Has anyone effectively booked a large company (preferably a C-Verse game) similar to 1980's WWF? What I mean by that, is just squash matches against openers/enhancement and promos during TV, while keeping the "superstars" apart until PPV's? I assume that it's possible, as I have scored pretty good match grades using main eventers or upper mids vs those lower card guys once they have decent popularity and momentum built up.

Does anyone know what promotion size differences are allowed in alliances? I have run a few saves where I have been in alliances with larger companies and they have barred regional promotions from joining and others where I have been in alliances with regional companies and larger companies have declined joining, saying something to the effect of "we don't see the benefit of joining the alliance". Is there a hard rule on this, or does it vary depending on other factors (i.e. owner's personality or something)?

Are the popularity gains the same when you buy out a promotion, regardless what you do with it (i.e. pillage, run as child promotion, etc.)?

<p>Need some suggestions for a new tag name for the Good Ol' Boys, Wooton Fitzpaine & Thingbly Langton (sp?). Going to sign them as a heel team and the current tag name seems only fit for a face team. I'm open to renaming them individually so they can be a "brother" or "cousin" team. When buying out other companies, do you get the popularity boost/absorb their popularity regardless of what you do with the company (i.e. disband, make it a child promotion, etc.), or only via specific buy out options?

Does anything occur when workers take MMA fights or go on tour with their band? I've had this happen many times during my games and haven't noticed any popularity or skills changes.
