My bad, wasn't clear. I mean purely for popularity gain (both for my company and for my individual workers). I'm near break even running 4 shows a month, but feel like I'm not gaining much popularity (if any at all) from my later shows

How many shows a month is recommended for Tiny and Small companies? I remember earlier, spamming shows (weekly.... two times a week.... more) was a quick way to gain popularity fast, but there seems to be some diminishing returns to show spamming now. Is two shows a month good?

If you play as WWE, you need to play like the WWE. 1. Besides Royal rumble into Mania, how would you decide who gets title matches at each PPV while saving your BIG title Matches? Point to a random person on the roster. That person gets a title shot. Next night on TV, I have my champion cut a promo and that random person interrupts them. BAM that random person gets a title match because my company has no standards. 2. After finishing a season finale how do you decide who will face who at your next PPV? Same as 1. Pick randomly 3. How do you decide who feuds with who? See above. 4. How do you plan stories into your next Season Finale? HAHAHAHA 5. How do you decide who will get that Big push if any push? With one simple question. "Are they big?" 6. How many rookies and over 40 years talent do you keep around? If there's a company trying to compete with me, then all of them. 7. Who gets fired who gets hired? See above

He laughs maniacally. He points his flashlight at The Ethereal Being. I caught a glimpse of his abs. Whoa! But Evil Greedman, being the no-good badguy that he is starts pointing the flashlight upwards towards The Ethereal Being's face. His face is covered you fool! No, go back to his abs... whoa! What a dreamy mask. I wonder how he looks underneath.</p><p> </p><p> Suddenly, lightning bolts come out of his flashlight and the Ethereal Being falls to his knees. I was too busy staring at... erm... doing journalistic investigation on The Ethereal Being so I didn't catch what happened, but they suddenly both have glowing crystals in their hands. The Ethereal Being stabs Evil Greedman, who laughs despite being bloodied. Then a shadowy demon appears and devours The Ethereal Being. There is indeed a great evil residing in Alina and he will put a stop to it. He tells Frankie to step aside and to let him handle it.</p><p> </p><p> Frankie insists that Alina is not evil and suggests The Ethereal Being to test for himself. The Ethereal Being mentions the Trials of Evil and asks if Alina will go through with it. Alina seeks the truth about her mother, but The Ethereal Being is having none of it. He's here only for business, and his business is whether or not Alina will undergo the Trials. Alina agrees. What will these Trials entail? What will Alina need to go through?</p><p> </p><p> Oh yeah! This will be a youtube series. The introductory pre-episode 1 is linked at the top of this post. Here, you will see everything from magic to demons to trikinis to wrestling. Well, maybe not wrestling. If you have no clue what this is about, don't worry. Neither do I. All I know is that an epic journey awaits us all. By the time I get to the show in TEW, most of it is already planned out, so it doesn't take that long. The actual process of creating segments in TEW is pretty quick for me. I'll almost always know which road agent notes I want, too. 90% of my angles are freestyle, especially in 2020 because the default angles don't seem to have been updated and most are still rated on Overness. </p><p> </p><p> Even if I'm playing a game that I don't think will ever make it to a diary, but is in a company that's fairly story-driven (SWF, USPW, 21CW), I still usually use Evernote to keep track of ideas, and can sometimes take a while to come up with the actual show in my head.</p><p> </p><p> If I'm playing a game purely for fun though... yeah, 5-10 minutes and we're done, even quicker now in 2020. Obviously the longer the show physically is, the longer it takes because you have to book more segments, but I don't very often play companies with 3+hr shows, so...</p><p> </p><p> I book starting with the main event in "main event first" mode or whatever the option is called (less time spent rearranging everything after, but that's just personal preference). I'll usually know what the main event is going to be, and a few storyline matches, but other than that I just go with the flow and book stuff.</p><p> </p><p> But like FIN said, the actual time the process takes depends a lot on what the purpose of the save game is.</p><p> </p><p> Testing, mucking about, just having fun? 5-10 minutes on the TEW booking screen.</p><p> </p><p> Diary or storyline-driven game? 5-10 minutes on the TEW booking screen, untold hours in Evernote planning it all. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Yeah, I go diary-mode, mostly because my ideas are so dumb that I just HAVE to put it down on paper. 5-10 minutes clicking the buttons on the TEW screen, but it takes me around 1.5 hours to book a show</p><p> </p><p> I book on the fly. I know the result of one match in my next PPV and that's about it. On each show, I think of an opening and an ending. Then once I know what image I want to end the show on, I'll start at the beginning again and just book forward. In a certain sense, I'm "experiencing" the show as I'm writing it</p>

