1. I really dislike both of them if I'm being brutally honest. Kelly just isn't very good at play-by-play and Striker has this incredibly annoying tendency to talk like he's trying to remind the fans that he knows it's a work (like at WK10 where he said "There wont be any thigh-slapping in this one" before Ishii vs Shibata. Like, come on Striker. Help my immersion, don't try to break it).
 2. I think this is the most likely result. It would be a bit weird for WWE to book Ambrose to take another high-profile pin, so I expect him to be on the verge of winning before Lesnar shows up. It keeps the fans pining for his World Title victory and puts a bunch of heel heat on Lesnar and HHH (who needs it if WWE are hoping for a face reaction to Reigns).
 3.

HHH vs. Roman is the same as last year's Mania main event, neither guy winning makes much sense. And we all remember how fantastic that match was...

I actually thought Roman and Brock had a great match from a psychology standpoint. I don't really care for Roman in his current role, but he played the underdog getting beaten to a pulp really well in that clash.

Agree that HHH vs Reigns is probably going to be poor though. Hunter will get cheered more than he should because a lot of people don't like Roman and the result is all but a foregone conclusion, which is never good.

 4. I really don't think they have the roster depth for a brand split. Not to mention that the previous brand split was consistently terrible apart from the short period where Heyman was running Smackdown. Notwithstanding, I enjoyed that Raw. It built up some interest on my side for a few Mania matches. Shane vs Taker will be an interesting story to see develop and Dean vs Lesnar should be great. However, I couldn't care less about the main event and it's frustrating that once again they leave the build of the good stories they have to the last minute instead of planning ahead, but hopefully we should get a decent show at Mania.
 5. I just read Meltzer's clarification on his previous statement. He said that Taker's opponent "is not an active wrestler", so if that's true then I'm definitely wrong in saying Cena or Orton. No idea who it could be. Sting? I find it hard to believe they'd be able to keep that one quiet though. EDIT: He also explicitly said that it wont be someone who is injured but on the roster, and it wont be anyone from NXT.
 6. Dammit. No KUSHIDA then. I don't think LU or ROH use written contracts though, do they? So we could still get Ricochet / Puma. I'd expect Zack and Osprey from Progress too, which should be awesome.
 7. Hasn't HHH got a relationship with ROH (among others indies) now though? Although admittedly I didn't know Sydal had bathmouthed WWE. Can you not just watch it on New Japan World? With current exchange rates it works out at about £6 a month. It's ridiculously cheap for what you get.
 8. With the relationship WWE have been building with New Japan, I'm praying that we get KUSHIDA in that tournament. I hope plundering Nakamura and Styles hasn't soured things between the two companies, though. Mix in Zack Sabre Jr, Ricochet, Matt Sydal, Jay Lethal and others... oh man... yes, you could say I'm excited!
 9. Amazing. Thanks so much . EDIT: Also on a sidenote, just want to say to ALL of the render guys on this forum that you're RIDICULOUSLY talented. I spend loads of my time lurking these threads for great renders and your work legitimately makes this game more fun to play because it makes the characters look awesome. If your renders can make me push The Force then anything is possible. So thanks a lot!
 10.
Hi folks,

Don't know who did this render of Findlay O'Farraday but I LOVE it. But I was wondering if a version exists where he doesn't have the headset or if someone could alter it so he's just in the suit and sunglasses?

http://i1255.photobucket.com/albums/hh638/theDevilb0y/FindlayOFarraday_alt1_zps8212de84.jpg

 11. I only watched it last night (can't really watch Impact PPVs in the UK) but I was pleasantly surprised by the whole thing. Really enjoyed the opening match and actually have a little bit of respect for Garrett after the beating he took. MCMG vs Joe/Magnus was great, even if I hate how many times Shelley has jobbed in the last few months. Crimson vs Morgan was what you would expect. I really don't like they're ring work and the ending to that match was dumb as hell. Morgan continues to look like a lumbering idiot. Eric Young can do no wrong, so his match was fine. Knockouts match = meh. Hardy vs Angle started slow but got awesome. Main event was a really good match with a shock ending. I honestly thought that Storm was going to win for certain. I don't think it weakens either of them too much to have this go another month but I certainly agree with a lot of you that this feud is getting close to finished.
 12. Very diplomatic of him but then he has to be given his position in the company. Bet there's plenty of workers who hate Garrett. And for all he can act like it's not his fault, he's still accepted the idea and run with it when he could easily of chosen to earn his way up the card like everyone else. It's not like I don't expect a bit of nepotism - we'd all use any connections we could to get ahead. But absolutely unknown to main event fringe in six months is ridiculous, especially when he clearly needs a lot of work to be an acceptable in-ring talent.
 13. To the guys in the main events credit I think it's more the booking that bugs me rather than anything else. I like all of them and Roode in particular is great but he seems to do exactly the same thing every week. And the thing he's doing kind of reminds me of Triple H in the early 2000s which was the last time I was heavily into wrestling, so maybe that's effecting me. I guess I just see guys like AJ, Joe, Pope and Abyss and want them in the main event.
 14. Cheers guys. Obviously nepotism was behind that. Certainly isn't his wrestling ability. He's like John Cena except without the talent or the popularity. I guess I've only been watching week-in week-out for a few months now so I didn't catch too much Russo. Impact these days is nothing if not stable.
 15. Didn't know that. Who's booking now? Maybe that's why it's been dull - because they're finishing up his storylines before doing something else.
 16. About to settle down and watch this weeks Impact. Still plugging away at it and hoping that one day Russo actually gets his booking right. Couple of thoughts: Where the hell is Pope? He's one of my favourite guys in the company and he's just vanished. Is Rob Van Dam injured? I'm not exactly a mark for him but the main event has gotten super-stale super-fast because it's always the same four guys (Roode, Ray, Storm & Hardy) doing the same stuff. The Abyss thing they're doing is cool. I'm actually interested to see where that will go. MCMG vs Joe & Magnus will be an awesome series of matches, I just wish all four of those guys were pushed harder.
