I've considered opening a tag-team-only developmental company on numerous occasions but have never pulled the trigger. Does it keep teams together or, as I suspect, pick random pairings of workers on each show?</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I doubt the game would keep tags together but who knows. Dev since you dont book it yourself you cant control the stupid choices they make. Given it could probably work as an indy company if you send them teams because iirc you can control teams in the dev companies.</p>
  2. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Historian" data-cite="Historian" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41174" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>How's the company that's 100% tag team wrestling doing? That's an interesting concept for a company.</div></blockquote><p> Im booking the company not watching it. Ive only run a few shows. But look at it like each team is a single unit. Its no different than booking a company with singles workers. The only time i would run a singles is to have lets say 2 teams i like face off but not have on team lose. So lets say I run Dynamite Express vs Brown Pride. MexiCain is clearly the bigger star while Dynamite Express is solid on both ends. I can put Mexicain over either Cameron Jones or Syd Collier without much worry of hurting them. But I can put the other over Latinofear.</p><p> </p><p> I could even have trios or stables like I have with </p><p> Ash Barnaby, Zach Rudge, and Ade Nelson. I signed up every decent Indy team I could since i need a full roster and tag teams are gonna be alot of ppl. Its expensive for a small company but yea its a concept ive wanted to run for a while and see if i can get big.</p><p> </p><p> Only downside now is theres so few teams that have any mic or promo ability. So im gonna need alot of managers which again expensive. But ive always been a big tag team fan in TEW. As TCW i always create a very strong and large tag division. So i wanted to try this. But as for it working i cannot give an answer yet ive run 2 shows.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Edit 1: Aaron Andrews has now signed with SWF. Jay Chords contract comes up next for TCW in a little over a month.</p><p> </p><p> Edit 2: Jay Chord has signed with USPW. TCW is falling apart</p><p> </p><p> Edit 3: Elmo Benson who has been boosted to a Main Eventer is now going to USPW. TCW loses yet another top worker. They have also dropped to Cult</p><p> </p><p> So in an update now... Within a month(November 2017) TCW has just lost Troy Tornado to SWF, Freddy Huggins to USPW, Mighty Mo to USPW, Josh Taylor to SWF, and just now Wolf Hawkins to SWF. Literally all of them within 30 in game days. I also added a new watcher character and left the game as the owner of my Tag Team company so I will offer some reviews from how that company works also.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> So im now at Jan 2019 after simming. Bach has become Worker of the year. Erik strong is TCW champ and has 68 pop. Spencer Spade after being a bust for SWF has signed with TCW where he has improved his pop by 15 in 3 short months. Still only a lower midcard. DWN who was a ET before I simmed is how an Upper Midcarder in TCW after 1 year. Killer Shark who has been with RIPW for a while now is RIPW champion. Hells Bouncer is a jobber for USPW somehow. Frantic Ali has somehow become a main eventer for TCW.</p><p> </p><p> Roger Cage might be the best overall wrestler in the game with Matthew Keith and Bret Starr behind #2 and #3. Sadly Cage is only a Lower Midcard in USPW, Starr is only Midcard in SWF. Keith is a Main Eventer in Burning Hammer. Gino Montero is a midcarder in SOTB. El Mitico Jr is an Upper Midcard for Ollie and Main Eventer for EMLL and is the EMLL champ. Ernest Youngman seems to have capped very low at 74 psych atm. Hasnt been poached yet. Gauge is a midcarder for USPW as is Nelson Callum. </p><p> </p><p> Jack Bruce literally day 1 of this new year Jack Bruce signs with SOTBPW while in pretty decent decline! SWF dropped him completely. Tommy Cornell is in decline at 40. Rich Money signed with SWF about a year ago. The tag company seems to refuse to use the titles i made them... idk whats wrong</p>
  3. <p>So i created a company dedicated 100% to tag team wrestling. No singles wrestlers on true tag teams. I simmed a year looking to gather money. 1 year and a couple months in I see things have changed. Things got interesting after year 1. But some minor indy info signing first.</p><p> </p><p> Greg Gauge, Roger Cage, Nelson Callum, Greg Black, Hells Bouncer all to USPW.</p><p> </p><p> Marc DuBois signed with TCW.</p><p> </p><p> SWF didnt sign any key Indy guys.</p><p> </p><p> But... Rocky Golden, Nicky Champion, Sammy Bach, Ricky Dale Johnson all signed with SWF. Rocky and Nicky first. So the TCW and USPWs Figureheads both poached immediately almost. Few months later TCW names Sammy Bach as figurehead just for SWF to sign him to a written 2 weeks later.</p><p> </p><p> TCW has fallen to Cult and isnt doing too hot. Hawkins has about 200 days on his contract. I expect him to be gone too. </p><p> </p><p> The Natural and Marc Speed both signed with USPW.</p>
