1.
Australia

It looks like a fantastic mod with some really great looking renders - I just thought I'd make a couple of small suggestions in case you were still adding workers and tweaking things.

The set up of TEW is very misleading for Australasia - the pop distribution of Australasia is actually like this

New Zealand 4.5

Western - 2.5

Central - 2

Eastern - 19

17 of the 20 largest population centres in Mainland Australia all fall on the East Coast, and the state capitols of the 3 states on the East Coast are all more populated than the whole of the Western or Central regions.

All the TV broadcasters are based on the East Coast or a largely separate lot in New Zealand

So if you are setting up regions and want something that is remotely realistic then any feds with any sort of size really need to be in either NZ or Eastern.

As for racial mix there probably should be more Pacific, Indian & Asian workers than Black. There are only about 3% Aboriginal Australians (it's really akin to Native American) but they have a tradition of being great athletes so it's fine if up to about 10% of workers are Black. The Maori and other Pacific Island peoples make up a much larger % of the regions population (about 22.5% in NZ). Asians make up around 10% across the board (especially Indian and Chinese)

In the Cornellverse some sort of weird thing happened where millions of extra people moved to Perth (in the West) making it much larger than it actually is rather than reality where it is actually the most isolated major city on earth (furthest away from the nearest major population centre). Having RAW and APW based in the West in reality is kind if akin to having the WWE & TNA based out of Salt Lake City n the US.

Really looking forward to your mod - it looks really good so far
