backstage
  17. I am impressed with how over Sheamus has gotten as a face. When he was a heel and just starting out everyone just hated the guy and talked about how he'd be gone in 2 months, but I always had a spot for him, I dunno, maybe my Irish heritage loyalty to him or something. I like when he makes references to his ancestors too, has definitely become one of my "fave five" with Orton possible on the shelf with a back injury might be Sheamus to be the one to carry the other 'big face feuds' while Daniel Bryan feuds with Show/Henry...
  18. I think it's too early to be bringing in Undertaker, he seems to only be working Wrestlemania's now. If he did return it would probably be after the Rumble..
  19. <p>"Nyyyyeah Daniel Bryan's gonna be the first person to cash in the briefcase and lose"</p><p> </p><p> sayers of Nay, must now eat those tasty salty words. </p><p> </p><p> I was also reminded of Guerrero/Benoit celebrating their titles at WM.</p><p> </p><p> If WWE is starting to take the direction of wrestling over entertainment, Bryan would be a top guy. Had some great matches despite losing, but IMO win or lose, it's what you do in the ring and he looked solid.</p>
  20. true, there is that. I usually take mentions like that as open doors for former wrestlers to come back if they ever wanted to. It would be a cold day in hell if they mentioned Benoit in WWE but Eddie gets mentioned(I know they died in two different circumstances, but they still died) and Macho Man you hardly ever heard a mention of him until his death you'd almost forget he was part of the company. They obviously won't come back yes but just to get mentions either dead or alive says 'hey we still miss ya and think about ya, if you ever came to us, we'd let ya in'
  21. Not sure what to think of Kane remasked. It'll make the fanboys happy who've been crying about Kane being horrid after being unmasked after all these years but once we've seen him unmasked it's a bit hard to go back to it. Still lookin forward to seeing how he'd be with it back on, so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. I liked when he was first unmasked, and having done that he was able to fully unleash his wrath. His last run as the MITB winner and champ was great too.
  22. Lesnar mentioned all through Big Show's promo at Smackdown? His appearance in WWE '12, hmmm perhaps it's nothing, but perhaps it's a sign of something? Who knows....
  23. ^ haha and watch Cole would be like 'oh i like him now' if I were D-Bryan I'd be like 'bite me' at that point.
  24. <p>What a match in the main event too. I'm definitely looking forward to tonight's match with D-Bryan and Mark Henry. Guess this doesn't mean it's a MITB cash-in either, but another test of the water.</p><p> He really showed he could be taken seriously in his promo with Cole and Henry last night. I would've loved to see him put Cole in a Lebell Lock just to add to the hilarity of him getting put into the Anaconda Vice, but kickin Mark in the bad leg was just enough.</p>
