  1. On the lower right corner of the card booking screen, look for the button that says "Alliance Titles" or something like that.
  2. I'm one month into a save that I'm feeling good about. I'm just playing as booker (Fox Mask) at the moment. I'm enjoying the product and tailoring my talent to what is needed on any given show. When it comes to scouting out new talent, I focused on the "Dynamo" feature, as I need talent that will give it everything they have on every show. But first, I have to say that the moment Frankie Perez is signed away, I'm in trouble. The moment this happens, I'm going to need him to put over Frankie-Boy Fernandes, who I have singled out as the best of the rest. I even broke up Going Coastal due to him being held down a bit by a disappointing California Love Machine. The Wild Cats are an excellent additions to the tag ranks. American Flash has taken a massive leap, but I still like him and Matt Sparrow working together on occasion. Due to the new attribute system, I haven't immediately fired Coleman and I feel like I can manage him in the uppercard, although his selfishness means that he'll be poison for my less talented youngsters. Stay tuned. As for the integrated product, I've decided to keep it but to also put in place strict hiring rules. Only Small/Lightweight workers will be hired. 60-70 pound weight differences shouldn't be too immersion breaking. We won't have any Rey/Big Show problems. My favorite signing so far was convincing the unemployed Australian, Vortex, to come work in the U.S. He's an excellent all-rounder and has that "Dynamo" attribute that I'm interested in for this company. My biggest decision right now is to either get rid of catering, or get rid of Pablo Rodriguez.
  3. I signed Josh Jacobs to CZCW in a new save. I put him under a mask and renamed him Europa to get that Josh Jacobs stink off of him. The idea is that Europa is an icy moon that rapidly orbits Jupiter; and due to the constant strain of expanding and retracting, it has a warm and perhaps lively worldwide ocean underneath. That's how I see Josh Jacobs. He's a good hand if you get past the obvious limitations. And in a company that needs people to go all-out when asked to, his "Dynamo" attribute was attractive to me.
  4. <p>Portlandia Integrity Grappling</p><p> </p><p> With the loss of AAA, I feel like the time is right for the newly retired Damian "The Natural" Carvill to open up a small, extremely quirky wrestling company in his backyard of the Northwest USA.</p><p> </p><p> Portlandia Integrity Grappling. </p><p> </p><p> Naturally, Damian will be the Mayor of PIG and he'll have to mediate between my two major factions: The Fair Trade Brigade and Seattle Sucks.</p><p> </p><p> ...I've been binging Portlandia.</p>
  5. I had a good time playing with 5SSW in '16, and so I'm back at it again. I'm probably not going to bother with a figurehead, as Yuma won't become the best talker and she's already into her mid thirties now. I made a few signings and have a bloated roster. But I'm also always on the lookout to find tag team chemistry. As for TV, I did a quick upgrade and went with the graveyard slot for my tour highlights for the time being. I didn't see much value in broadcasting my events should there be a better alternative arising. I signed Spider Isako and feel like she could be a main eventer for me in a couple of years thanks to her good starting stats and the progression from being Kit's protege. Kinuye Mushashibo came over from NOTBPW and is underwhelming. I'll give her a shot to deliver at the next event against someone good before it's time to part ways and free up some space. As for convincing foreign workers to join up, check out Black Diamond. I hope she's worth the losses that she'll take. I really wish I could convince DEVIL to come out of retirement to put over MAYA or something.
  6. It'd be nice to have that pay off where you work competently to not book yourself into a corner, but can watch the AI mess up and run that Rocky Golden main event once too often. Naturally, we'd turn our back on the AI, point to our noggin because we're so smart, and wheel back around to discover that they've put out written contracts for our entire main event scene.
  7. I haven't touched PGHW yet, but it looks like quite the challenge. I'm happy to see Marv and Dean, The Ring Generals, are working in the right place and have a place in the midcard for a long, long time. My initial goal will be to get Matt Blackburn in a 90+ main event in front of 30,000+. There's a fun story there.