As others have mentioned, putting your rising talent in angles with main eventers helps a lot, but you don't want them to be taking L's (your 92 pop main eventer might not be so keen on losing to a 10 pop 19-year old). You may want them to be involved in stories with the top guys, but have matches against jobbers or lower midcarders to keep their momentum hot, which would then feed into how good their angles are with the main eventers.

I don't know the inner workings and how destiny rolls work for mods, but what's stopping Steve Austin's popularity from capping at say 76</p><p> </p><p> He'll almost guarantee entertaining segments and good matches due to high SQ/Charisma, but I don't see the difference between real world and CV, where you can just get anyone with high SQ and push them to the moon and see how far destiny rolls take them.</p>

It's hard to replicate meteoric rises to the top right out of the gate, but given some time (say 4+ months) you can push a rookie all the way to the top (barring poor destiny rolls) without jobbing your main eventers to them. I would put them in angles with popular workers multiple times per show, but keep them away from each other when it comes to match time. The storylines and angles will build up the rookie's popularity rapidly. During the build, sacrifice some mid-carders to your rookie. With just storylines, you should be able to build your rookie to mid-card status to the point that midcarders wont complain too much. Do this for a few months and your rookie should be UMC or ME status From a realism standpoint, since you've kept your rookie away from your main eventers (match-wise. They may be involved in storyline), it builds anticipation from the crowd for their eventual encounter/match

Every time a jobber loses, have 5 jobbers come out and beat up the winner so you can justify having 5 guys with major success angles

