NWA Pro Domination – Live on PPV (Setanta) Sunday, Week 4 April 09 This Sunday we saw a battle of titanic proportions, with Mick “Cactus Jack” Foley coming up just short in the fight with Randy Orton, who went on to raise the World & Extreme Titles above his head! Both men were bloodied, battered and bruised, but there was a definite look of sadness on Cactus Jack’s face. Is this the end for Jack, and What more can Orton achieve?! Good Friends….Better Enemies?? – Not for Dinsmore and Roode, the 2 Alliance members who fought over Roode’s US Heavyweight Title. After a skilled match, both men embraced in the ring, giving the crowd a moment to cheer as Dinsmore proudly raised the arm of his Alliance partner, The NWA United States Heavyweight Champion – Robert Roode! Bob Holly is the man of the moment…..He beat Chris Masters & Charlie Haas in the triple threat match, and immediately set his sights on World Champ – Randy Orton! Haas almost had the match won though on many occasions, as did Masters. A great battle. Goldberg also beat his man – “The Miz”…..will Goldberg now want a shot a Roode?? But where does this leave the Miz?! Travis Tomko, with Trish by his side also continues his route one approach through NWA Pro! He swept aside Sabu last night! Arguably the future of wrestling – Takeshi Morishima got the victory over Steve Corino…..is it time he steps up, toe to toe with Orton? Man, Doom look impressive. As does the veteran Randy Savage…… ……I can’t wait for NWA United States, Mondays on Setanta Sports Channel!

SUPER BRAWL! NWA United States – On Setanta Monday, Week 1 May 09 After last night, NWA Pro hit the airways with a slightly more slow paced show. Bill Goldberg gears towards Robert Roode at the end of the month, at Superbrawl, with a destructive victory of Gene Snitsky. Goldberg had to fight off Palumbo & O’Haire’s interference, but still got the jackhammer for the pin. The Alliance put the past month behind them with a superb tag team victory over Super Nova & Stevie Richards. Shaq & Bob Sapp battled it out in brutal “big man” match. Of course we had to endure Nick Hogan hit the ring to “help” Shaq cheat to victory. NWA Worldwide - On ABC Friday, Week 1 May 09 Cactus Jack was a man said to be finished, but he came back to Worldwide last night with a vengeance. He got in Orton’s face right from the first bell of the show. Backstage he challenged him to a tag team match. Orton had Tomko, and Cactus Jack had Morishima!!! We finally saw Orton vs Morishima, and Orton hit the RKO on him for the pin in the tag match. Morishima almost kicked out but couldn’t beat the count. Orton not only has Holly to contend with at Super Brawl, but now also Morishima wants a piece of him too! Bob Holly also battered Charlie Haas in preparation for Orton…… The 5 man Brood group led by Don Callis also caused destruction and DOOM! Week 1 – May 2009 The big news this week, the WWE has signed a multi year, multi million pound deal with the USA Network for a new TV show – RETRIBUTION! The show is said to pack all the action from the former RAW, Smackdown and ECW brands into one. We will bring you all the news from the first show when it debuts. Also TNA has signed up for ANOTHER TV show, TNA Darkness, incidently on the ABC channel, which also carries NWA Pro’s Worldwide. NWA Pro have signed a bumper contract extension with Setanta Sports, for the ‘United States’ show. It is rumoured to have been sealed for 6 seasons! There were rumoured to be other interested parties, but NWA Pro officials were keen to reciprocate the loyalty shown by Setanta, when launching NWA Pro. Speaking of NWA Pro, they are rumoured to have signed Claudio Castagnoli to a written deal. He is expected to appear on the United States Brand in about a weeks time. TNA Lockdown, which aired the same night as NWA Pro’s Domination PPV, was said to be awesome. Sting & CM Punk battled over the TNA World Title, with Sting once again beating Punk. Also Harry Smith overcame the odds to beat Christian Cage, and Brock Lesnar made short work of Bryan Danielson. IWA:MS are celebrating their continued success, with the announcement that they are going Regional, with a new TV Show, coincidently, entitled Retribution. PWG has also signed a local deal, with local networking to produce a new TV show. “The Edge” will debut soon.

Goldberg picked Ron Killings as his partner, who bailed when the going got tough. Goldberg took a beating and will now have revenge as another factor as he chases glory! Also the man known as “The Miz” challenged Mistico to a non title match and then beat him in the ring. Mistico took a beating here, and the rumours are that Mizanin is softening Mistico up for something….. Early in the show, the fans were shocked, as was BG James, when Kip Sopp announced a third man to the Outlaws Gang, and that man was none other than a man Sopp knows well…. Mike Barton!!! James did not look pleased!!! NWA Worldwide - On ABC Friday, Week 2 May 09 A superb week for Worldwide fans here. Randy Savage stepped upto the plate one more time against Randy Orton for the World Title, but Orton was just too good for the legend. Savage went up top to try and hit the flying elbow, but Orton simply rolled out the way and dragged Savage up for the RKO! Morishima & Haas took on the team of Tomko & Masters in tag team action, and Masters has gained the upper hand for Super Brawl with a submission victory over Haas. Morishima and Tomko were brawling on the outside, when Haas got locked into the Masterlock. DOOm also dominated the hardcore duo of Tommy Dreamer & Balls Mahoney. Week 2 – May 2009 An American Independent show, set up by Tracey Smoothers, saw Smoothers get a pasting at the hands of New Jack in the Main Event. Jake “The Snake” Roberts has been sensationally suspended for 30 days by NWA Pro management. Rumours started that hes back on Uncle Jack, but the trust of the matter is that he failed to show at the United States show. Homicide’s contract with TNA is up at the end of month, no word on possible options for the battler. NWA Pro’s upcoming WAR show is set to feature talent from both shows at this point. Expect to see cross brand matches, and maybe younger talent getting a push, regardless of brand. The other rumour is that NWA WAR will debut as a brand and aim to destroy the other two brands. Stay tuned on this one. On a side note, Nigel McGuiness is said to have signed a contract with NWA Pro.

