I’m Harvey Manners, and I’m joined once again by the lovely Eve Runcord.” Eve Runcord: “Thanks Harvey. Last month we saw Nomad become the very first Florida Bay Heavyweight Champion, albeit with a major assist from Davie Renluenn. However, Skip Beau will get his chance to gain a measure of revenge on both men tonight, as he teams with Cal Sanders in tonight’s tag team Main Event.” Harvey Manners: “Tempers will be running high in that one, I think we can expect fireworks there Eve.” Eve Runcord: “But before all of that we open the show with the (sigh) ‘Japanese Superstar’ Alan Parent...” Harvey Manners: “Kammy Ling endearing herself to this Florida Bay crowd once again…” Eve Runcord: “I think I might start a whip round to pay for her and her annoying client to go back to Japan…” Harvey Manners: “While I’m sure you’ll find no shortage of people here in Florida Bay willing to help you out with that, until that time we will continue to be treated to these puroresu masterclasses from Alan Parent…” Harvey Manners: “Another win for Alan Parent, and another assist for Kammy Ling.” Eve Runcord: “Bringing Kammy Ling over from Japan has certainly paid dividends for him…” Harvey Manners: “Since her arrival, Parent’s fortunes have certainly improved. I can only assume she played a big role in the success he had over in the Far East…” Eve Runcord: “Oh come on Harvey… seriously?” Harvey Manners: “Yeah… I mean…Oh look! Here comes your favourite wrestler.” Eve Runcord: “As if things weren’t going well enough already…” Harvey Manners: “Certainly a unique perspective from Davie Renluenn there…” Eve Runcord: “God I hope he gets his ass kicked in the Main Event…” Harvey Manners: “Speaking of ‘kicking ass’ here come a couple of Texans who have made an unbeaten start to their career in Florida Bay.” Harvey Manners: “What does he mean by ‘Southern Hospitality’ this time?” Eve Runcord: “Whatever it is, I bet it’s bad news for the Paratroopers...” Eve Runcord: “I’ve got to say, I don’t think much of the hospitality that Joffy Laine and Tex Tagan offer...” Harvey Manners: “Don’t let them hear you say that... regardless we have a match here, as Paradigm tries to take down the man monster that is the Canadian Crusher.” Tex Tagan allows himself a grin, before making his way slowly down to the ring. Canadian Crusher leaves the ring, having won his match, but Paradigm remains, still feeling the effects of the Full Nelson Slam. Tex Tagan slowly pulls Paradigm back to his feet, and looks like he’ll inflict further damage until Paradox and Paranoia appear from the back. Paradigm is hauled from the ring to save him from further punishment, and helped to the back by Paradox, while Paranoia slides into the ring to start his match. Eve Runcord: “What the hell was Tex Tagan doing back out here? He had no business getting involved in this match!” Harvey Manners: “Facing a guy the size and power of Canadian Crusher is a daunting enough task on its own, but when there are outside influences involved as well? Well… you don’t really stand much of a chance, as Pardigm found out tonight.” Eve Runcord: “I don’t know what Tex Tagan’s problem is. He’s beaten the Paratroopers two months in a row, what’s he gaining by punishing them further? The guys nothing but a bully!” Harvey Manners: “Maybe so, but unfortunately so far nobody seems to be able to stop him. At least Paradox and Paranoia were able to stop him doing any further damage to poor Paradigm. Let’s hope the Paratroopers can get their own back in this next match, as Paranoia has the unenviable task of standing up to Tex Tagan…” Eve Runcord: “That Lariat is lethal…” Harvey Manners: “That’s the second time that Paranoia has been knocked out cold by that particular move. It looks very simple, but my word is it effective.” Eve Runcord: “Simple or not, I sure wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of it…” Paradox is quickly out to check on Paranoia. Tagan seems to consider attacking the two Paratroopers, but eventually decides against it as Joffy Laine arrives from the back and tells Tagan that ‘he’s got this’. After a short delay, Paranoia is helped to the back by Stanley Carpenter and Paradigm who appeared from the back. Harvey Manners: “Last chance saloon for the Paratroopers, who are 0-2 tonight. Can Paradox step up and get the stable the win they so desperately need?” Harvey Manners: “I’m not entirely sure what just happened… but who cares? The Paratroopers just gained a small measure of revenge against Tex Tagan and Joffy Laine!” Eve Runcord: “Let’s hope this is a turning point for the Paratrooper boys. It was certainly unorthodox, but a win is a win.” Harvey Manners: “Maybe so, but I can’t imagine the boys from Texas are going to be too happy about how things went down tonight…” Eve Runcord: “Not at all. They’ll be out for Paratrooper blood next week.” Harvey Manners: “Nomad trying to get into the heads of his opponents before tonight’s Main Event… and I can’t help but feel Skip Beau showed some of his inexperience by rising so visibly to the bait.” Eve Runcord: “I’m afraid you may be right there. Sanders was able to just ignore Nomad and keep his focus on the match ahead, and I hope that Skip can clear his head and focus on picking up the win here tonight.” After the match, Nomad and Davie Renluenn both immediately bail from the ring to avoid an angry Skip Beau. However the two men don’t leave together, with Nomad bailing through the back door as Davie Renluenn takes the more conventional route through the curtain. With the heels getting away, Beau enters the ring and immediately begins asking the referee why he didn’t DQ Nomad for using his title, Charles Hapstander says he didn’t see it because he was returning Skip to his corner… which frustrates the young Heavyweight brawler even more. Harvey Manners: “How the hell did Nomad and Davie Renluenn win that match? I’ve never seen such a dysfunctional team in all my life! They seemed to fight against each other the entire way, but thanks to some underhand tactics they still get the win!” Eve Runcord: “The better question is how does Nomad keep getting away with stunts like this? That’s three matches on the bounce he’s cheated his way to victory…” Harvey Manners: “He may be on top now, but I think he’ll have a very angry 280lb Skip Beau chasing him down… and that’s certainly not a position I’d want to be in. Did you see how frustrated Skip was at the end of that match?” Eve Runcord: “Well, Nomad will defend his Florida Bay Heavyweight Championship for the first time in two weeks time at ‘Law & Order’, and I can only hope we’ll be celebrating a new Champion at the end of the night…” Harvey Manners: “You and I both! But will we see Nomad’s title reign end at the first hurdle, to find out please join us at Law & Order. Until then, thank you for joining us and good night!” Show Rating: E

