  1. <p>Conversion table for stats?</p><p> </p><p>

Has anyone made a Universal Conversion Table for stats?</p><p> </p><p>

Here is why I ask - I am looking at the referees in my RW mod. One is a "C+", one is a "82" and one is rated "Very Good".</p><p> </p><p>

I can certainly deal with it for context, but does anyone know of a table that compares number grades, letter grades and grades that are "phrases"???</p>

  2. <p>Why does...</p><p> </p><p>

Why does the jump to "Cult" size hurt so much, financially.</p><p> </p><p>

I was playing a regional fed in a RW mod and turning a profit of almost 100,000 a month. Once I made it to Cult size, i LOST over $200,000.</p><p> </p><p>

Let's assume that you do indeed have to take on a larger advertising budget. Ok, I get that. But how can expenses go up Exponentially if you are using the same TV nertwork(s) and the same talent?</p>

  3. <p>hmmm...if James is right, I can theorhetically "split" the roster over 2 "A" shows, but not as a formal "brand split". So I can do one TV show, and anyone who doesnt make the first show can be on the second. </p><p> </p><p>

That would indeed solve my problem if the Main Eventers arent clamoring to be on EVERY "A" show.'</p><p> </p><p>

Anyone else have experience with this sort of thing...?</p>

  4. <p>Multiple A shows</p><p> </p><p>

Currently I work hard to get as many Main Eventers and Upper Midcard guys on my "A" television show, to avoid morale issues.</p><p> </p><p>

I thought about adding a SECOND A show so I can accomodate the guys who cant get on the first show each week....but then I was concerned that I'll be DOUBLING my headache is every top guy wants to be on ALL a-level shows.</p><p> </p><p>

Do I have this right, or is most top talent content with being on (at least) one show a week? </p><p> </p><p>

(I do not want to do a brand split or create a B show)</p>

  5. <p>Leaving the Alliance</p><p> </p><p>

    I'm playing a 1987 RW mod, playing as Bill Watt's mid-south.</p><p>

We are doing VERY well as far as profitability and locker room are concerned, and we are increasing in recognition every show.</p><p> </p><p>

I am considering leaving the NWA alliance...but I am not clear on what the ramifications would be. I have a few working agreements in place, so I'm not sure what I need to be "concerned" about if we break away?</p>

  6. <p>The End of an Era</p><p> </p><p>

In July of 1994, I was hired by the WWF to be their General Manager.</p><p> </p><p>

By Survivor Series 1997, I had lost total control of the Locker Room, WCW poached some of my largest stars while Vince capped how much I could offer THIER stars, and the ratings began to plummet.</p><p> </p><p>

On Dec 1st, 1997, after 3 enjoyable years, I left the employ of WWF to start my own company and work in a quieter, more manageable environment.... <img alt=":(" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/frown.png.e6b571745a30fe6a6f2e918994141a47.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

  7. <p>Choosing/Starting a Company</p><p> </p><p>

Often I start my own Fed, or change jobs from 1 fed to another, only to realize that the Style was not REALLY what I was looking for. I guess I'm not clear on how to read the Company Stats to understand if a fed is based on Popularity vs Workrate. </p><p> </p><p>

Can anyone advise a thread/resource where I can better understand how this works?</p><p> </p><p>

(ex: if I am looking for a fed that is based on workrate - not popularity - but is not 100% opposed to storylines...how do I set/find those stats?)</p>

  8. <p>WWF 1994 save...I'm in October of 1998</p><p> </p><p>

    World Champion = Road Warrior Hawk</p><p> </p><p>

    I/C Champion = Shane Douglas</p><p> </p><p>

    Tag Champions = Bart Gunn & Terry Funk</p><p> </p><p>

All 3 belts have been held dominantly thru the Summer months.</p><p> </p><p>

Survivor Series is always a 6-man, global tourney...and that "break" lets me set a new run of challengers for the champions headed into Royal Rumble and Mania....</p>

