Rating: 7.7 A commercial airs to promote the Royal Rumble tomorrow night centering on the two Rumble matches and the two title matches. The Royal Rumble is tomorrow night from Chase Field LIVE and only on the WWE Network. Rating: 7.6 A video package airs of the feud between Kairi Sane & Shayna Baszler and their two factions that leads us to this no disqualification six woman war that is next. Rating: 6.9 A video package highlighting Aleister's climb back to the NXT title including his feud with Johnny Gargano that got him there airs. The video focuses on Ciampa's promise that Goldie stays with him and the vicious attack that has damaged Aleister's knee. Aleister promises to fight this match and the video ends with the two staring at each other with the NXT title in the background. Rating: 7.2 After the match, NXT officials rush to the ring and attend to Aleister. Doctors get him out of the ring and they quickly get him to the back as Tommaso celebrates. Johnny Gargano comes into the ring and Ciampa looks at him with caution before the two hug and celebrate. DIY has reunited. Tommaso & Johnny are celebrating as NXT goe.... The lights go out and when they come back on: Jay Lethal is standing in the aisle glairing at the ring at Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano. DIY can't believe it. The announcers can't believe it. The question that lingers is what in the hell is Jay Lethal doing here as NXT TakeOver: Phoenix goes off the air. Rating: 6.9 Overall: 6.7 Early on Riddle stuns Ohno with a series of MMA inspired strikes and some Moi-Thai kickboxing moves. But, Riddle's inexperience catches up with him as Ohno is able to reverse a kick and roll Riddle through into an armbar submission. Ohno starts using his superior wrestling skills to teach Riddle a lesson as he out wrestles the newcomer for awhile, but is unable to secure a victory. When Ohno goes for the rolling elbow, Riddle ducks, and that what the King of Bros needs to get back into it. Riddle nails a Pele Kick and then goes to the top rope and hits a moonsault. He covers, 1...2...Ohno kicks out. When Matt Riddle goes for the GTS Ohno is able to slide down and nail the rolling forearm. Cover...1....2...Riddle is barely out. Ohno goes to set Riddle up for another but, Riddle reverses it into a BRO-mission. Ohno tries to make it to the ropes but he is forced to submit. Winner by submission: Matt Riddle Rating: 6.0

They trade body blows on Seven and high impact shots to the head that have the veteran nearly out but, Trent Seven shows incredible heart and doesn't give up. Eventually Joe Coffey goes for a swinging FaceBuster but, Seven uses the rotation to propel Coffey into the ropes where Bate kicks him in the head. With Joe down, Trent Seven is finally able to tag in his partner as Mark Coffey is tagged in as well. Tyler Bate cleans house and nearly beats Mark Coffey with a German Suplex into a bridge but Joe Coffey kicks him in the ribs. This brings back in Trent Seven who fights with Joe Coffey and they end up on the floor. Mark Coffey signals to end the match and goes for a jumping Enziguiri but Bate ducks under, hooks him and delivers a walking German Suplex into a bridge...1...2....3. The Royal Rumble Match always promises big surprises and NXT talent have made their mark in years past. This year shall be no different because Regal has just gotten off a conference call with Shane and Stephanie McMahon and they have agreed. There will be NXT talent in both the men's and women's Royal Rumble Match...and should one of NXT's talent win the Rumble...their title challenge will not take place at TakeOver: New York, it will take place in the main event aof Wrestlemania! Aleister is able to make it to the ropes and to the floor. When Bobby comes diving through the ropes, Black nails him with a European Uppercut and a GTS on the floor. He rolls Fish back into the ring and covers 1...2...Bobby kicks out. Black goes for the Black Mass but Fish ducks and nails the Saito Suplex. He covers for a 2 count. Fish nails the Falcon Arrow and then locks in the Fish Hook Deluxe. Black is screaming in agony as his left knee and ankle is contorted. Somehow Aleister is able to push up and drag himself to the ropes. Bobby, enraged charges, BLACK MASS! Aleister connects out of nowhere and covers...1...2...3. Ciampa goes out of the ring and grabs a chair and places Black's knee into the chair and then goes to the second rope. The diabolical champion jumps off and Black screams in agony as the announcers put over that Tommaso Ciampa may have just taken Aleister Black out of TakeOver: Phoenix. The champ celebrates as officials check on the fallen challenger as NXT goes off the air. Rating: 7.9 Overall: 5.7 </div>

They are able to separate Gibson from his partner and score several near falls but Gibson throws a thumb to the eye of Tyler Bate and is able to tag in Drake and then the heels keep Bate from Trent Seven and really lay in a beating. Bate nearly gives in as the crowd wills him to stay in it as the Grizzled Young Veterans dump him to the floor and double team him including a double powerbomb spot on to the guard rail. When Gibson goes for the big boot in the corner, Bate is able to get out of the way and do a backstabber that allows him to make the hot tag to Trent Seven. Seven charges Gibson but he was able to tag in his partner James Drake and Seven and Drake go to war scoring near falls on each other. The tide permanently turns when Gibson throws Bate into the ring steps and the distraction allows Drake to sneak up behind Seven and nail the Ticket to Ride for the 3 count and the first ever NXT UK Tag Team Champions. Coffey rolls Dunne back into the ring and covers but is unable to secure the pinfall. When Dunne gets up, Coffey goes for All The Best For The Bells, the rotating lariat but, Dunne grabs the arm and locks in an armbar that twists Coffey's fingers back. The challenger screams in agony but makes it to the ropes. Dunne goes for another excruciating joint bend and Coffey again nearly taps but makes it to the ropes showing real determination. Dunne goes for the Bitter End again but Coffey is able to reverse it and roll through and nail Dunne in the face with a stiff knee. Sullivan goes for another lariat but, Ciampa ducks under and is able to nail a lariat of his own from behind. Ciampa drops Sullivan with a suplex and throws the challenger to the floor. The champ flies off the top with a double leg stop and tries to roll the challenger back in but Sullivan nails an elbow to the jaw and throws Ciampa to the stairs. Sullivan charges but the champ moves and Sullivan's knee clips the stairs. Ciampa rolls the challenger into the ring locks in a modified Texas Cloverleaf with the challenger screaming in pain but is somehow able to make it to the ropes. The champ signals its over but the challenger throws him into the ropes and nails the pop up powerslam. Cover...1...2..Ciampa kicks out. Sullivan goes for the Freak Accident but the champ drops out and is able to nail Project Ciampa. Cover...1....2....Tommaso Ciampa retains. Dunne shoves Cole into the ropes, does a snap back suplex and locks in an armbar bending Cole's fingers again. Cole is able to make it to the ropes and then scrambles to the floor. Dunne goes running for a missile attack but, Cole nails him with a forearm and throws Dunne into the ring steps. The two begin to brawl on the floor with each trying to nail their signature. Dunne reverses the Last Shot and Cole reverses the Bitter End. What both men don't realize is that the ref is counting both men out. They trade attacks before both mean realize the ref is at 8. They both try to rush back into the ring with each pushing the other away as the ref strikes 10 counting both men out. NXT ends with confusion as now we don't have a challenger for Ricochet. Dunne and Cole are stunned and then furious and continue brawling as referees flood the area. The show goes off the air with Mauro asking "who is going to TakeOver to challenge Ricochet?" We're divvying them up. Pipers Pit handles most of the booking and writing for Raw and SD Live while I handle the womens matches and segments. I handle NXT and NXT UK, the scheduling for the company and most of talent relations. It's definitely an ambitious endeavor.
