After a certain patch, the AI will change the production level. To manually do it you have to add a second player to game, make owner, change levels, leave game, assign ai ceo again. I'm fairly new but for me its been easier to use my own broadcaster. Especially if you plan to have more than 1. I have 2 child companies in the SouthEast, 1 child company in Japan, and recently opened a child company in India. My own commercial broadcaster is Very Big in North America, Japan, and India and Big everywhere else. The only thing I don't broadcast on my own network is the Parent company Events, i put those on PPV network with Huge in north america.

Right, your child companies merchadise should be run through main office just like they can be broadcast on my channels. I just really wish I could give away some booking control in the main company and gain more ownership/business controls over child companies.

Do Child promotions do Merchandise? If not will they do it if you do the add user to game and remove trick like you used to have to do for Production?

Why does a worker say he already has a better offer when I'm offering more per every category? More monthly, higher signing bonus, higher merch %, travel expenses and event bonus.

3 guys that have left me because when their contract came up I wasnt big enough to resign them are Amazing Firefly, Fro Sure, and Earnest Youngman. I'm still Medium but projecting to go to Big by the next game month and Large the month after. Almost made it without losing them. This is my first time playing the game so i started with some extra cash and 33 pop fed to start in the South East. My first child company is about to get to Big before me though, that is embarassing lol. I second Garry The Entertainer too. He carried me on promo scores for a while using the focus promo style at the beginning and he is my current US Champion and 2nd in Merch sales for me.

Is there an attribute other than Booking for Child company bookers to book angles? My guys book 90's and 100's matches but they can't book themselves out of a paper bag with angles.

Why do some workers show up as possible CEO's for child company but not Booker and vice versa? Someone might have 80 business skill and 50 booking skill and show up under hire booker and not hire CEO for example.

My child company's booker is a genius. But how did a female get Wrestler of the year and not female Wrestler of the year? The 2 Rivals Pinky Perez (Female Wrestler of the Year) and Fuyuko Higa (wrestler of the year) split the awards after several 99 rated matches and a 100 rated match that was Match of the Year.

I think that's why psychology is a separate skill. I mean i'm very new to the game, but there's different kinds of psychology. Bret Hart is one of the best but he might put together a horrible hardcore match. Hulk hogan can't put on a technical exhibition but his psychology of when and how to work the crowd was the best. so first it checks their skill then checks how good they can build a match around those skills. Look at AEW today, bunch of lunatic 150lb guys with 98 skill in acrobatics and flashiness and 0 in psychology on WHEN to do the right moves.

Perhaps this could be something added in a patch, if not hopefully there's another TEW. Or maybe you think this is a terrible idea like a jump to conclusions game. I am an American company with a Japanese child company. I should be able to make offers to wrestlers than can work in japan with the caveat that i have to sign them to child company at the complete contract screen.

Is there any difference between running a show vs event on a particular day? Right now i'm running 2 events per month in main company. What would be the difference if I ran 2 tv shows instead? or 2 tv shows and 1 monthly event, etc? My child company's run 5 events per week. Would 4 tv shows and 1 event be different in any way? Thanks

It would make the game at least 50% more fun for me if there was a option to be an owner but hire someone else as the head booker. I know there's auto-booker but I want a head booker that acts like the child company booker. Also or alternatively, maybe own a Corporation that isn't a wrestling company that you can create companies under like Child companies.

You can also go to the companies and look in their roster page. At the bottom you can click Contracts and see when everyone on their roster has expiring contracts.

<p>Is there any way to hire a head booker for your main org? I'm not that creative but I still like the game. I tried to just use the main org as sort of a Corporate Shell to 1 or 2 child companies, but eventually my main org shrunk and I couldn't sign anyone good any longer. The Child orgs thrive with the owner and bookers i hired.</p><p> </p><p> Maybe it could be a future option if not.</p>
