I sign a bunch of young workers early on. You can get a B show with a rather large broadcaster to get your guys over. Thats the easiest way.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Plus a B show lets you run storylines with those same workers and put them early on a PPV for an even bigger boost.</p>

If I have 2 men with excellent experience on commentary and I add a 3rd guy. Will his experience with them go up together? I wanna work in this guy and slowly work in another youngster on commentary. But working this first guy in is my goal. So a 3 man booth is what I got. If I remove one of the 2 Excellent experience guys I have no experience.

So maybe someone can answer this. Im doing a multi person Cverse split. 4 of us each playing as either TCW, SWF, USPW, and NOTBPW. Obviously the first thing we all do is offer guys we want. But the problem is that whoever offers last will always get the lead as its the same day and the first 3 people never get a fair shake to offer the guy. Is there any way around thing? Or are we still screwed? Adam any chance that can somehow be added? To like hide competitor offers and just show the seriousness of their offer in the workers eyes?
