Anyways... If you sign a Working Agreement with another company, can you still try to cheat out on your agreemenet and sign a worker away from them?! Or will it block you? hurricanendp Posted May 1, 2007 Share Posted May 1, 2007 you can sign a worker to a PPA contract, but not a written. When you are offering a contract to the worker, you'll get a mesage saying something similar to "Due to your relationship with another company you cannot sign this worker to a written contract" If you do a non agression pact, you cant sign them full stop.