On the back of their historic rise to International status exactly a month ago, most onlookers expected a lot of activity in the land of Supreme. However things have been very quiet throughout February, as the promotion simply went about its business as usual. There were no big name signings, no new TV or PPV deals... there was just nothing. This lack of activity has played a large part in TEW.com revising their judgement, and reclassifying the SWF as merely a ‘National’ promotion once again. This is being seen as a major embarrassment to both Richard Eisen and the SWF. This document is property of the US government Attempts to distribute or copy this document contravene federal law

While Faith and Remo didn’t actually meet in the ring during February, they were involved in a number of confrontations both backstage and during in-ring angles. Many are speculating that the SWF can’t keep these two out of the ring much longer, and a match between the two is expected at Awesome Impact. The SWF has continued to book Remo strongly throughout this feud, as ‘The Destroyer’ picked up wins against both Jack Bruce and the freshly turned Rich Money. Meanwhile, Eric Eisen appears to have his sights set on the SWF World Heavyweight Title. ‘The Supremacist’ was able to beat World Champion Steve Frehley two weeks in a row on Supreme TV in non-title bouts. This has seen him elevated to the status of unofficial number one contender, and should see him receive a title shot at Awesome Impact after Frehley successfully defended the title at Nothing To Lose against Vengeance and Christian Faith. Nothing To Lose also saw Jack Bruce fail to beat the monster Marat Khoklov. Bruce has spent the last month promising that he would overcome the Russian Giant, but interestingly it was Khoklov who picked up the big win. It will be interesting to see if this signifies the start of a PPV win streak for the SWF’s ‘special attraction’, and it will also be interesting to see what this loss means for Jack Bruce’s status as the SWF’s biggest star... While this will not immediately lead to a glut of new followers for FBIPW, I am anticipating seeing a small increase in attendances in the near future. From a financial standpoint, we have had a very successful two months. We made over $4,000 in profit for January, and despite hiring another worker for our second show, we made over $5,000 profit in February after external incomes. Our current bank balance stands at $10,321. With this financial success in mind, I have proposed that we move to running two shows a month effective immediately. This will provide the agents twice as many opportunities to catch the eye of Richard Eisen and the SWF, which could help speed up the timeframe of this operation. http://i184.photobucket.com/albums/x32/Kidbrit/Puresim/TEW%2013/TexTagan_zps0f7e562b.jpghttp://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/bennyd81/RTG/EveRuncord_zpsa1ab512c.jpghttp://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/bennyd81/RTG/DavieRenluenn_zps911a870f.jpg Agent Usage Both Special Agent Cardillo and Special Agent Piercy have been pushed strongly as Main Event Heel’s over the previous two months. While neither man currently holds the Florida Bay Heavyweight Championship, both are well placed as potential contenders for the belt. Both men have also been handed plenty of mic time in an attempt to develop their skills, with both men being involved in multiple segments on every show. Special Agent Piercy has also been assigned a tag team partner with the intention of improving his entertainment skills. Special Agent Piercy (as Tex Tagan) and his new partner have been booked particularly strongly, having won both of their matches on the opening two shows. They have also been involved in some of the highest rated segments the company has produced to date, which suggests the pairing has been beneficial for Special Agent Piercy. Due to the lack of an active women’s division in the SWF, Junior Agent Bruin has been assigned to the Colour Commentators position and has done a solid job in this role during the opening two shows. In an attempt to involve her in the show more than a traditional Colour Commentator might be, I have paired her in a storyline with Special Agent Cardillo (as Davie Renluenn). Hopefully this will bring both to the attention of the wider wrestling world, and potentially the SWF as well. Future Plans As previously mentioned, March will see FBIPW trial running two shows for the month. If this move allows us to remain profitable, it will become full time from April onwards. I will continue to push Davie Renluenn & Tex Tagan strongly, although it is unlikely I will move the Florida Bay Heavyweight Championship on to either man before I file my next report. I hope to report an improvement in both attendances and show quality by the next report. 6. Well that's no good is it... I honestly didn't even realise that I had done that, so thanks for pointing it out. It's definitely something I'll try to address for the next show, and hopefully the whole thing will read a bit better. Thanks again for your post. I'll try to take what you've said on board, and hopefully I can put out better write-ups for you to read going forward.