  4. Pretty sure ive asked before. But can anyoen give me the specifics to ensure a worker debuts a legacy worker?
  5. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Historian" data-cite="Historian" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41194" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>That's not true though. I have workers that came into the game in May in my diary, for instance. They happen more frequently on even months -- but not exclusively.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> yes in game pre created workers generate on those months. Non Ryland created workers debut on the even months.</p>
  6. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Teh_Showtime" data-cite="Teh_Showtime" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41191" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>They're randomly 6 million in debt. They fell to cult in June but didn't start releasing everyone until August. NOTBPW went out of business after a scandal took 8 million dollars from them, 21CW has had nothing I can find that would put them so far red.<p> </p><p> They're actually the #1 company in the rankings even still.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> 21CW always goes under in TEW2016. They just dont make money</p>
  7. <p>2.5 years into my indy split. Just for some interesting news for this save. Rip Chord went Toxic and has been unemployed since. Jack Bruce suffered a career ending injury and is currently a manager in HGC. Sam Keith left SWF for HGC within the last 2 months. HGC has purchased and owns their own maxed out broadcaster. Enormous EVERYTHING. They are head and shoulders killing everyone. But I see this Indy show pop up March 1999. Main Event is the shamed HGC legend Rip Chord vs HGC Midcarder Larry Wood. But the co-main event... Current HGC Main Eventers Sam Keith and Bryan Vessey vs the greatest duo in wrestling history. The figureheads of SWF and HGC Sam Strong and Christian Faith. Meanwhile The Hype has become an indy Tri State monster taking the Dave Extreme title for a few months before losing is to Nemesis.</p><p> </p><p> NOTBPW also closed down after being purchased by SWF. Burning Hammer took out most if not all Japanese companies including PGHW. Crazy thing is the original Burning Hammer owner was fired and replaced with the forrm PGHW owner.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <img alt="a9kqC8R.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/a9kqC8R.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  8. No injury. His pop seemed to cap at like 35 before too. Was 35 pop until randomly boosted to 41. Now he is stuck at 41 just like he was stuck at 35
  9. So im running and Indy split in the 97Cv. Ive been keeping an eye on Tommy Cornell and after 2 years Cornell still only has 41 pop meaning he has only gone up a few points in popularity despite being on TV, PPVs and everything a decent amount. How is it possible a guy on TV who is getting ratings above his pop is just not gaining pop at all?
  10. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Jon The GOAT" data-cite="Jon The GOAT" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41191" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>I need to play this game long enough to have this sort of stuff happen. That's awesome. I hope he comes back in 15 years for a great feud with his brother.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Im simming as much as possible. I have no clue what my end goal is but I definitely found something worth simming for.</p>
  11. <p>Doing a watcher of CV 97 with minor changes by myself(Cornell made owner of TCW, Nova made owner of 21CW, ect like that)</p><p> </p><p> But I was curious to see how SWF was doing and wanted to give them RIPW and remove NEW. I see Zimmy Bumfhole in dev but no Randy. I look Randy up. 3 months after he debuts we get this...</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="unknown.png" data-src="https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/417480963442868230/423367288411127808/unknown.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  12. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="James Casey" data-cite="James Casey" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41193" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>3 brands, but the women aren't tied to any of them, so can compete anywhere.<p> </p><p> You don't seem invested in the cruiserweights, and I know from experience that it can be easy for B-show competitors to get lost in the shuffle. it may be simplest to ditch the division, or move it in the direction of a low-card X division type title that's open to anyone who can keep up the pace.</p><p> </p><p> So go to 3, avoid boosting your roster, and focus on booking womens matches across the A shows until you have a solid core who've got the popularity to main event in the way Banks, Bailey etc. do in WWE.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Yea the CW division would already be split into the regular part of the roster. I could definitely move the women all across the brands. I got 1 female who is my Asuka and has gotten so over that she has 20 pop more than my next best female so I had to send her on vacation just so I can not book her.</p>
  13. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Gungner" data-cite="Gungner" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41191" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>I might just note those names for my TCW save <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p> I'll be bringing back the All-Action title sometime soon, and they would fit the bill...</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> My entire CW division could pretty much be the All Action title. some other minor names for you though:</p><p> </p><p> Ricky Storm, Sonny Wildside, Pretty Okakura, Masao Tsubouchi, Elliot Thomas, American Elemental II. All smaller guys but pretty quality. Some may be exclusive to other regions but im International now so yea</p>
