  1. Yea. When I started my womens division i had a hard time remembering who was good and who sucked. So I had to made notes of who was worth pushing and who was good on the mic. Ive been meaning to get rid of it for the top people but im rather used to it at this point.
  2. Started a womens division in TEW. Nadia Snow went on a 69-0 streak and is the first and only champion. 19 successful defenses late she is losing her first match and for her titles. Neever got above an 86 so i get this and omg im so happy
  3. <p>By far my greatest quality PPV. Extremely disappointed by Jay Chord costing me a huge Main Event. Everyone else was on point tonight.</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="unknown.png" data-src="https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/497498948252991539/590041106935185410/unknown.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  4. <p>SWF: Spencer Spade, Amazing Bumfholes, Joe Sexy or Lobster Warrior, and someone like Steven Parker.</p><p> </p><p> TCW: Ricky Dale, Matt Hocking, High Concept(Elmo Benson and Greg Black), Aaron Andrews.</p><p> </p><p> USPW: Alicia Strong, Trent Shaffer, DC Rayne</p>
  5. Honestly OP the in game universe is so much better than any real world mods TBH. It takes time to get used to but the CV is so damn fun

New ones. Everyone knows wrestling is full of nepotism and there should be more important juniors other than Cornell (even more less important ones) set to debut or already debuted. A lot of these wrestlers' sons/daughters would definitely try their hand in the business if this universe was real life. And cousins, and so on. It would also be a way to keep, in some form, some of the iconic figures we played for years through their descendants.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I agree but you are missing Ash Campbell is the son of Nemesis. Logan Wolfsbaine is the newphew of Raymond Diaz(PGHW legend). Those are just 2 off the top of my head. Not to mention Matty Faith is Christian Faiths son, Greg/Matt Keith is Sam Keiths son. Jay Chord is Rip Chords son. Theres plenty of them just gotta look.</p>
  7. Something I started recently is after getting fired of having to add a distraction or interference for literally every match thats in a story to avoid a big penalty each time is adding an announcer to every storyline im running. It allows me to just run matches while also adding the realistic aspect of commentary talking the worker up and the storyline itself during a match without having to add some BS during the match itself.
  8. <p>NOTB just decided to show off and kill it last night.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <img alt="unknown.png" data-src="https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/417121785318998026/566096908809142292/unknown.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <img alt="unknown.png" data-src="https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/417121785318998026/566096958662639636/unknown.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Wicked how on the Main Event show you have a match of 2 young guys put on a great match just as 2 older guys did back to back.</p>

The Midnight Express. Rock N' Roll Express are two more examples. Mightnight only broke up because of retirements and people leaving the company. Rock N' Roll had a time when they were split that went horribly, but have teamed together pretty much non stop for thirty years.<p> </p><p> irule gave examples of Men of Steel(Adonis and Hulk), Dynamite Express(Collier and Jones), Ring Generals(Waldorf and Statler), Night Terrors(Babau and Moroi) in the Cverse. I'd also add Samoan Destruction, Inc, The McWade Brothers, The New Wave. Teams that while yes, one of the guys *could* be singles but should stay as singles.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Your last sentence do you mean but should stay as perma units?</p>

Realistically this could continue to be a big issue for AI and tag team signing/booking if Adam doesnt make it a big push.</p><p> </p><p> But also at what point can a team be permanent(like Edge and Christian) than after years and years of them being together split up. I feel like Adam cant win with this as everyone will complain that "the AI didnt sign the partner" when the AI could have wanted the one guy instead.</p><p> </p><p> I look at it like Brown Pride the team in the CV. Latinofear isnt much of a star. Lower card guy. But Mexicain has potential to be a big player if he develops(he did for me in my TCW save). What happens when in a few in game years one member of a team heavily develops into a stud while the other caps kinda early. Why should they stay permanent when the other guy can truly go off and get a real job instead of holding himself back to the AI just for a partner.</p><p> </p><p> Theres no way to win this for Adam without there being 3 other ways for it to be annoying to us the player</p>

