I didn't realize it was a cool down match. Thanks for that.<p> </p><p> And yeah, I think I got scared off by "quite tough," but I just posted my first profit, so I'm doing fine. </p><p> </p><p> Thanks! <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Yeah, I was expecting it to mean something like Hart v. Hennig. Fotunately, I had crowd management off when I was running a Pure fed, and using it all the time, haha. Now, if you use good workers for it, the dirt sheet will say that the match got a bonus for them being "well-suited" to it, so if you weren't using crowd management, you might be better off using it for big matches, but I don't know.</p>
  2. You don't want to use it for a big match. Use it after a big match in order calm the crowf, but make sure the performers are top notch, like high 60's or more, in technical skills. I play a lot of performance feds, and don't usually have much difficulty making money. Great performers don't have to be popular/expensive performers, so a mainstream fed's journeyman could be your Brock Lesnar.
  3. How significant is the income generated by house shows? I'm running Golden Canvas, and I just rose to Cult, so I'm losing about $50k a month. Would it be worth hiring ten wrestlers to written contracts to send them out on a house tour?

So I can do one TV show, and anyone who doesnt make the first show can be on the second. <p> </p><p> That would indeed solve my problem if the Main Eventers arent clamoring to be on EVERY "A" show.'</p><p> </p><p> Anyone else have experience with this sort of thing...?</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> In my experience, it's only certain main eventers that complain about it. I have six main eventers right now. 4 of them don't care it all if they are on the weekly shows, but two of them get mad every time they are left off, and they aren't the bad apples, either.</p><p> </p><p> I'm not sure if that sort of response is helpful, but that's what I've noticed.</p>

That's 4 shows plus one event per month, so 30 events before the matchup is fresh again. Multiperson matches? A huge roster?</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I have a main eventer wrestle a good working midcarder for the main event of my weekly shows, and everyone seems happy. it also gives me an an opportunity to see how my workers perform when they aren't hindered or assisted by their usually level in the company. I save even popularity matchups for PPVs, like wrestling companies used to do.</p>

  7. Can you increase the reputation of a dojo after you build it, or is it set at however you built it?
  8. Konrad Makinen and Hugh de Aske were facing off in the semi-finals of my European title tournament. Konrad botched a move that gave Hugh a concussion, putting him out for a month. My backstage shows that there is simmering tension between them now, and my road agent tells me the locker room isn't happy with Makinen. The tournament must go on, but de Aske won the match, and can no longer compete. Makinen is the logical choice to meet Lars Brecher in the ladder match final, but it doesn't seem fair that he is going in because he injured the man who beat him. I make Makinen perform a stunt bump as payback during the ladder match. The match is a big success, but Makinen suffers a "bruised buttocks" from the bump. Nevertheless, the heat between Makinen and de Aske is now gone, and all seems well. Hugh will be back in about a month. It was a really fun narrative generated by this wonderful game system.
  9. So these are guys that would better fit a Hyper Realistic product? My product has Pure and Realism and key, so I'm thinking Technicians would be preferred. Thank you for the reply.
  10. <p>I run a lot of Pure and Realism feds, so my favorites are:</p><p> </p><p> Nigel Svensson</p><p> Merle O'Curle</p><p> Ray Snow</p><p> Samoan Machine</p><p> Rhino Umaga</p><p> Walter Morgan</p><p> </p><p> I've never used Roy Edison much in the past, but he's killing it for me right now.</p>
  11. When you build a dojo, what sort of fighter does a "Shooters" focus produce? My product is Key Realism and Key Pure. It doesn't appear to have Puro workers as an option, and I'd be ok with Technicians, but Shooters might be better, unless they mean shooters for Hyper Realism, which I don't really do.
  12. <p>In the Colosseum International Combat League, based in Italy, it is August 2016...</p><p> </p><p> Merle O'Curle just defeated Roy Edison to take the World heavyweight title. Edison held it for 8 months.</p><p> </p><p> The Iron Men, Curtis Jenkins and Walter Morgan, just defeated the Thunder Express, Pavel Vanzycha and Andrey Boronin, for the Team titles.</p><p> </p><p> Both Vanzycha and Edison were having great, successful runs, but were touring with PGHW, and the scheduling forced them to exhaustion by the time many of my big shows rolled around. They have bright futures, but for now, I need champions who can make CICL shows their priority.</p><p> </p><p> I am running:</p><p> Pure - Key</p><p> Realism - Key</p><p> Modern - Medium</p><p> Daredevil, Hardcore, Hyper Realism, and Traditional are Very Low or Low</p><p> Mainstream, Risque, and Cult are None.</p>
  13. <p>I'm about 5 months into Major League Wrestling, but the wrestling industry is in the tank, and I cannot raise my popularity right now.</p><p> </p><p> Ernest Youngman is my champion and top star, with Kip Keenan close behind.</p><p> </p><p> I am using Riley McManus as my avatar. I am a main eventer, but I eat the pins for the better in-ring performers.</p><p> </p><p> I am running:</p><p> Tradition - Key</p><p> Modern - Med</p><p> Lucha - Low</p><p> Realism - Med</p><p> Pure - Low</p><p> No face/heel divide</p><p> </p><p> My fourth main eventer is El Jaguar. Logan Wolfsbaine is my biggest emerging star.</p>
  14. I went looking for a summary answer to this question, but I couldn't find one. I've played previous versions of this game for years, but I'm just now coming back to look at 2016. I heard that it's harder to run a small company in this version. How so?
  15. That would be disappointing. I can honestly say that Superstars may be my favorite of their shows. It tends to have good matches with solid workers while filling me in on what's gone on, saving me from watching all of RAW and Smackdown and their endless angles. I can definitely say that I watch it more than any of the other shows.
  16. So has anyone heard any rumors about where this Bret Hart thing is going to end?