While neither of the two shows had been as successful as I had hoped, I do think that I had done a good job in making both Tex Tagan and Davie Renluenn look like Main Event guys... even if neither had become the inaugural Florida Bay Heavyweight Champion. My reasoning not to put the belt on either Davie or Tex had originally been that if they could prove they could look like top guys without the belt, they would look like the real deal to anyone looking on from the outside. However, now that I’ve gone through with my decision to put the belt on Nomad... I’m not entirely convinced that I’ve made the right call. I get the impression that Special Agent Cardillo may have been expecting to win the belt, but hopefully he won’t hold that against me too much as I’m sure he will have a say in whether I keep my job, along with Special Agent Peircy and Junior Agent Bruin. However, I can’t change what is done. Hopefully I can convince Section Chief Davies to keep me on during tomorrow’s meeting, because I do have plans to move both Davie and Tex to the very top of FBI Pro Wrestling. If nothing else, I’ve managed to hit his $10k bank balance goal in only two months. Maybe that will stand me in good stead... even if neither of our agents holds the top title. Only time will tell if I made the right call... ------------------------------------------------------------- OOC: Thanks to everybody who took the time to predict on the card. I hope you enjoyed the card, and any feedback you may have either on my writing style or on any of the characters so far would be greatly appreciated. I also want to take a moment to thank ReapeR for the awesome belt he made for the diary. If anyone wants to see the belt in all of its glory, there’s a larger version located here: http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n230/jhall2129/TEW%202013%20Title%20belts/FBIFloridaBayHvywt_lg_zps1b5f933e.jpg I hope to see you all back next show.

My name is Harvey Manners, and I’m joined once again tonight by the beautiful Eve Runcord.” Eve Runcord: “Thanks Harvey, and what a night it promises to be as we name the very first Florida Bay Heavyweight Champion!” Harvey Manners: “That’s right we open with our two Semi-Finals, followed by the Final in our Main Event. I can’t wait to get going.” Eve Runcord: “We’ll be kicking this show off with a bang, with the first of our Semi-Finals! Unfortunately that means we have to put up with this guy...” Eve Runcord: "Crude as he may be, Davie Renluenn is only one win away from the final of our Championship tournament." Harvey Manners: "Can he progress here, or will it be Skip Beau who fights for the chance to go down as the first ever Florida Bay Heavyweight Chamoion?" Harvey Manners: “Well it just goes to show, you can never take your eyes off of your opponent!” Eve Runcord: “It serves him right! And the best news of all is that now we won’t have to listen to him going on about how great he is all of the time.” Harvey Manners: “I wouldn’t be so sure about that, but regardless Skip Beau progresses into the final of our title tournament!” Eve Runcord: “But who will he face, Nomad or Cal Sanders? Well we’ll find out right now, as the second semi-final is next!” Harvey Manners: “Nomad there claiming his Nomadic ways have allowed him to pick up the knowledge he needs to be called the best here in Florida Bay.” Eve Runcord: “Let’s see if he’s learnt as much as he thinks he has. Cal Sanders is on his way to the ring, and this one is on!” Harvey Manners: “Nomad picks up the win, but not using any of this ‘knowledge’ he’s acquired in his decade long travel around North America...” Eve Runcord: “Unfortunately Harvey, I think what we just saw may have been what Nomad was referring to as his new ‘knowledge’.” Harvey Manners: “Nomad claims that his decade long nomadic wandering has been leading him to the Florida Bay Heavyweight Championship, but we’ll find out in tonight’s Main Event whether Nomad will be crowned the champion, or if Skip Beau can stop him.” Eve Runcord: “I’m putting my support firmly behind Skip Beau...” Harvey Manners: “An impressive victory for the Canadian Crusher there!” Eve Runcord: “Did you see the way he just tossed his opponent around there? It was scary!” Harvey Manners: “I think it’s fair to say the Canadian Crusher will be a forced to be reckoned with her in Florida Bay!” Eve Runcord: “I certainly wouldn’t want to be the one to get in his way...” Harvey Manners: “Well here we go! I guess we’re about to be treated to the sight of Puroresu master Alan Parent in action.” Eve Runcord: “I cannot believe those words just came out of your mouth...” Harvey Manners: “Well Alan Parent picks up the win, with a major assist going to his new Japanese manager Kammy Ling.” Eve Runcord: “I guess being a star in Japan has it’s perks...” Harvey Manners: "Last month two-thirds of the Paratroopers came up short against these two rough, tough Texans. Can this new Paratrooper pairing fair any better?" Eve Runcord: "Judging by the 'hospitality' these two offered Paranoia & Paradigm last month, I'm afraid they might struggle..." Harvey Manners: “Another win for the impressive team of Joffy Laine & Tex Tagan...” Eve Runcord: “Those Texas boys are absolutely brutal in the ring... but like their methods or not, they certainly get the job done.” Harvey Manners: “You have to wonder how long it will be until they turn their attention to the Florida Bay Heavyweight Championship...” Eve Runcord: “Well you heard them last month and then again tonight, they are mighty pissed off at not being included in this tournament. So I would imagine it would be sooner rather than later.” Harvey Manners: “Certainly something for the winner of our Main Event to think of, and that match is next! Who will be crowned the very first Florida