I can't think of a single tag team that is actually meant to be with each other forever, except maybe the Road Warriors? I think it would have been better to fix the AI here regarding Units, because this "they never break up, or use other partners" rule seems incredibly limiting.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> In real world: Revival, Usos, Young Bucks.</p><p> </p><p> In CV: Men of Steel(Adonis and Hulk), Dynamite Express(Collier and Jones), Ring Generals(Waldorf and Statler), Night Terrors(Babau and Moroi).</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Thats all I can think of without opening games or research. Theres a good amount of people who want to be tag workers. Usos and Revival both have stated their desire to be a team.</p>

The higher the number, the more it helps. Seems pretty self-explanatory to me.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Ok but at what point and pop is someone a star for one company but not for the other?</p><p> </p><p> Say im a brand new company 0 pop. Obviously someone with 20+ pop will be a star to me. But what if im a 30-40 pop company in lets say Tri state and i loan someone in with 20 pop that wont mean anything now. So how does the term star evolve in terms of pop as a companies pop increases.</p>
  13. Not completely true. Look at pop in Teirs. Lets say its 1-5. you are a Tier 1 company so why would a free agent with lets say 70+ pop ever wanna work for you? But a Tier 3 guy would probably be willing. Its all about the pop of your company vs the pop of the worker you want.
  14. Great addition today but my question is what will be determining a "star"? Popularity? What determines if a guy is a star in one region and a unknown guy in another? I feel like we didnt get enough info to know regarding who/what makes someone a star/draw

All the workers are clearly sorted into databases, which certainly implies computers. And the fact that you can access workers, even across the planet that you would have no way of knowing personally clearly indicates an internet, neither of which should exist if we're going to update the game to remove inappropriate technological references.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><p> Dude you are seriously over thinking this.</p>
  16. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Sudo_Nym" data-cite="Sudo_Nym" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="46105" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Right, it's fixing the technological refences, specifically for the purposes of immersion. So if you're in an era where internet doesn't exist, you won't be able to access it. I just want to know what gameplay looks like if you're playing in an era without computers, is all. I'm sure Adam has already thought of something, though, so there'll be an entry about it, eventually. I'm actually pretty excited to try playing "territorial style", as it were.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><p> I feel like the pre internet era will be a magazine or newspaper cover most likely.</p>

Surely the A.I. can't be intelligent enough to know that they need a wrestler from development <strong>in the future</strong>. Let's say the advance notice period is one month, I can't imagine that the A.I. knows there's a free roster spot to fill, but only one month from now (or does it?).<p> Or does the A.I. only call workers if there's no room for improvement anymore?</p><p> </p><p> Really interested on how this turns out.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> If anything I think its more like:</p><p> </p><p> 1. AI knows it has hole to fill so it files move from Development</p><p> 2. Since Dev is human booker it forces the AI to not get the worker right away like they usually would.</p><p> 3. After whatever the time frame is the worker will immediately go to the main roster</p>
  20. Am I the only one hoping for an improved AI? For hiring, firing, booking? Not only that but companies hiring both members of a tag team? Im my watcher Dean Waldorf was signed to TCW but not Marv Statler. Odd since both are great workers and TCW needs tag teams also.

He's always wanted to book my developmental -- and it could create some interesting scenarios for call ups/send downs.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Funny im the same type of person. I Love booking as a dev company. Id rather book as a devcompany for AI or even someone else. Something about building the future all stars of wrestling is so damn fun</p>
  22. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="absolutelyridiculous" data-cite="absolutelyridiculous" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="46105" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>I hope the parent companies can force you to use/push their pet guys, within reason.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> If Owner goals are a thing you can bet it will happen. Only question is will it be used smart by whatever the companies worker preferences are. Like USPW uses big menacing heels so a guy like Killer Shark if he was in USPW would be a huge guy in dev they should want you to push.</p>
  23. First entry is the only thing i needed to be a 100% day one purchase. Wanted it since TEW2013 and now its gonna be here. Not only that but he is doing all of it exactly how I would have wanted it for booking the dev company.
