  1. Has anybody worked out how to track the progress of all skills in one go? Clicking through each individual skill is incredibly tedious.
  2. Is the dominate road agent note still there? Just use that and book a short match.

  4. How do we select a brawl based match? The only option I see is for wild brawl I was under the impression that a road agent note was being added to every match type, negating the need to create custom matches (i.e 1vs1 matches (comedy) ) etc

  6. Pretty sure to get this working would require a lot more than a skin. It would involve potentially huge changes to the code. It's something Adam could do, but I doubt we will see something like this for years (if ever).

  9. I'm going to start a historic real world mod, using a custom made tiny company. A rule I'll be using involves not signing any debuting worker until they've had at least 2 years in the game world. Can anybody suggest some other rules?

  11. Does anyone have an issue with created graphics looking high res normally but looking like crap in TEW? Any idea why this is? :confused:
  12. Will TEW 2020 have a nickname option? I'm always confused about which naming convention to use in relation to characters who go by a nickname. Let's take Bret the Hitman Hart, for instance. Do you include the nickname as part of his full name? Add "the Hitman" as his short name? Would be interesting to see how others do it in their 2016 saves

  14. Also, and I guess this is more directed towards Mammoth, what's the thinking behind having the workers gimmick names as their 'real' names, and their birth names as Alter Egos? I.E, in the workers list you'll find 'Hulk Hogan', but then 'Terry Bolea' as an alter ego - shouldn't this be the other way around? No big deal, just wondering

  16. I've had moderate success importing from Alvasaurus's 1980 mod, but you do need to sort through the duplicates. Unfortunately I've since lost that data after switching laptops. Ggrrrr. Would very much welcome this data too! The lack of yet to debut workers is the only thing keeping this mod from being perfect, in my opinion. The attention to detail is amazing.

It was with the assistance of a voice box, and he announced that he would set himself on fire if he couldn't defeat Austin at the upcoming King Of The Ring It was both terrifying and awesome. I think this may be the moment in which character work peaked in wrestling.
  18. As per the development journal: " A new addition to the editor is that there are automatic aging and de-aging facilities. The way this works is similar to a mass edit: you select the workers you want and how many years you want them to age or de-age, and the game will alter their skill levels accordingly to simulate that amount of time passing, using their age, debut date, settings, etc, to mimic what would happen in the real game. This takes into account context so, for example, you de-age an entire database and it's not going to regress people who haven't even debuted yet as clearly they've not even entered the game world. This feature can be a useful aid for database makers who wish to move their game worlds forward or backward." If I'm understanding this correctly, this should save LOADS of time when importing future workers from the shifting sands mod.
  19. Will the editor be released early so that modders can get to work early?
  20. In favour of this, but have a couple of reservations: 1) Can the booker skill improve over time? I feel like for long term games it could be problematic if the skill is static. 2) Aside from this single attribute, what else goes into their actual booking performance (if anything at all?). If this skill is all that counts then is there any difference between a 64 rated booker and one who is rated at 1? I'm assuming that the former would still tend to put on better shows, push a better quality of worker, and be likelier to depush someone on their way down despite lacking the hidden, unlockable push skills.
  21. So a company set to a Monthly schedule may still organically look for a weekly TV deal should the opportunity arise?
  22. Unless I'm mistaken, I take that to mean that if a promotion has a TV show, they'll never book additional events. So a company such as AEW (as an example) that runs TV + PPV would never emerge organically in the world of TEW 2020.
