Well you highlight one of the huge problems with the current Wrestling Industry in real world. The old territories system is how the wrestlers used to learn both in ring and traveling with veteran workers. In 2020, wrestlers are on national tv when they are learning and they get in waaaaaaaaay less matches per week/year. That's why matches are garbage gymastics demos for the most part.