  14. <p>I dont need booking help but I need some help figuring out wtf I wanna do.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Im booking as TCW in the year 2018. My roster is stacked as stacked can get. I have 2 brands that are bloated. I have a fully separate womens division and a cruiserweight division. The CW and Women share a 1.5 hour show on Monday before my Monday A show.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> My CW division is honestly nothing special at all. Bunch of guys who would otherwise be jobbers for me and are not very good compared to my midcard. So I need to figure out which direction I should go. I have 4 TV shows ATM. My A shows for my 2 brands. My B show for my women/CWs, and a standard B show which allows me me mix all the men on my roster CWs vs non CWs in random matches for my lower carders.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> I was thinking about ending my CW division and splitting my Men into 3 main Brands, removing my standard B show and having 3 A shows all evently balanced as I have guys at Upper midcard who would Main Event any other company. I have Midcard guys who could also be in the Main Event of most companies Cult-under and Upper in any other National+ company.</p><p> </p><p> It would allow me to split my roster and let everyone have a chance to shine on TV. My goal would be to have 1 top face on each show which is easy as I have Rocky Golden, Champagne Lover, and Gino Montero who has developed into a STUD. All 3 who are possibly 3 of the top 5 best in the world overall. Rocky is my Figurehead while CL and GM could easily be my figurehead if Rocky died .</p><p> </p><p> I would in turn make my Women/CW show purely for the women and give them the entire show to themselves. But if I create a 3rd brand I would lose the "minor" brand which holds my women and CWs so that would complicate my Womens brand as TEW isnt built like that allowing 4 brands</p>
  15. <p>So my TCW cruiserweight division is pretty packed. Devyn is one of my newer guys while Motoyuki is just a dev guy who isnt ready. Decided to borrow some guys including Motoyuki. Opening match on my preshow and they pull this. I think its time to call him up.</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="w0Vrmep1Qn26ZxmuF3MLHQ.png" data-src="https://image.prntscr.com/image/w0Vrmep1Qn26ZxmuF3MLHQ.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  16. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="skinsfan55" data-cite="skinsfan55" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41191" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Granted, Adam didn't create that, but that scenario is game breaking. Surely there ought to be something in their personalities that Jericho wouldn't take that kind of -----. Then again, Jericho ought to be set as a gatekeeper or something to where he doesn't mind losing.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Yea exactly. Despite the pop different Jericho doesnt mind putting people over at all. Not sure why he would have complained here considering he jobbed to Fandango at Mania of all people. Would be nice is some people once they get to be older they are more willing to ignore the popularity gap and take a loss.</p>
  17. <p>Idk how to feel about this. I brought Jericho in for Raw 25 to help put over a young talent and since JJ is in the midst of a WWE ive been keeping mostly realistic with WWE booking and wanted to put him over Jericho. Given Jericho is like 20 pop higher i think this is a good thing but hilarious considering both guys personality irl</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="yr0gjVAvTteqD8n03gUuJA.png" data-src="https://image.prntscr.com/image/yr0gjVAvTteqD8n03gUuJA.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  18. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="TheWho87" data-cite="TheWho87" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41793" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>So this mod was released with TEW16's release, under your logic the stats should be set up "perfect" to May/June 2016 and then never touched again, if so your complaints are pointless. You can do that if you have a fixed start date, this is not practical with monthly updates. Stats change and evolve and unless it's pointed out with some idea on how to change how am I able to update and manage all 6,000+ workers within my database on top of other changes, that's why I need input from users on what needs improving. This will likely be the point you play the "why don't you streamline your mod", I will then point you towards the work of Fleisch, who I always describe as the Pro Evolution Soccer to my FIFA, he has a refined and smaller database compared to mine, where I have all those weird leagues you don't even know are there.<p> </p><p> As for your comment modeling after the C-Verse, the main problem there is I've touched the C-Verse and don't plan on using it so thats now a logical option.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><p> Well obviously small tweaks to workers here and there in the mod going monthly. Like Velveteen from his start to now would see a huge increase obviously. But otherwise guys like him dont just appear out of nowhere too often. Also when I said modeling after I meant purely skills and popularity levels of the workers for those top companies. Like you dont see guys with 90 pop at MEs or 60 pop usually its high 70s and low 80s with their top workers being usually decent in ring or good on the mic. Given there are some guys who are neither one of those who get pushed which is what Reigns would be considering his push.</p>