Overdrive Wrestling – Episode 34: Breaking Apart April Week 2 Segment 1: Dragons and Dreams Alicia Strong is in a volcano like area with lava flowing everywhere. She's walking up to a large set of gates. She looks at the gate and nods. We see flashback recap segments where Viper was poisoning the White Dragon's food bowl. We also get Spade lecturing her about seeking the White Dragon's power and sacrificing her own soul. Huey: Alicia! No! Alicia turns back. Huey: Don't do it! You know what will happen. You... You... You will di... Alicia: Huey... Thanks. I know. But if I don't do this, the White Dragon will be no more. I must save it. Huey: What? No more? What are you talking about? Alicia: I saw it Huey. The White Dragon. It was crying out to me. I will save it, even if it costs me my life. The doors open and Alicia start walking through... Huey: Alicia... no... Huey runs after Alicia. Segment 2: Underestimation Emma Chase, Bruce the Giant and Joanne Rodriguez are watching the TV sideways. They are watching last week's footage of Spade winning the #1 Contender's match. Emma: What do you think of him? J-Ro: That dumbass? Hmph, there's no way I can lose. Emma: Do not be overconfident. When I looked into his eyes, I saw... I saw... nothing. It was unsettling. You're one to talk. Segment 3: Lunarian King Remmy Skye walks to the ring with Tetsu and Splashdown May. As he's walking down, the TV audience gets highlights from his touching flashback sequences where he was the prince of a fallen kingdom and his king saved him from destruction. Remmy: OWE Universe. I implore you, listen to me. I was once the prince of a long lost kingdom, next in line to rule the Kingdom of Lunaria. When the Lunar Demons attacked, I had lost all hope. My people, my family, all destroyed. I was fated to live my undeserved life on Earth. BUT, you people, YOU PEOPLE gave me hope. You accepted me and embraced me as one of your own. Please, you cannot believe Zack Zucks and his declarations. He is no hero. He will not save us. I've seen people like him my entire life. Saying nice things in front of you, but scheming behind the scenes. He is poison, and he does not have good intentions. Zack Zucks. Come out here, RIGHT NOW, and face me. And if you don't... Brute Kikuchi Segment 5: Aspirations cooking The segment starts with a recap of Anna/Magenta's segment last week where Magenta says everyone will bow to him. He touches Anna Ki with one finger which causes her to drop to the ground. Magenta leaves. She's crawling on the ground, trying to get her bearings. In the distance, she hears Lindsay's voice. Anna finds the strength to stand up. Lindsay: Anna! Anna! You there? Anna: Yeah, come in. Lindsay walks in. Lindsay: What's wrong Anna? You look like you've seen a ghost. Anna: Oh, nothing. Don't worry. It's just... ummm... the championship, you know? Thinking about our loss. But, we gotta move forward from that, right? Hehehe. Lindsay: Yeah. Hey Anna... There's something I want to talk about. Anna: Yeah, go on Lindsay. Lindsay: You see... Our friendship has been very precious to me. Our time in OWE... Our memories together, fighting together... Segment 6: You Never Escape Jack, Smygi and Wanda finally escape from the evil Northern Lands. We see a recap of Smygi blocking missiles with her witch powers. Suddenly, a magical circle materializes beneath Smygi, Wanda and Jack. The three of them fly off at super speed. When they finally land, the three of them get on their knees and pant very hard. Jack: Heh... huff... puff.. heh... heh... Welcome to OWE. Wanda, you may not remember this place very well, but you were a very integral part of it. Smygi... I hope you enjoy your stay. Smygi: Looks like I won't have a chance to. Smygi points to the sky. Atop a tower, we see Edd Stone and Zoe Ammis looking down on them. Segment 7: Rebuilding a broken heart Spade is doing stretching excercises in his locker room. Dawn shows up. Dawn: Spade, you don't have to do this yourself. My power is still strong. I can still resist them. Joanne... Bruce... Emma... Spade: Hehehe, that's the spirit! Betrayed by a friend and picking yourself up. BUT, I will have to decline. I don't need your help. It goes against my principles. My way of the warrior. Dawn: But... But WHY?! Spade: We're the same. Strong people with strong friends. Only to be stabbed in the back at the most inopportune moments. Grimm: A what? Magenta LAUGHS his way out the room. Segment 10: Demon Chase Alina, Divine Hope and Honey are chasing Ouroboros through a series of narrow tunnels. Alina: What... what the hell. I saw it. Ouroboros was sealed by the power of Ki. Why... Why is he still here? Suddenly, the earth starts shaking. A hand punches through the wall and starts choking Divine Hope. Alina helps him and starts attacking the mysterious person's hands. The hand retracts back into the wall. Honey starts screaming. She's being grabbed by two hands popping out of another portion of the wall. Alina and Divine Hope run towards her. A giant rock falls on Divine Hope's head, knocking him out. As Alina is running towards Honey, the two hands throws Honey toward Alina. Alina grabs her. Suddenly, Howlin Hell Henry smashes the wall beside Alina. Alina braces herself for impact as the wall starts to fall on her. Before the wall falls on her, Howlin Hell Henry appears behind, hits her on the back of the head, knocking