Bay Heavyweight Champion? Will it be Skip Beau or Nomad... let’s find out!” Harvey Manners: “No! Not like this! Davie Renluenn has cost Skip Beau the Florida Bay Heavyweight Championship!” Eve Runcord: “Nomad has cheated his way through both of his matches tonight, and is our new champion. That doesn’t sit well with me.” Harvey Manners: “Well they say cheats never prosper, so although Nomad is celebrating tonight... it shouldn’t be too long until someone takes that title from him...” Eve Runcord: “We can only hope. I’d be willing to bet Skip Beau will have something to say about Davie Renluenn’s interference as well...” Harvey Manners: “Who will Skip go after first though? Does he go after the Champion, or does he try to teach that punk Davie Renluenn a lesson?" Eve Runcord: "I hope he goes after Renluenn... I'd love to see him knock some sense into that creep. I wouldn't blame Skip if he chose to go after the title though..." Harvey Manners:"Well there’s only one way to find out, and that is to join us here in Florida Bay next month! Until then, thank you for watching and good night!” Show Rating: E-

  10. I don't think I'm giving too much away when I say there's no need to worry about any of my guys being stolen at this point Xendarii. I think most can guess who the SWF will bring in, as it always seems to be the same bunch of guys in my experience. My reasoning for the report is that my character's lack of experience within the industry, and blind optimism, may allow him to think a signing could be imminent... despite the fact I've only put out one sub-par show to date. All postings that are in character are made from the perspective of an 18 year old who is desperately trying to prove he is worthy of the position of responsibility within a live FBI operation that has been thrust upon him... so may not always be completely logical or reliable in their content. Hope that makes sense. Expect a prediction card up for the next show at some point this afternoon/evening, so keep your eyes peeled.

The decision has been taken on the basis of the promotions growing popularity in both the Mexican and Canadian markets. It will be interesting to see how the promotion reacts to the news, if we are lucky it could signal a potential hiring spree as they look to capitalise on the publicity... I mean it was about time I did some work right? In the two weeks since the debut show, I’d only submitted one report on the SWF to Section Chief Davies. If I wanted to keep my role in ‘Operation Lullaby’ beyond my two month trial, I needed to make sure the second show was a huge improvement on the first. However, just as I sat down to book the show, my door opened. Which was a nice change, I don’t think anyone’s bothered to come to my office since I moved here... I was beginning to think nobody knew I was down here. http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/bennyd81/RTG/DavieRenluenn_zps911a870f.jpg To my surprise, it was Special Agent Cardillo who poked his head around the door. “Hey kid, thought I’d read your SWF report while I was in the office. Looks like you were right about the Platinum Blonde push. So now that we know Eisen likes conceited Heels, let’s make sure I’m in full view from now on. Okay?” “Yes sir...” And with that he was gone. While he hadn’t said much, and I may be reading way too much into it. I couldn’t help but wonder, had Special Agent Cardillo just accepted me as head booker?

A lot of pressure was on the SWF to deliver in January, and, luckily for Eisen and his Supreme Wrestling Federation, deliver they did as the promotion put out a series of very solid shows to re-establish the gap between themselves and their nearest rivals. USPW in particular had a very poor month, which saw the promotion fall dramatically from National to Cult status. One of the main storylines the SWF were running throughout January was Remo running rampant through almost the entire roster, picking up wins throughout the month over the likes of Jack Bruce, The Amazing Bumfholes and World Champion Steve Frehley in a non-title match. He also looked strong at ‘When Hell Freezes Over’, as he destroyed the Lobster Warrior in a backstage angle. Presumably the SWF are looking to build Remo to lead into the inevitable Frehley/Remo feud for the World Title in the near future. Other notable news in the SWF this month was the Platinum Blondes defeating the All-Americans at When Hell Freezes Over to win the World Tag Team Titles. The SWF also gave an indication they are beginning to look to the future. On top of having a World Champion under the age of 30, they also called up a number of development prospects to the Main Roster throughout January. Lenny Brown, Kristen Pearce, Primus Allen & Spencer Spade all made the move up from RIPW. 14. With Mr McCulloch's thoughts after the last show in mind, I believe you may enjoy the next show... Haha thanks. I'm not a huge fan of the name either tbh, but I'm hoping once I establish his character the name will become less of an issue. Glad to have you reading. I would definitely read that diary. Unfortunately the Paratroopers will largely be jobbers in FBIPW, at least in the beginning. That's not to say they won't pick up the odd win to further a storyline, but on the most part they'll be looking up at the lights I'm afraid. Thanks, as I said I always find first shows tough. You have so much you want to cram in, but a very limited amount of time. I tried to scale back and focus on one or two key guys, and then I'll try to build more characters as the shows progress. Thanks for the Renluenn comment, he was probably the main guy I tried to establish during the first show, so it's great that you liked his character. Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to read so far, it means a lot.