  19. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="TheWho87" data-cite="TheWho87" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41793" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>The tone of your original post was aggressive and gave nothing to work on beyond "this is wrong, fix it", how can I fix something when you don't provide example or scale, every mod is subjective to it's creator, they have biases or favors towards different wrestlers, it's the same with those offering suggestions on update/improvements to stats. The only reference you provided was "X skill is low, fix it", to me that comes across as if X is 60 anything between 61-100 is fixing it. Literally all you needed to do was post something along the lines of "X is low, it should be Y", that's constructive, that would have been helpful.<p> </p><p> Take the Velveteen Dream screenshot as a prime example, you made the effort to take a screenshot and show me something I already know, where you could have made the changes you felt were needed, taken a screenshot of that and then I could have transfered them into the database.</p><p> </p><p> I would have chimed in earlier but I had more important things to do, like updating the database for tomorrow's release.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><p> Now see this is where I will disagree. While I can admit the incredible determination and patience it takes to make a mod which I dont have either so I cant make a mod to completion. My thing is when making a mod if i were to I would want to make sure its rather complete in a sense. No workers messed up(Dream and numerous from NXT from a quick glance) and ready to function. Monthly updates IMO should only be for updating popularity and adjusting roster moves(Firing Enzo, having Neville be done with the company out of anger if thats even possible in TEW to preset).</p><p> </p><p> Given there are some mods that extremely overrate the RW workers heavily and thats not fun. There needs to be a happy medium between your mod and the other mods many of us people have played. Like for example after the 1st Raw we get a penalty for lack of stars on the show. So I look to see and notice almost every Main Event guy IRL has 60-65 pop overall. After some further looking most of your WWE roster needs a popularity overhaul TBH. Midcard guys should be in the 55-65 range while your jobbers should be low 40s and MEs low 70s-high 80s(Reigns/Cena)</p><p> </p><p> Have you considered modeling your popularity and even skillsets after Cverse attributes? This way not everyone is in the 90s but also the good workers not in the 50s either. Id take a look at SWf, TCW, USPW and get an idea of where their Main Eventers are and label your top WWE/NXT guys from there.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Also you seem to be missing injuries for several WWE workers</p>
  20. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Questiontime101" data-cite="Questiontime101" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41793" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Velveteen Dream is one of the best in NXT but he is only 22 so his skills will get better over time in the game but if you start him off with high skill points he will not only be asking you to move him out of NXT which if you what the game to be like real life Velveteen Dream will not be moving up for some time and by the time he is like 25 his skills will be unreal so a lot of NXT wrestlers have to low skills to start off with so you do not have everyone in NXT asking you to move them up. <p> </p><p> And if you're not happy with the skills of wrestlers in the game move them up in the editor because this mod is not just made for you</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Im not saying the dude deserves high 70s or 80s. But these guys deserve some respect. Theres a huge different between being 40 everything and being low 60s which would be more accurate for most of the workers tbh</p>
  21. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="TheWho87" data-cite="TheWho87" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41793" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Thank you for your suggested changes for stats, they will be implemented right away.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Ok since you want to be a douche let me go over what is wrong with your mod since your pathetic ego is clouding your mind.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Starting with NXT.</p><p> </p><p> Velveteen Dream to start:</p><p> <img alt="unknown.png" data-src="https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/400012228260134912/407714091277484054/unknown.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> What a terrible set of attributes for one of the top guys in NXT. Now lets look at Pete Dunne, Aleister Black, Tyler Bate, Johnny Gargano, Chad Gable(mostly Perf and Technical), Strowman(Brawling, and ENT), Theres well over 20-30 guys active on WWE/NXT alone who should be a solid 10 points high in mic/charisam alone. I appreciate the work put in but if you are gonna work on it atleast work on the guys in the biggest company giving them the stats they deserve.</p><p> </p><p> The entire bottom half of the NXT mens roster seems to be nothing but 40 in every attribute. Guys in NXT are some of the best wrestlers in the world they should be treated as such IMO.</p>
  22. <p>Whats with several guys being shafted with ratings? Like Strowmans mic work, Chad Gable as a whole, AJ Styles Perf and Mic skills...</p><p> </p><p> omg why is everyone in WWEs mic skills so freakin bad?</p>
  23. <p>Signed Haley day 1 to help her grow as a manager since MAW doesnt have any good ones. They start dating early Feb year 1. Fast forward to September 2017 she has now done this...</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <img alt="unknown.png" data-src="https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/400012228260134912/405576188367601664/unknown.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Not only is it horrible she cheated on Roddy especially since he is a Main Eventer. She cheated with this scrub...</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <img alt="LneyUCXrRVK8Dead-_X96Q.png" data-src="https://image.prntscr.com/image/LneyUCXrRVK8Dead-_X96Q.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Wow. Thats like Nikki Bella cheating on John Cena with James Ellsworth</p>
  24. I must be losing my mind. I swear this was common but looking back all the shows seem accurate now. But they just ran in Hawaii and the rest of their shows have been accurate.