her out. Grabs her then disappears. Segment 11: Forced Out Dawn is in the middle of the ring. Dawn: As you all know, the last few weeks have been tumultuous for me. I have had my knight, Joanne Rodriguez, turn her back on me and hand over control of the dream world to Emma Chase. Now, the World of Nightmares will engulf this world. But hope is not lost! Up until just an hour ago, I had lost all hope. BUT, I had a moment of clarity. I know now what I must do. I must stand up on my own two legs and FIGHT the Lord of Nightmares. Joanne Rodriguez, champion of OWE. Strongest in the land. Come out here. I will face you myself, and I will have you see reason. Emma Chase comes out with Bruce the Giant. Emma: Dawn. I must thank you. For handing the keys to the dream world over to Joanne Rodriguez, hence handing them over to me. I have enjoyed the power that YOU have granted me. Dawn: Go away. You're not the one I called out. I want to confront Joanne, right here, right now. Emma: She doesn't want to come. Says it's a waste of time. She already explained, YOU disappeared during her time of need. And now you say that SHE has turned her back on you? HAH. What a waste of time. There's no need for her to be here... Brother Grimm comes out. Grimm: Ohhh. You say there is no reason for Joanne Rodriguez to be here? Well, YES THERE IS. For tonight, in the MAIN EVENT, Joanne Rodriguez will be participating. Joanne Rodriguez. Come out. RIGHT NOW. Joanne Rodriguez comes out. Grimm: Tonight, you will be TEAMING UP with Bruce the Giant... to take on... THIS TEAM. Segment 12: Joanne Rodriguez and Bruce the Giant def. The Coastal Guard The Coastal Guard's music hits. Samuel Curran is screaming at the top of his lungs. “OH MY GOD IT'S THE COASTAL GUARD” as though they are a threat to J-Ro and Bruce. Meanwhile, the audience is left wondering “whose music theme is that again?” To begin the match, J-Ro tells Bruce to get in the ring and start the match. Bruce just crosses his arms and stands outside the apron. J-Ro keeps telling him to come in. Finally, he does, but he puts his hand around J-Ro's neck, about to choke slam her. “STOP IT STOP IT” J-Ro is panicking. Bruce lets go. J-Ro is on the ground choking. Bruce stands on the apron again. “Fine, fine.” J-Ro turns around only to be met by Findlay Farraday's boot. Bruce spends most of the match in the apron, doing nothing. He refuses every tag J-Ro wants to make. J-Ro is left fighting the Coastal Guard on her own. She fends the two of them off, but soon, their double team moves are too much. It looks like they are about to go for the pin, but then Bruce comes in, double chokeslams them. J-Ro looks up at Bruce, looks at Findlay, then goes for the pin. Epic Announcer Voice: There appears to be some dissension between Joanne Rodriguez and Bruce the Giant. Will they be able to co-exist as allies? Will Spade be able to take advantage of their divide? Will Lindsay Sugar successfully find a culinary school that fits her needs? What will the Serpent Clan do with Alina? Will Alicia Strong merge with the White Dragon? <p>I first got on TV in August 2012, so I'm just going to pretend everything before that didn't exist since the "mainstream" would not have seen my older matches. I'm going purely by match rating and not my own opinion.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>1) Angel Eater vs Jaime Quine (Tandem Duality 2013)</strong></p><p> </p><p> Former Tag Team champions Broken History has just had a broken friendship. Also, I competely did not spoil #2 on this list.</p><p> </p><p> After narrowly escaping death, the Strongest Team realize that their most dangerous opponent is from neither Hell nor Heaven. It is the Ascended One, Krissy Angelle herself. A legend is born and it all starts here.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>6) Strongest Team vs Coastal Guard (Random TV episode, 2013)</strong></p><p> </p><p> Completely meaningless match where the outcome was never in doubt. But hey, I'm sure there was good wrestling.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>7) Joanne Rodriguez vs Brute Kikuchi (Encore Evil 2013)</strong></p><p> </p><p> Joanne Rodriguez's hope, Queen Dawn has disappeared! Will she be able to overcome all odds to defeat Brute Kikuchi?</p><p> </p><p> <strong>8) Mythics vs The Hooters (Slamtom Menace 2013)</strong></p><p> </p><p> This epic rivalry comes to a conclusion at Slamtom Menace. The Mythics have tormented the Hooters for months, even destroying the restaurant that they work at. Will The Hooters be able to end the Mythics reign of terror? Alina Rose tried to apply the Heavenly toxin to Steph Blake, but in doing so has only amplified her power. Will Alina be able to right her own wrong? Will she be able to defeat the demon that she herself has unleashed?</p>

Last second booking. The only thing I have planned is that Joanne Rodriguez wins. I fill out the 4 weeks leading up to a PPV with lasers and explosions, but in the end, J-Ro wins. Always.

What are things that would influence the loading times? Does a powerful CPU shorten the wait times significantly? I'm planning on upgrading my CPU when AMD's Zen 2 comes out and was just curious what sorts of an impact an upgrade would have on my TEW experience Also, agree with the SSD recommendation. Putting your OS and web browser on it alone makes your computer ridiculously more usable.