  8. "Lucky Dip" Attribute Scumming The "Lucky Dip" user talent archetype is an issue for me, since you can run it over and over again without saving in order to start with a perfect executive.
  9. I just tested this out and I was able to make a rival company run their show on a different date on back to back days. I'm not sure if this is an actual tech support issue.
  10. James Prudence Started a Stable! James Prudence joined up with other underutilized talents in SWF to get ahead (this is an actual part of their bio, which I dig and gives them a nice origin story from afar). They called themselves The Cure. Also, a cool name. A week later, James Prudence was kicked out of his own stable. It's disappointing, but I also recall the mess that became of Nexus, Nexus 2.0, and The Corre. I'm hopeful that the stables see some patching, because I'm just a faction mark.
  11. I'm probably going to get into a 5SSW game early on, as it was one of my best 2016 saves. I look forward to seeing how their roster looks. Maybe they grabbed Alicia Strong and are making a large push in Japan. Or perhaps USPW has raided them and only a few loyal workers remain at the top of the card.
  12. I'm just beginning a game where I created a female billionaire non-wrestler who decided to buy AAA and corner women's wrestling. I look forward to considering NOTBPW and USPW my farm system. So I'm sandboxing with AAA and want to see how large it can grow starting from low cult with 20mil in the bank. I also changed the product because of the billionaire owner, and that they could change it without repercussions. Really though, I want to see if I can get J-Ro into the Hall of Immortals. Another fun idea I have is to have Pee-Wee Germaine buy CZCW and throw their hat into the mess and look to compete. I should consider copying the databasing and messing around with the game in June 2017 as I'd like to see it. Maybe I can run with a McFly divorce and Victoria taking over AAA while Sean winds up back in SWF, who tried to solve their problems by raiding NOTBPW and changing their product. Also, I could make WLW become the biggest company in Japan after a mass walk-out by underutilized juniors in Burning Hammer.
  13. <p>I've just gone Global in my latest game after purchasing the debt-ridden 21CW after they fell down to Cult. I pillaged the promotion and grabbed Tommy and Edward Cornell, The Martin Twins, Adam Matravers, etc. I have them running an invasion type of story on one of my brands. It's already a large stable, but at the moment I'm somewhat concerned that they aren't up to the same standards of my usual workers and that the show ratings will suffer. But it should be fine as long as I just send Tommy Cornell out there week after week.</p><p> </p><p> I'm also going to do something where Wolf Hawkins has to decide which side that he is on. I'm considering stretching this out to Total Mayhem where it would be something like:</p><p> </p><p> Rocky Golden, Remo Richardson, Sean McFly, El Leon vs. Tommy Cornell, Edward Cornell, Adam Matravers, Wolf Hawkins</p><p> </p><p> I might consider having Remo turn on Team TCW, but then have Wolf turn face and betray Tommy.</p><p> </p><p> In other news, I turned YEPW into a developmental company. I also changed it into a women's promotion that I hope to get on my own network, in time.</p>
  14. <p>I enjoy using Kyle Rhodes and slowly working myself out of my position as color commentator. </p><p> </p><p> I just signed Duane Fry to match up with Peter Michaels, so my slow move into no longer being a decent, but unspectacular on-air personality is well on its way.</p>
  15. <p>In my TCW game, Sammy Bach just got back from Hollywood and is putting over the man that took him out, KC Glenn. This wasn't enough drama for him, as he just broke up the marriage of Daryl Devine and Seduction. I had signed Seduction for locker room morale at the start, and only at 400 a month. I sent her down to development as I figure this whole thing out. She only has a few months left on her paltry deal, but I think that I'm going to be progressive and bring her back as Sammy jobs until he can't job anymore, while Daryl and his tag team partner, Christian Price, head over to the other brand.</p><p> </p><p> So, Sammy gets to blow off his feud with KC Glenn in an Iron Man Match on Total Wrestling before he puts over El Mitico. If he wants to leave, he can sit for the last two years of his deal. There's no way I give SWF and USPW a chance in the national battle.</p>