While the show hadn’t gone quite as well as I had hoped, not even close... I was honestly just glad to have the first show in the bag. Speaking to some of the fans after the show, they had been more complimentary about the show, saying it was as good as they’d expect from a new company. Some of them even promised to come back to see the show next month, so at least I could take some comfort in that. One of the things that hit me during the show was the heat from the fans on Alan Parent throughout his match. It may have been ‘go away’ heat from the fans, but it was by far the strongest reaction any of our wrestlers received all night. I mean how could I expect the fans to care about a bunch of guys they’ve never heard of? This may prove to be a mistake, but I want to see if we can take that ‘go away’ heat and turn it into ‘Heel’ heat by giving Alan Parent a bit more character... One of the main positives coming out of ‘Most Wanted’ was Chief Section Davies sending me an email at the end of the show to say he had received the green light from the ‘relevant parties’, whatever that means, for FBIPW to start receiving outside income. The even bigger positive was when these ‘relevant parties’ deposited over $10k into our bank account! This allowed us to turn a profit of over $5k for the month of January. At this rate we should have no problem meeting Section Chief Davies’ goal to make $10k in two years... hell we’d made half of that in one month! With ‘Most Wanted’ in the bag, it was now official. Florida Bay International Pro Wrestling, and the next stage in “Operation Lullaby”, had begun... ----------------------------------------------------------------- OOC: I just wanted to take a second to thank everyone for predicting on the card. I hope you enjoyed the first card, although I always find the first card with a brand new promotion challenging to write, as nobody is established yet, but hopefully as this diary progresses I’ll begin to hit my stride with FBIPW. I’m also interested to hear if anyone has any thoughts on the show, or if there is anything people think could be improved. Hope to see everyone back next show. Oh, and while I'm in OOC mode I want to thank Michigan Hero for the awesome FBIPW logo he made for me. I thought I'd thanked him earlier in the thread, but reading back it's clear that I forgot to...
  16. Florida Bay International Pro Wrestling: Most Wanted Rainbow Bar & Grill, Florida Bay Saturday W4, January 13 people showed up. Announce Team: http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx212/Cverse_Rerender/sebsplex/HarveyManners.jpghttp://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/bennyd81/RTG/EveRuncord_zpsa1ab512c.jpg Harvey Manners: “Good Evening Ladies & Gentlemen, Harvey Manners here to thank you for joining us for this most exciting of occasions, the debut of Florida Bay International Pro Wrestling! We come to you tonight from the Rainbow Bar & Grill on the beautiful Florida Bay. Joining me at the announce desk tonight is the equally beautiful Eve Runcord.” Eve Runcord: “And I couldn’t be more excited, as tonight we see the opening round of a tournament to name the very first Florida Bay Heavyweight Champion!” Harvey Manners: “And here comes one of the men aiming to become the inaugural Florida Bay Champion, Davie Renluenn.” Eve Runcord: “Ergh, this guy gives me the creeps...” Harvey Manners: “So Eve, are you going to take Mr Renluenn up on his offer?” Eve Runcord: (looking a little flustered) “Oh... just shut up and call the match!” Harvey Manners: (giggling to himself) “I think he likes you Eve... Eve Runcorn: “It’s bad enough that he won... can’t we just move on from this?” Harvey Manners: “I guess so... next up we have another Championship tournament match, as Canadian veteran Cal Sanders takes on Alan Parent in what promises to be a great technical matchup..” Harvey Manners: “A big win for Cal Sanders there, as he moves one step closer to becoming the very first Florida Bay Heavyweight Champion.” Eve Runcord: “He’s into the Semi-Finals, but there’s still a long way to go yet.” Harvey Manners: “And now we have a change of pace, as we move away from our Championship tournament to provide you a special tag team showcase.” Eve Runcorn: “And here come one of those tag teams now Harvey, they don’t look happy about something though...” Harvey Manners: “Those are two unhappy Texans.” Eve Runcord: “I almost feel sorry for those two Paratrooper kids. I wouldn’t want to get in these two Southerners way...” Eve Runcord: “Oh my god! That was brutal...” Harvey Manners: “A dominant victory for the team from Texas. I think they made their point loud and clear tonight.” Eve Runcord: “I think he might have taken Paradigm’s head off...” Harvey Manners: “Drift Shift... and Nomad wins!” Eve Runcord: “Paradox failed to get a foothold in that match, I wonder if what happened with Paradigm before the match affected his concentration?” Harvey Manners: “That won’t bother Nomad, as he progresses to the Semi-Finals next month. Speaking of the Semi-Finals, look who’s making their way to the ring...” Eve once again begins to looks incredibly uncomfortable, as Skip Beau appears from the back