    Thanks! Mind me asking which promotion you went for? I am torn on so many....but think I am just going to do my usual SWF save haha. I love the look of AAA, OLLIE, PGHW, TCW, FCW and more lol. But I always play as SWF so here I go with them again!

     

    I almost always play as TCW or I revive the old HGC (Hollyweird Grappling Company). In this game I am Jack Avatar owning HGC. My top guys are Jay Chord, Sayeed Ali, Davis Wayne Newton, Elmo Benson, and Art Reed.

     

    I also have some Road To Glory stat guys I create for all CVerse games that are from an old eFed a couple friends and I were in. JaKKeD, FDA, The Grim Reaper, and Ref Steve. Now in this save I did sign then and edit their stats to make them amazing. They started with 0 overness though. They are still in my undercard a couple of months in.

     

    Dazzling Dave Diamond is my TV Champion.

    Elmo Benson and Greg Black are my Tag Team Champions for the 2nd time.

    Jay Chord is my World Champion after defeating Art Reed for it. T-Rex was the Champion before that and Dazzling Dave Diamond was my inaugural Champion.

     

    I have Hollywood Championship Grappling as my development company. I used the graphics from the Thunderverse mod.

     

    My promotion is rated #5 in Importance behind MAW and I am a Cult promotion.

     

    I gave myself enough money to have a Medium sized USA Broadcaster and no coverage anywhere else in the world. I still have just under $3,000,000 left.

    <p>I am hoping TCW still has some money but has lost Rocky Golden to the SWF which led to the hottest storyline in all of wrestling. Rocky Golden vs Jack Bruce for SWF Supremacy.</p><p> </p><p>

    I wouldn't mind seeing Wolf Hawkins jump ship to 21CW but with a contract about to expire.</p><p> </p><p>

    SWF and USPW are competing for the #1 spot in all of America.</p><p> </p><p>

    Maybe TCW in order to stay in business sold all rights to HGC to a few indy wrestlers who are being backed by a huge investor wrestling fan. Peter Michaels agrees to join this company. Rumors are that they have a possible television network deal coming soon too.</p>

That being said, I think smarks are also grossly overestimating the overness of guys like Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Finn Balor, and Samoa Joe, prior to them coming to WWE. Those guys were not over, or stars, prior to WWE. No casual fan knew who Kevin Steen, El Generico, Prince Devitt, or Samoa Joe was. Only wrestling nerds who hang around in wrestling message boards did. Like I said, smart marks always, always, always way, way, waaay overestimate both the popularity, as well as the marketability, of "their guys".<p> </p><p> Like, if Samoa Joe, for instance, was such a star that the IWC makes him out to be, why wasn't TNA making any money while he was there? Why didn't Kevin Steen and El Generico face off each other in front of tens of thousands in RoH if they were so damn over? The answer is, they weren't. They were stars in minor league promotions that no one watches. They have no right to complain about being "too over" for NXT upon signing with WWE.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I am not disagreeing with you that people over estimate the popularity of the outsiders coming into WWE but you reference why TNA wasn't making any money and it wasn't those guys faults.</p><p> </p><p> WCW had Ric Flair, Kevin Nash, Sting, Goldberg, Scott Steiner, DDP, Booker T, and many others at the end as well as higher ratings than current WWE the final couple years and they were bleeding money. Finances are the bookers and managements mistakes.</p><p> </p><p> Outside of mainstream casual fans hardly anyone is over. It is whoever the WWE says is popular that day. WWE could put Adam Cole on RAW next week and have him go over Cena, then Orton on Smackdown, then Lesnar on RAW the next week and the fans would be like this guy is amazing! Do it a couple months and bam the casual fans think he is a star. In game terms though that would just be momentum in the current version of the game with some overness gains. It would also ruin the locker room quickly which I wish was a little more forgiving at times.</p><p> </p><p> Early 2000's Big Show was sent to developmental for awhile. Did he like it? Most likely no but he didn't hold a grudge. He worked on what needed to be done and became a better worker for it. He was fairly over too. </p><p> </p><p> It sounds like Adam has changed some things that might make some of these things a little better in the game and I am looking forward to seeing how they pan out.</p>

    Is there any reason to believe the experience and new perception stats will change how workers respond to being in development? For example WWE has put some decently over guys with experience into NXT in recent years. Only a couple seemed unhappy (James Storm, Andrade, Kassius Ohno) but others seemed perfectly fine with it (KO, Zayne, Finn Balor, Samoa Joe). Maybe these weren't entirely accurate but I wish I could send guys to development without it trashing their morale.

    <p>The sticky search feature is going to be pretty amazing. It will certainly make life a little easier. These are sometimes the best features of a game.</p><p> </p><p>

    What Mammoth said though would be really cool. Being able to have an All Tag Matches show but have a note for the Main Event to be 1v1 would be cool. This would allow a lot of extra control over the games booking that I think would make mods so much better.</p>

    I love the idea of having a show full of 3 way or 4 way matches. That could be pretty cool.

     

    The best thing about this is guaranteeing 4v4 for shows like Survivor Series. The main event match being AI set is awesome too.

     

    Adam you are doing an amazing job with these features. Just when we think you can't outdo yourself you hit it out of the park. We aren't even far into this versions journal either. Damn this is going to be an amazing game!

    As for the control over events I really like this. Whether booking "house" shows or just some filler shows between big events this could be great!</p><p> </p><p>

    Loving everything as usual from these diary entries. I appreciate the insight into these features too.</p>

    I love that you can play as a child promotion. This is going to make a huge difference for many people.

     

    Also some of the things to better our lives as players from yesterdays update are great!

     

    This is something I may have to discuss on my YouTube Channel too. Maybe I can get some other people out there interested in some TEW!!!

     

    Thank you so much Adam! Been playing your games all the way back to your orange website in the late 90s I believe. You have provided many hours of entertainment.
