I'm aware that when you adjust a product it takes time for the fanbase to readjust, but I changed the settings way over a year ago. Strangely both the settings I changed actually changed back without me doing anything, but the low show ratings have continued. I mean, look at this:

....

I don't understand how that show has only scored an 85. The exclusive, I think, means exclusive tour so other companies cannot sign him on a touring contract if he is already signed with DG.

Also, he will be available the days he doesn't have a commitment with DG. However, I am not sure on the prestige position thing.

I recommend you keep using him the way you do, and build a credible successor quick. Medium is still half way there. Don't I have to make it low or very low?

Also, it's not as frequent but all of them have been 99s. My top 20 matches are 99 and some of these matches have been in major PPVs, with local bands, celebrities and special sets etc. I also had matches with my top talents who get 95+ individual match performance ratings and who are also at least 90+ pop in the US (where I am based). So if it had to happen, it would've happened by now.

 10.

I have a couple more questions. The first is another 'theory' question I guess. And the other is more about the 'Storylines' menu.

First - I'm pretty good at booking stable vs stable, and team vs team, or whatever. But I'm really bad at just booking straight 1 on 1, face vs heel feuds. I feel like it either falls into "Heel beats face a few times, possibly using cheap tactics. Face powers up and proves it by beating some other people. Face beats Heel" or "Heel interferes in a bunch of matches. Face reciprocates (depending on how nice the face is.) Face beats heel in an actual match." I feel like either of those leaves the face as the feud's 'loser' in TEW terms (it's appropriate dramatically, but he's lost way more matches).

What are some other ways to book 1 v 1 storylines to balance out a bit (alternatively, should I make a new thread to not clutter this one with stuff like this?)

Second, after watching Wrestle Kingdom, I was inspired to try my hand at a longer frame storyline. So, I'm planning a 2-3 year storyline which leads to new acquisition Jimmy 'Mainstream' Hernandez eventually challenging Rocky Golden for position as figurehead and winning, turning Rocky heel in the process. However, due to storyline decay, obviously I can't have a major storyline between them yet.

How would you handle it? Book a storyline where Jimmy is the only main character, and have Rocky as support, and then cycle in people as he challenges them? Or would you book his few interactions with Rocky more as simple foreshadowing, and not include Rocky in a storyline until Hernandez is ready to feud with him?

For the first part, I have had the same problem. Although, in the storylines part it suggests that there is no loser or winner of a feud, the feature is just there for illustrative purpose i.e. to keep a track of how well the worker is doing (http://i.imgur.com/AxImjA1.png). The thing that I found worked is having extra workers in the feud. For example, in real life example, James Ellsworth in the Styles vs Ambrose feud. You can have a jobber there taking the losses, or two, both for the heel and the face. However, I suggest that you have there guys you want to push and develop.

For example, I want AJ Styles (heel) to feud with John Cena (face), both of whom are main event talents. So these are the two main people of the storyline. I also want to push Apollo Crews (face) and Noam Dar (heel), both are let's say, Openers or Lower Midcarders. I have a PPV every 4 weeks. So between these weeks, I would have AJ fight Crews and beat him and same with Cena and Dar. I would also have angles with Cena and Styles and sometimes also involve Crews and Dar. Now I can't have just the same match all 4 weeks till the PPV. So I mix things up, with tag matches etc. Have the lower guys take the pin. This will not only not affect AJ or Cena's momentum or popularity, but also elevate Apollo Crews and Noam Dar. It will also develop their skills. Not only that but if I have a Crews vs AJ match or Dar vs Cena match, it will progress the story. Here's some other things I did as well (http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2212153&postcount=7) just for the idea, but these were before discovering the above trick.

For the second, there are a lot of ways of doing this. The first is just to assume it happened, like every other thing. Assume they are both in a storyline, both are involved some way or another. It's all up to what you think. There's no real audience to judge that.

Another way would be to have them both have separate feuds and both involved in each other storyline as a minor role. Then transfer them both to the main storyline at the end. A tip would be to not start a new storyline when you want them to feud, transfer one of them to pre-existing storyline of the other. This is because new storylines are harder to elevate and keep constant heat. New storylines lose heat fast and big and are unstable in that way, old ones have history and thus lose lesser heat. If I have a new storyline at 100, it's easy for it to go 50 next week with bad angles. However if you have an old storyline with 90 heat, some bad angles will bring it down to 80-85. However, I must say, adding new people to storylines makes the storyline lose some heat.

For example, have Cena feud with Miz and Ambrose feud with AJ, and have both Cena and AJ as minor roles in the other storyline. Once you are ready for AJ vs Cena, transfer either Cena to the AJ storyline or AJ to the Cena storyline.

One last way, and the best idea that struck me right now, would be to have both the feuds in a single storyline. Have Cena vs Miz and AJ vs Ambrose in the same storyline. That way if you want AJ vs Cena, you won't have to transfer between storylines and that way, the storyline would not lose heat.

 21.
My top guys are suddenly losing popularity for no reason. I had my top on "insanely popular" (95-100) and now they are all "enormously popular" (91-95). I haven't had any of them lose in a major event and even if I have, I have kept them protected. The product is the same. The TV broadcaster is the same. I have had them lose on regular TV shows (to each other). The economy is 98* and falling however the industry is 48* and rising.

Anything I am missing that justifies this?

http://i.imgur.com/B2RXQxi.png

Here's Bryan Danielson's popularity change. I haven't had him lose a match since Week 3 of August. I have even had him beat all the other main eventers in major shows. I also have him in segments with other popular wrestlers. Yet he keeps falling. Same goes with the others but unlike Danielson, they have had some loses. So Danielson is the best example.

You can turn them as soon as you want (i.e the next show). This will be seen as a shock turn.. as there was no buildup for the turn and the fans didn't see it coming. You can also set them to turn, have them do shows and angles and the fans will get some hints at a turn. There is no standard or no right way to do it, you just do it how ever you want.

However, be reminded that if you have too many shock turns too soon, they will get a poor reaction. Also if you have a wrestler turn too soon after a prior turn, it will also receive a bad reaction.

Another thing to mention is the success/failure of these turns depends on your Creativity talent (User Talents, remember?). The more Creativity talent you have, the better reaction a turn (or a gimmick change) will get.
