  1. My guess is you are on version 2.4.0. You should be on 2.4.7. I believe 2.4.2 fixed a start-up error 13 issue, which sounds like your problem.
  2. What exactly did you do? Start the app then select NEW? On the settings screen did you change anything? If so what? What happens if instead you select Continue; so just use the default settings? Does that work? I've found it a very robust game over the years. I've found ways to crash it, but never in normal game play. What version number do you see in the bottom right when starting the game?