  16. <p>80. I currently have 80 active wrestlers in my strong International TCW save. It's best if I don't count the number in development. Let's just say that I have two full touring companies and I welcome the day when my inbox isn't spammed by flabby developmental workers.</p><p> </p><p> My solution is to devote my B-show to a lesser brand full of old midcarders and those projects you immediately sign when you get to international.</p><p> </p><p> Also, I just pillaged NOTBPW and while it's nice to have Sean McFly around to be Rocky Golden's buddy, I have no real plans for Erik Strong, Duane Stone and Jared Johnson other than "be good in the ring and enjoy being overpaid". Steve DeColt is in a deep decline and I enough good talkers that it's much more fun to imagine Alex DeColt trying to make nice.</p><p> </p><p> I'm hoping that taking old man Dark Angel from 21CW will be the push that will get them to fall to Cult and let me buy back Tommy Cornell for five million dollars, while soaking in the popularity and event prestige. </p><p> </p><p> I'm nearly National in Mexico and looking forward to Champagne Lover's contract coming up so that I can win that battle. Before anyone mentions Khoklov, it turns out that he's a giant, toxic homophobe. The nice thing about releasing him is that I have a place for Gargantuan's rocket push.</p><p> </p><p> The main issue with a bloated roster is deciding how I can juggle brand specific PPVs twice a month. Then I think about making each show 4 hours long. I'll probably do nothing and keep running 30-man battle royals in the pre-show to keep people happy.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> My other issue is that I keep stockpiling high star quality. You could call it hoarding. Now, I don't have a problem with the logic of the National Battle system. The booker who protects their biggest stars and makes the right decisions wins. </p><p> </p><p> My issue is that I like pushing Sam Keith's twins, but I have to keep them as workhorse tag team champions even if they pump out MOTYC candidates, and this is because they're not likely to star in a comedy with Zac Efron. Ross Henry is a sweetheart of a guy, but he won't ever have the star quality of Rocky Golden so I need to keep him in the upper-mid so that Rocky isn't in the slightest overshadowed. I mean, I have to consider flippin' High Flyin' Hawaiian a future main event prospect because El Mitico Jr is nine points lower in star quality.</p><p> </p><p> Also, USPW and SWF haven't challenged me in...a long time. They don't even bother to make a splash with their millions saved up, and keep churning out a product far inferior to mine. At what point would their fans tune in and get attached to a competitor, or just lose interest in Jack Bruce and get tired of Joey Morgan not taking the next step? It's like they're fans of a mediocre sports franchise when there are superior options that aren't just on TV, but come to their town in the largest stadiums and with the best production.</p><p> </p><p> I'd like for former national companies to suffer more, especially in the case of the SWF and BHOTWG variety. In the lore of Cornellverse, we get the stories of the former giants being reduced to weaker, perhaps more regional promotions. OLLIE, GCG, CGC, and others decayed over time from mismanagement, or being left behind by more aggressive competitors and thinking that everything was fine. I'd like Eisen's SWF, stuck in 1999, to feel the same. I'd like BHOTWG to have another worker revolt as half of the roster never gets to work or advance (KC Glenn had only one match in Burning Hammer before he came to my TCW game, and that was only after I signed him).</p><p> </p><p> Anyways, I love the game, will continue to love the series and I'll figure out how to juggle all of my workers, storylines and television contracts as I approach the opportunity to build my own commercial station.</p>
  17. I really don't bother with types of matches, other than a wild brawl, steal the show, or storytelling. I'm playing with TCW, and finally got my first 100 main event with KC Glenn and Rocky Golden. For a storyline company, I'd keep an eye on which feud is hottest, and keep it there with a promo right before the match, to get the crowd going. I usually drop in a twenty minute match just before that promo with some lower level main eventers, and the cool down just before that. The best way, I've found, is to focus on momentum, gimmick, star power, popularity, psychology and selling while needing a strong storyline grade. Still, it bothers me when it takes me months and years of preparation to get Rocky his first iconic match while the match of the year is a DQ TV finish between Stone and DeColt. Whatever, I'll buy NOTBPW soon...
