Derek B Posted August 29, 2007 Share Posted August 29, 2007 From my experience, being Cult (instead of regional) allows you to negotiate with stars up to an overnes of B- (ish) instead of about C-. You can also gain access to PPV (up to Medium size from my experience) thought I've never seen any regional promotions get on PPV and lastly, you gain a good prestige boost by moving from Regional to Cult.
