I read that the Rock trained with the Gallus boys with Bobby Roode and Chad Patton helping with the non physical stuff.

This entire thing is embarrassing for everyone involved. Everyone looks immature and childish. Airing the footage is braindead and in line with something Vince Russo would do on his worst day. I was enjoying the heel Buck schtick at first, but now I just want them to go away. I've always found them incredibly overrated, but now I just outright have negative interest in seeing them on my screens.

No idea why as I took them out years ago as Blood Relation - or at least I had thought I had (but looking at the data they are in there as related still). I'm starting to think my memory issues are worse than previously thought. Thanks for the feedback.
Bro same. I keep asking my doctor to let me get my memory tested and insurance refuses to pay for it because of my age 😂

Not once have AEW, Bucks, or TK said this footage is related to CM Punk in anyway. They say it's real backstage footage from All In London, not that it's Punk related.
Most likely related to FTR/Bucks since they're facing each other at Dynasty. -

Hello, I used to use the site a lot as Keefmoon but haven't been on since the site changes. I am being asked to log in with my email address and password but don't know either. I saw the suggestion was to create a new account and then asked for it to be switched to the old one, so I have this new account and I PMd Arlie a week ago asking if it could be switched but had no response yet. Is Arlie the best person to ask, or is there a better way of getting switched to my old account? Thanks for the help.

Stop being mean-spirited, Jaysin. If you don't like what overthetop2 posts, put him on your ignore list, don't keep trying to bait him into a fight.
I'm not being mean spirited. I'm asking genuine questions. If you hate something or don't understand it, why watch it?

We passed the point of "basic" storytelling and into the realms of a convoluted mess 2 months ago when they baited everyone into thinking Rock vs Roman was the Wrestlemania match, only to pretend that segment never happened a few days later. Had they simply made the match no-DQ in the first place I'd have no argument against how the title fight was booked, but Cody having the chance in story to prevent a glorified handicap match and failing just makes Cena and Undertaker's appearance stick out as a deus ex machina designed to save the hero from a problem he himself created.
If you don't understand booking and story telling, maybe pro wrestling really isn't for you? Why watch something you clearly hate and don't understand? Despite Adam's comment, I'm genuinely tying to discuss this. I just don't understand watching something I dislike or don't get the appeal of just to complain about it.

Why was Samantha emotional? I don't get that at all. It wasn't Ricochet who won. Why did she care if Roman or Cody won? It doesn't make any sense that she cried instead of delivering a great announcement.
Make it make sense!
Because she's followed his story? It's not rocket science.

I think the only match I wasn't fond of was the Usos match. It wasn't remotely bad or anything. It wasn't the least bit memorable. Having Lil Wayne announced as the greatest rapper ever was also pretty cringey. Wayne seems like a cool dude and I know he's a fan of pro wrestling, so I'm okay with his appearance despite my dislike of his music. The match was just so middle of the road. It felt like a filler tv taping match back when Smackdown was taped in advance.

Speaking of bookers/owners, I actually have need of people's knowledge to pick one myself !
I've decided to (re-) open a NWA company that hadn't been open for more than 34 years, namely NWA Los Angeles (or NWA Hollywood) in 1992. However, I'm stuck on who would be a legitimate choice as the owner of the company. Basically, the idea is that I'll be similar to one of those many companies that opened under the NWA umbrella in the late 90's and early 00's (NWA Florida, NWA 2000, NWA Anarchy, etc), and will try to first become a giant, then "eat" every other NWA companies until I'm the only one left.
However, I don't know who to pick as a legitimate owner: ideally, I'd want someone who would have had ties with NWA back in the days, who didn't open another company in the database (hence why Rick Bassman, Johnny Legend, Roland Alexander or David McLane aren't really options) and preferably in the Los Angeles area at the time, or at the very least in California.
Based on the database and the very limited research I've done so far, I probably could go for either José Lothario, Jack Armstrong, Ray Stevens, Ivan Putski or (just for the pun) Jeanne Basone who used to be known as Hollywood in GLOW, but none of those names seem to really fit, so any suggestions would be more than welcome !Chavo Sr is a good pick for this actually! You could also use Chavo Sr as an excuse to bring in lucha stars. He won NWA America's title and America's tag titles a butt load of times in NWA Hollywood.

The guy WWE is trying to sell as the one to finally beat Boredom Reigns just lost clean to a 51 year old who hasn't wrestled full time in 2 decades.
If basic storytelling goes over your head, you might want to stop watching pro wrestling.

A couple of names that might work, although I don't know how much you want them to be known: José Lothario, or maybe Pedro Morales if you don't care if they are actually Mexican/from the lucha libre scene ? If they can just be old but non-retired, maybe Chavo Guerrero Sr. ?
Chavo Sr is a great shout. I realized Antonio Pena was free and ended up grabbing him. Chavo is definitely getting hired though for something.

Wasn't sure where else to post this, so hopefully someone here has some ideas.
Looking for a suggestion on a hopefully English/Spanish speaking retired wrestler or non-wrestler to be the Mexican/lucha representative in a booking committee in 1992. I have Sonny Onoo as the Japanese representative and Mark Rocco as the English representative for example.

Even if it's just so we can filter by individual title, it'd be a breath of fresh air.

Very minor, but Gene Anderson died October 1991, so he should be deceased.

Eddie and Pillman could be a helluva team if you decide to go that route fulltime

I think Eddie Kingston could absolutely be the face of the new ROH though to be fair. He's the perfect guy for it in my opinion. Great talker and an in ring style influenced by King's Road and Strong Style.
I get that he's an AEW guy, but it's a shame he's going to be pivoted away from.
I'm pumped for this diary though. Daniels is one of my all time favorites and one of the nicest people I've met in wrestling. He has such a good mind for the business.

Workers learn faster against better opponents.
Would they learn from teaming with a high psych worker too? Like pairing a rookie with a talented veteran?

Just chiming in to agree about Drew being great right now. His rehab line was really cringey, but he won me back over with the Chicago/gun line. Punk asking who deemed Drew the Chosen One was brilliant. Never thought Drew would be able to hold his own in a verbal sparring session with someone like Punk.

I'm using Bing, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks on how to get masked renders that have the ears covered? I've tried telling it no visible ears, mask covering entire head, and a few other phrases, but time and time again, the worker's ears are showing.
Also wanted to add, is there an alternative to Bing that doesn't require me to clear my history every 15 generations?

I don't know what the problem is, but I do not seem to be able to unzip any of the picture files. The data file was fine, but the picture files will not unzip, and I have used ExpressZip (by NCH Software), Winzip, and Total Zip, all of which are supposed to be software that can unzip .rar or .7z files.
WinRAR has a free trial that lasts until the end of time and there's never been an issue for me.

This should be fun! I love iDom. Any chance you could share the source image of that big gold women's title though?
