  1. This is how TEW sums up popularity apparently: 95 - Icon 90 - Huge Star 80 - Star 70 - Draw 65 - Well Known 60 - Recognizable 55 - Regional Star 40 - Regional Level 20 - Unknown
  2. There's still three or four NJPW events set as tours in the database. Was it your intention? Some of them are Fighting Spirit Unleashed or Royal Quest. Shouldn't they be lesser events according to your explanation in the previous pages? Also, some New Japan events are missing pictures. Royal Quest is one of them, I see it's in the folders but maybe it's been forgotten.
  3. Can we have a pack for KTB? I checked the latest pages and it's pretty much a mixture of old school pictures and modern.
  4. Hey man, thanks for the update and your work. 93 pop for JBL tho? And 94 for Hogan? That's super high in my opinion. These dudes wouldn't really sell tickets anymore. Then again, I understand your mod's supposed to be a little more arcadey, that's right? It's not really based on the Cornellverse and the TEW mechanics that much.
  5. So we could argue that popularity is visibility? How people are able to acknowledge them?
  6. Is the mod based on Derek B's guide? Also, can you explain the conservative approach on skills? Most workers are barely in the 90s when it comes to most skills such as psychology.
  7. Thing is with either Classic Mainstream Puroresu or Wrestling As A Sport, I'll have to book at least a match with the Steal The Show focus and Technical Masterpiece. That's pretty annoying to book.
  8. What product would fit current-day NJPW the best? I'm struggling to pick one and see so many different real world databases with a different one. However, I see most databases having "Wrestling As A Sport" as the core product, with either "Strong Puroresu" as the current or "Classic Mainstream Puroresu". Here are the descriptions: Classic Mainstream Puroresu This is where a Japanese style has some western influence; match quality is crucial and wrestling is treated with respect, but there are flourishes of showmanship and larger than life characters can happily exist here. Strong Puroresu Heavily influenced by the martial arts and combat sports, this style revolves around realistic strikes and submissions - it's midway between Wrestling As A Sport and full-on Shoot Wrestling. Everything is treated very seriously. Wrestling As A Sport The stereotypical eastern style, this is where wrestling is treated as a legitimate sport. Fans want to see good quality matches with none of the hoopla that is associated with the western styles.
  9. What made you pick "Wrestling As A Sport" as New Japan's product instead of "Classic Mainstream Puroresu" or "Strong Puroresu"?
  10. Oh great, I get it. So basically it will only use the NJPW World broadcaster for pretty much everything. Love it, it makes sense. Thanks for the explanation.
  11. Fair enough. So basically what is the tv asahi deal for? What is the usage of having tour highlights broadcasting deals?
  12. Also, I see most NJPW "road to" shows appear to be all "Lesser" shows. Shouldn't they be set to "Tour" so broadcasting tour highlights make more sense?
  13. Any updates coming? Also can you update the graphics link with all the new pictures that have been posted in the last pages?
  14. What databases does this work well with? Where I won't have any empty pictures.
  15. Oh, great! I didn't know that. That's dope.
  16. Problem is some of those shows are not on TV anymore.
  17. Thank you for doing this. My moment would be the time Jeff Hardy won the WWE Championship against Triple H. I wanted to see him win it so bad and was so happy when it happened. I got so many other great moments but this one's one that brought me a lot of emotion.
  18. This looks interesting. Can someone explain what is this technically? I understand what a draft is and what are the rules. But can someone explain how this works?