  18. <p>I know from experience. 7 hours is too much. I dozed off during Rollins/HHH. </p><p> </p><p> I'm working on TCW right now, and I'm a year in. I paid the price to move my shows to Reverie, bought PGHW, and am planning on waiting for 21CW to fail.</p><p> </p><p> Right now I have a bloated roster and am planning a brand split after Malice in Wonderland. Sammy Bach was called to Hollywood for a movie, so I had KC Glenn put him out of action while I push him to the main event with his tag partner, John Greed. BHOTWG gave Glenn one match in six months to start the game, so I was glad to pry him from them. I really despise Burning Hammer. </p><p> </p><p> Rocky Golden is my figurehead and I plan to ride him until he breaks down. My big acquisition was El Leon from South of The Border and it's like I signed a younger Tom Gilmore. I wonder if I can tag them together when Gilmore's contract comes up....</p><p> </p><p> Right now, my top feuds are Wolf/Rocky and El Leon/Marat Khoklov. Also, I'm getting great success from Ross Henry vs. KC Glenn. Ross is a project of mine, and his time in development really paid off. He's reminds me a bit of Rocky. He currently lacks starpower as I had him go up a weight class and he's just shed the flabbiness and hopefully becomes toned once again. It's nice to call up a guy with 70 popularity and immediately have him step into main events with amazing momentum from his time in development.</p><p> </p><p> Still, I have a lot of PGHW guys to work into the roster and bloated developmental where I'm considering creating another territory to move guys around in to help their popularity before they come up, since a network is a long way off.</p>
  19. <p>I had went into the editor and activated the Wrestling Premier League while playing as Pistol Pete Hall. I tried to stay true to the hiring requirements. My top workers were Guide (went to his real name for his time), Ernest Youngman and Ricky DeColt (who had an excellent tag team with Joel Bryant). So, after some stumbles, I was looking forward to getting to the top of the regional heap and passing FCW so that I could steal Lee Bambino and Cueball Lynch, while locking down other talents so that they wouldn't strain rotator cuffs and have companies like PSW (more on them in a minute) working them into painkiller addictions.</p><p> </p><p> So, to add prestige I started to disband and pillage companies that were failing. My marks were BCG, SAISHO and ACPW. I disbanded ACPW for the Canadian popularity and monthly show, but wanted to bring some more talent to the USA from pillaging BCG and SAISHO. I had always kept my eye on PSW, and kept their Tri-State popularity as the key to save myself a year or two to get on television. So, it's the end of the month and I decide to give them a couple of days for their downsides and other expenses to kick in.</p><p> </p><p> So, of course, SWF swoops in and shuts them down for the monthly salary of Rogue. </p><p> </p><p> ...</p><p> </p><p> Then I ruined the save by certain means, out of spite for Richard Eisen.</p><p> </p><p> So I'm going to start a RTG so that the carrot of television isn't that important. Still, I'd like the opportunity for a failing company to be put to auction between entities that make offers within the same month of each other. However, for smaller companies to have a chance, they'd have to be able to take on debt so that a larger company would have to think twice if they wanted to set up their own network and could use the extra couple million.</p><p> </p><p> Anyways, I'm off to start a Lucha/Traditional/Mainstream/Comedy company...</p><p> </p><p> But the lesson to any new player reading is to attempt the takeover every single day if it saves you ten hours of gameplay.</p>

I think that BCG should be a good home for him.</p>
  21. <p>This is going to sound strange, but can I get a Bryan Danielson render to drop into the Cornellverse? This has nothing at all to do with him being called Daniel Wyatt and looking like Duke "The Dumpster" Droese's son after fans in Seattle hijacked the main event segment and chanted for him instead of Cena or Orton. </p><p> </p><p> Not at all.</p>