for the Main Event of the evening. Eve Runcord: “Oh thank god. Here comes Skip Beau, who will be facing the Canadian Crusher in our Main Event.” Harvey Manners: “Skip comes with great credentials, having trained at the prestigious DeColt Power House!” Davie Renluenn: “Heh, he’s not so tough.” Harvey Manner: “Look at the size of him! He’s got to be 6’5 and at least 280. I wouldn’t be saying that to his face...” Davie Renluenn: “So what he’s a freak? Did David not beat Goliath? Size isn’t everything my friend...” Eve Runcord: “A bit touchy Davie?” Davie Renluenn: “What? Hey... no. No! I thought we were trying to be professional here?” Eve Runcorn: “Here we go! These two monsters of men will clash in what promises to be a hugely physical encounter.” Davie Renluenn: “Pfft, I could beat both of these guys in my sleep.” Harvey Manners: “I wouldn’t be shouting that too loud if I were you...” Davie Renluenn: “Why not? That Canadian Crusher probably wouldn’t understand what I was saying anyway...” Harvey Manners: “A huge win for Skip Beau! I didn’t think anyone would be able to take down the man mountain that is the Canadian Crusher.” Eve Runcord: “Skip Beau really impressed me tonight...” Davie Renluenn: “You want to see something truly impressive, join me in my hotel room later tonight...” Eve Runcord: “So the whole professional angle lasted a long time then...” Harvey Manners: “While those two love birds bicker, let me take this opportunity to thank you for joining us for ‘Most Wanted’.” Eve Runcord: “Be sure to join us next month, where the very first Florida Bay Heavyweight Champion will be crowned.” Harvey Manners: “Cal Sanders, Nomad, Skip Beau or this man Davie Renluenn... who will be crowned our new champ?” Davie Renluenn: “Me! It’s going to be me!” Harvey Manners: “Find out if he’s right, only at National Security!” Show Rating: E-
  17. Firstly I just want to thank everyone who has taken the time to predict on the opening show so far, it’s always great to know that people are reading along. With the first show almost ready to go (I anticipate being able to post it at some point this evening), I thought now would be a good time to start looking at the Road To Glory aspect of this diary. While the main focus of the diary will remain around “Operation Lullaby”, I’m also operating FBIPW under Road To Glory rules. Anyone who hasn’t seen the Road To Glory Challenge, the rules can be found here: http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=522216. Road To Glory is a fun and challenging way to play TEW, and I can recommended everybody who is looking for a new challenge to give it a go. So having read the rules, here is the User Character I am using for this diary: http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/bennyd81/RTG/10bf2bed-ed7c-4607-98b4-56499f8629bf_zps09508694.jpg If anyone has any questions about the diary or the challenge, feel free to post them here and I’ll do my best to answer them. Alternatively questions relating to the RTG challenge can be posted in the thread link above. Anyone who hasn’t posted predictions, but wants to, still has a couple of hours until the show goes up. So I guess last call...

The theory behind this is that if Agents Piercy, Bruin & Cardillo show that they can successfully work in a product that is very similar to that of the SWF, then they will represent less of a gamble when being considered as a potential hire. While my insistence that we run this Risque produce has caused some issues with my hiring strategy, I believe that this is outweighed by the potential benefits it provides to Agents Piercy, Bruin & Cardillo. For reference, a number of wrestlers have refused to sign for the company due to the Risque product, these include wrestlers such as KC Glenn, Ernest Youngman, Amazing Fire Fly, Bradley Blaze, Nigel Svensson and Remmy Honeymoon, amongst others... I wonder if they’d stick to their convictions if Richard Eisen and the dollars of the SWF came calling? Considering Mr McCulloch’s lack of experience in the running of federal operations, I have set the following guidelines which he will be required to adhere to at all times. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in Mr McCulloch being removed from this operation, a decision that will be at my discretion. With this in mind, Mr McCulloch is required to operate within the following parameters: 1.This is a long term operation, Florida Bay International Pro Wrestling must be run as a sustainable business, to continue to provide a place within the wrestling industry for Agents Piercy, Bruin and Cardillo to work. As such the promotion must not fall into debt at any point. The financial balance of the promotion must also improve to $10,000 by the end of the companies second year of operation. The company must look to be progressing if we are to attract the SWF’s attention. 2.The aim is to attract SWF scouts to our events. They will not scout wrestlers who have no chance of moving to the SWF in the future, anyone over the age of 40 is too old to be considered by the SWF. So you Florida Bay International Pro Wrestling are not to hire them either. 