  9. <p>Does A.I. look for morale and bankruptcy?</p><p> </p><p>

I'm playing as WWF, at war w/WCW</p><p>

Lately, every time I try to hire a "star", WCW outbids .... so right now their roster is HUGE.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm wondering if the game DOES keep track of WCW's spend?</p><p>

If they hire enough big names, will they indeed risk bankruptcy?</p><p>

With a roster that big, will AI workers begin to complain about not being used?</p>

  10. <p>I started a WWF 1994 sim and I'm currently mid 1997</p><p> </p><p>

I noticed that I created some stables and tag teams that...due to inability to sign some historical players... are different than the reality that WE know:</p><p> </p><p>

Shane McMahon's "army" and Ted DiBiase's "million dollar corporation" have just executed a Corporate Merger. The Corporation consists of those 2 managers plus Crush, Bundy, Sid Vicious, Scott Steiner, The Barbarian and Derick Dukes in an intentionally awful Michael Jackson gimmick.</p><p> </p><p>

Shane Douglas has formed "Franchise, Inc." which is an intentional rip off of the 4 Horsemen. He is in the Flair role. Dean Malenko and Chris Benoit are his fall guys. A huge British guy I call Bones Thatcher is in the Bodyguard role and Woman is their femme fatale.</p><p> </p><p>

The Nation of Domination consists of Ahmed Johnson, Kama Mustafa, Mustafa Saed and Mo-Hammed (formerly Mo from Men on a Mission). We're pretty militant. </p><p> </p><p>

Los Borriquas consist of Savio Vega (leader, after he ousted Eddie Guerrero), Al Perez, El Texano, Heavy Metal and Chicky Star (who is on probation)</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

The Tag Team of DeGeneration Ex is Raven and Sean Cannon (who you know as Sean Waltman)</p><p> </p><p>

The Brothers of Destruction are Kane and Gangrel</p><p> </p><p>

The New Age Outlaws are Kip James and Shawn Michaels.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

So in this universe, things are the same AND different....! <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

  11. <p>WWF's 1995 Royal Rumble has just completed.</p><p> </p><p>

    Bret Hart is <em>still </em>the World Champion</p><p>

(Diesel wont the Rumble and will face him at Wrestlemania)</p><p> </p><p>

Jeff Jarrett defeated Razor Ramon for the I/C title</p><p> </p><p>

Luger and the Barbarian are still the Tag Team champions </p><p>

(coming off a recent win of the titles from the Headshrinkers)</p><p> </p><p>

Alundra Blayze retained her Women's title, but due to her poor attitude I retired the title the next night and sent all of the female grapplers home...</p>

  12. <p>It's late 1994 in the WWF.</p><p> </p><p>

Bret Hart has turned back the challenge of his brother Owen, and has been facing off with Steve "Dr. Death" Williams and the recently-turned-heel Bob Backlund. Williams, Backlund and Jim Neidhardt have each sucker-attacked Bret at some time in the last 6 weeks, so Bret has decided to invest in some insurance. That insurance policy is called King Kong Bundy.</p><p> </p><p>

    How did Backlund turn heel?</p><p>

Adnan Al-Kaisse has returned to the WWF as a wealthy, slick talking "benefactor". He's here to help people "solve their problems". He brought in Road Warrior Hawk to vanquish the Undertaker, but failed when Hawk signed to tour w/All Japan. But Backlund was subject to the BrainWashing, and learned to hate Bret Hart.</p><p> </p><p>

Elsewhere, Jeff Jarrett lost his tag team partner Yokozuna when the Big Man left for WCW, so instead of winning the World Tag Titles as I had planned for him, Jarrett attacked Razor Ramon and is pursuing the I/C title.</p>

  13. <p>Assign Referee?</p><p> </p><p>

Not sure why I cant figure this out but...</p><p> </p><p>

...in TEW2010 I used to assign a Ref to a match the same way I would an announcer, a worker, etc.</p><p> </p><p>

I play 2016 now and just don't see the "referee" option in the match particulars. Usually I wouldnt care, but i just changed someone's role to Referee and I want to make sure I get him in a few B-card matches per week...</p>