3.The SWF is a Sports Entertainment promotion, so don’t hire any MMA guys. 4.While Florida Bay International Pro Wrestling isn’t directly associated with the FBI or the IRS, you are still an employee of the FBI. As such I expect you not to hire any wrestlers that are known to have problems with the law. Mr McCulloch will be required to provide a progress report after two months of operation, detailing the progress that has been made. His role going forward will be reviewed from this report. 21. “A Hostile Welcome” With everything that has happened over the past couple of hours, I think it’s time for a situation report. Not only had I not been fired by Section Chief Davies, but I had been reassigned to “Operation Lullaby”. Reassigned to an actual live FBI operation... I’m definitely counting that as a promotion. Maybe I’ll become an agent? Agent Ted McCulloch... yeah, I like the sound of that. Unfortunately that was in the future, so for now I was just an 18 year old punk kid trying to tell three experienced FBI field agents what to do. A few hours ago I was seen as being outranked by the office tea ladies, so you can guess how well that went... http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/bennyd81/RTG/EveRuncord_zpsa1ab512c.jpg “With Florida Bay International Pro Wrestling essentially existing to get you noticed by the SWF,” I began with as much confidence as I could muster, “I’ve decided it best to run a product as similar to that of the SWF as possible. Now the SWF don’t currently run a women’s division, they tend to use their women as Valets...” Junior Agent Bruin didn’t look impressed with where this was going, but I pressed on regardless. “You know? Eye candy on the arm of the wrestlers... So I was thinking...” “Eye candy? Look if any part of that sentence has the word bikini in it, I will take that skinny neck of yours and snap it in half...” I gulped... I definitely didn’t want a snapped neck. Time to think on my feet... “Right... so no bikinis then. Erm, how about commentary? Yeah, I mean Peter Michaels is in his fifties now... he can’t go on forever. And there are rumours they’re looking to replace Jerry Eisen in the third seat... so maybe you can get in as a Colour Commentator? Supreme hasn’t had a good Colour Commentators in years, if you’re any good you could be in there.” “And to be clear. There will be no more talk of bikinis?” “Wouldn’t dream of it...” http://i184.photobucket.com/albums/x32/Kidbrit/Puresim/TEW%2013/TexTagan_zps0f7e562b.jpg “So Special Agent Piercy my file tells me you work under the name Tex Tagan?” No response from Special Agent Piercy, who seemed to be looking me over, surveying me like he would a suspect in his normal line of work. Sensing he wasn’t in a talkative mood, and wanting to avoid getting on a Special Agent’s bad side, I pressed on. “And that you’re from the Texas branch?” Again no response, so I decided it was best to assume that the information I had been provided was correct. Now to the detail of the matter... “As a genuine Texan I think it would be best for you to work a Cowboy gimmick...” “That’s a bit stereotypical don’t cha think?” So now he talks... “Maybe so, but we’re talking about the professional wrestling business here. And like it or not, playing up stereotypes is a wrestling staple. I mean take the SWF, they have a Texan guy playing a character called Marshall Dillon... and, well, you can figure out what his gimmick is.” “...” “Look it’s my job to get you noticed by the SWF. And as a Texan with your build, I’m telling you that your best bet is to go down the Cowboy route.” He looked like he wanted to deck me... http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/bennyd81/RTG/DavieRenluenn_zps911a870f.jpg “So you want me to play an arrogant douche?” Think very carefully about how you answer that... “I just think you could pull that kind of character off...” Special Agent Cardillo grabbed my collar and moved his face a little too close to mine for comfort. “What did you say?” “Erm... I... I mean it’s a character that the SWF love to use. They pushed Joe Sexy hard a few years back, and the Platinum Blondes... they’re in the middle of a push, they’re number one contenders for the Tag Titles.” “So you think this will get me hired by Eisen?” “I think it’s your best shot...” “You better hope you’re right kid...” I hate my new job...
  22. Thanks Xendarii. Yeah there will definitely be a lot of focus on the "Operation Lullaby" aspect of the diary. Certainly to begin with "Operation Lullaby" will be the main driving force behind this, with the Road To Glory aspects maybe coming more to the fore as the diary progresses... we'll just have to see how things develop. What did I do? I know canonically his wife isn't mentioned, but as Jerry and Eric are brothers rather than half-brothers I didn't think it was too huge a jump to make? Unless I'm missing something? Glad to have you on board Logan. Yeah Eve, Tex and Davie are certainly some of the more interesting additions to the C-Verse in this edition imo. Their backstory just screamed at me to do something with them, and I hope I can do it justice here. Once again, thank you to everyone who has posted thus far. Expect another post at some point today.
  23. "Welcome To The Team Kid" I was getting fired... I was so getting fired. I’d only had this job for two months, and I was getting fired. My mum was going to kill me! She’d told me to go to College, but I’d insisted on joining the FBI straight out of school... and now look at me, standing outside Section Chief Davies’ door waiting for him to call me in and fire me. I should explain; I’m a pencil pusher here in the FBI, the lowest of the low, outranked by everyone around me. Section Chiefs don’t interact with people like me, it just doesn’t happen. I’m surprised he’s even taking time out of his day to fire me. I wish he’d just call me in and get it over with, the waiting is the hardest part... Just as that thought crossed my mind, Section Chief Davies’ secretary called over to me. “Section Chief Davies has just got off the phone, he will see you now.” I miss the waiting... I hesitantly entered the Section Chief’s office, clutching the files I had found on my desk tightly to my chest. I must have read the things 50 times a piece as I waited outside the office, maybe there would be a test. Maybe if I knew the files well enough they would let me stay? If nothing else, the files had certainly been an interesting read... if a little disturbing to the wrestling fan inside me. As I tentatively pushed the door open and entered the office, I came face to face with Section Chief Davies for the first time. Standing at 6’5 and 220lb, Section Chief Davies struck an imposing figure. At least 30 years, and at least as many ranks, my superior, Section Chief Davies oozed authority. http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/bennyd81/RTG/CVFP_WhiteAnnouncer_006_zps144ae4fb.jpg Despite clearly having no idea who I was, Section Chief Davies immediately stood up and gave me a firm handshake to welcome me to his office, never dropping eye contact for a second. “You asked to see me sir?” I ventured nervously. The Section Chief sat back down behind his desk, and consulted his notes. After what seemed like an eternity, he finally reached the note he was after, towards the bottom of his seemingly never ending list of appointments. “Ah, you must be Ted McCulloch?” “Yes sir,” I nodded nervously. “Yes good... one moment.” He pressed a button on his intercom, “Send in Junior Agent Bruin and Special Agents Piercy and Cardillo.” Then his attention was back on me, “I’m assuming you’ve read the files you’re clutching Mr McCulloch?” Oh god, why was he bringing Agents into the office? What had I done? Were they going to arrest me... maybe they’d torture me? Why didn’t I just go to College like mum told me to... “Mr McCulloch?” Section Chief Davies repeated, this time with more authority. “Yes Sir,” I responded automatically. “Good. Now, Mr McCulloch, it has been bought to my attention that you run a wrestling blog, I believe it’s called ‘The Supreme Shout Out’.” Why was he bringing up my blog? Oh god, was running a blog illegal now? No... that was stupid... wasn’t it? Anyway, it seems like all I’ve used that blog for recently was to run down Steve Frehley’s title run. Oh god, maybe Steve Frehley was part of “Operation Lullaby”! No wait, his name wasn’t in the file... “Mr McCulloch... do you run the blog?” “Yes sir,” I blurted out. I seemed to have worked myself into such a state that my vocabulary now only stretched to two words. I could barely take in what Section Chief Davies was saying to me. “Well you see, this is a little embarrassing, but here in the FBI we have somewhat of a dearth of wrestling knowledge... and our intent from the outset was to keep this Operation completely internal unless absolutely necessary. Now, Agent Carter has put in a good word for you... and with the complete lack of success of this operation to date, I’m willing to take a punt...” So far this meeting has gone nothing like I had envisioned... At this point Section Chief Davies was cut off by a knock on the door. As the door opened, three people entered the room; presumably three agents that the Section Chief had mentioned to his secretary earlier. http://i184.photobucket.com/albums/x32/Kidbrit/Puresim/TEW%2013/TexTagan_zps0f7e562b.jpghttp://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/bennyd81/RTG/EveRuncord_zpsa1ab512c.jpghttp://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/bennyd81/RTG/DavieRenluenn_zps911a870f.jpg Oh god, the Agents are here to arrest me... “Ah, excellent... Mr McCulloch I would like you to meet the Agents you will be working alongside. Agents, I’d like you to meet you’re new Head Booker...” WHAT?
  24. Wow. Thank you so much to everyone who has posted their support so far, this is definitely the biggest response I've had to any of my diaries so far. It's awesome to know that people will be reading along, and I hope I can live up to everyone's expectations. Thank you to everyone's kind words about the concept, as it is certainly a little different to other diaries. As some of you mentioned the concept is a little out there, and I ummed and erred other whether to go with it initially, but once I'd written up some trial posts it all started to come together a bit. After such a great reaction from everyone who posted, I'm really pumped for this game and can't wait to get going. With this in mind, expect the first 'in character' post to be posted later this evening and I'd expect the first card to be up at some point this weekend. Thanks again to everyone who posted, it really does motivate me to push on and do this idea justice. That said, it's time for me to get editing
  25. United States Department Of Justice Federal Investigation Bureau January 1, 2013 http://i559.photobucket.com/albums/ss39/Kamchatka863/SWF_kam.jpghttp://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q81/jamescasey_photos/SWF/RichardEisen.jpg “Operation Lullaby: Phase Two” Florida Bay International Wrestling Operation Notes: Operation Lullaby was established in 2011 as a joint effort by the FBI and the IRS to establish whether there is any basis behind tax fraud claims made against Richard Eisen. Three federal agents were assigned the mission of entering the SWF under cover to investigate. These operatives were trained in the art of professional wrestling, and were to attempt to gain employment with the SWF. Efforts have so far proved unsuccessful, with agents struggling to find consistent work in the world of Professional Wrestling. http://i184.photobucket.com/albums/x32/Kidbrit/Puresim/TEW%2013/TexTagan_zps0f7e562b.jpghttp://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/bennyd81/RTG/EveRuncord_zpsa1ab512c.jpghttp://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/bennyd81/RTG/DavieRenluenn_zps911a870f.jpg New Objective: With the undercover Agents struggling to find consistent work, a new promotion will be created to be run by a yet-to-be-determined federal agent. This 'promotion' will run under the name 'Florida Bay International Pro Wrestling', with the primary purpose of providing Agents Piercy, Bruin and Cardillo regular employment within the professional wrestling world. The FBI and IRS will recognise no connection to Florida Bay International Pro Wrestling, and will not support it’s endeavors financially until it has been proven that FBIPW is a worthwhile and sustainable use of federal funding. http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/bennyd81/RTG/FBI_zps3615e149.jpg Name: Florida Bay International Pro Wrestling Location: South-East, USA Size: Local This document is property of the US government Attempts to distribute or copy this document contravene federal law