I like this dynasty. It updates fast and it's effective because it doesn't mean you have to do extensive reading and lose focus. Although one thing scares me. And that is Bob Holly in a PPV main event :p How on earth did that happen anyway, sudden boost in popularity? Anyway, i'll be reading and keep up the good work :)

Roode agreed to the fight, but Snitsky would only get a title shot if he could beat Roode…… Roode was too good for Snitsky though, as he nailed the Roode-awakening for the win. Bill Goldberg ploughed through Nick Dinsmore (Roode’s Alliance partner) in preparation for Robert Roode at SuperBrawl. Also Mistico retained his Cruiserweight title over the debuting Claudio Castagnoli, who then took it upon himself to shatter Mistico’s knee with a steel chair!! In the biggest news of the night, Mike Barton, Kip Sopp, BG James & Ron Killings teamed to fight Kidman, Super Crazy, Super Nova & Stevie Richards…..only for a shocking twist…… Aparently, BG James is mad. He feels like Kip Sopp has cheated on him with an ex, and that ex is Mike Barton (Bart Gunn). So now BG James has got his “favourite ever” tag partner, Ron Killings to “rid us” all of the former Smoking Gunns. …..Here we come SuperBrawl. NWA Worldwide - On ABC Friday, Week 3 May 09 Only 4 matches took place this week, and what a superb four they were…. Bob Holly must be gearing up for SuperBrawl with some excitement, he rolled over Sabu for the 3 on Worldwide, whilst Randy Orton just managed to cheat his way to victory over Charlie Haas….. Also Travis Tomko, with Trish, continues his winning streak over Chris Masters….and now he wants the gold too!!!! Week 3 – May 2009 …A very quiet week, except for NWA Pro who are making strong footings for the debut of new show – NWA War….. ….Also with Super Brawl right around the corner, all preparations into the event are being made and being co-scrutinised with a fine toothcomb.

Mistico may have been looking like spending some time on the shelf after last weeks assault by Claudio Castagnoli, but last night he pulled another win out the bag. Speaking of “CC” he scored an impressive victory over Super Crazy, also Blade Hart retained his Pure Title over Stevie Richards. Also The Alliance battled the “Killa Kru” (James & Killings) and what a match it was! Killings and James looked slick, and then the fans erupted as Kip Sopp & Mike Barton hit the ring which distracted James & Killings to allow Nick Dinsmore to get the roll-up victory. Bill Goldberg & Mike Mizanin squared up to each other in a 15 foot high steel cage also….. Goldberg rolls into SuperBrawl with another victory under his belt…. Robert Roode watch out…. NWA Worldwide - On ABC Friday, Week 4 May 09 Chris Masters beat Carelli, led by Don Callis in less than 4 minutes on Worldwide this week, he’s impressive. Doom roll on, for yet another week, but an impressive debut by Nigel McGuiness with the evergreen legend, Randy Savage by his side. But Savage & McG fell short, when the mammoth Anoai destroyed the legend and the young rookie. Cactus Jack and Lance Storm drew ECW chants this week in a superb match – Storm looks good enough to return full time, in my opinion. Can Tomko be beaten?? Again he squashes his opponent, the victim this week – Tommy Dreamer. Bob Holly has Orton fully in his sights, after destroying the final hurdle before SuperBrawl – Masato Tanaka. Undoubtably, the match of the night – Morishima vs Haas for the TV title. Haas almost pulled off the victory, but Morishima had enough left in his tank for defense no.12. In the main event, Randy Orton humiliated Steve Corino by not only beating him, but striping him and tieing him to the turnbuckle. Week 4 – May 2009 …A very impressive Claudio Castagnoli is attracting the interest of the higher ups in NWA Pro. He defeated Super Crazy this week on NWA US, and is quite over with the fans. A feud with NWA Pure champion, Blade Hart could be in the offing. Austin Aries has signed an extension to his WWE deal. Petey Williams & Brent Albright are expected to do the same, as their deals are up for renewal soon. On a more humourous note, after his spell on American Gladiators in 2008, Hulk Hogan (TNA’s Colour Commentator) has been named by a recent wrestlezone poll as the best colour commentator in the business……Salt & Pinch, anyone? Nigel McGuiness told Dave Meltzer this week that he always gets pre-match nerves before debuting in a new promotion. This week Nigel McG debuted for NWA Pro on the Worldwide brand, alongside Randy Savage. …DON’T FORGET SUPERBRAWL – THIS SUNDAY!

Interesting world you've created for yourself Ego and a nice breezy read. You've got some interesting feuds running (BG James and Kip siding with old tag team partners is a nice twist for one) as well as a fairly unique style of working. The day Goldberg and the Miz hold a 'B' rated main event however... ;) Oh and congrats on the engagement.

Yeah Kip vs BG is gonna be good. I like this feud alot. I know you may be thinking ive edited stats, but this diary has literally NO edited stats for anybody, i wanted a wrestling world i could mould into my own. I didnt want to spoil it by doing edits. For example, Morishima came to NWA Pro as a lower midcarder, now hes just been promoted to Main Eventer, and has popularity at A* in places. Same goes for Robert Roode. I wanted the satisfaction of this.

NWA Pro SuperBrawl – Live on PPV (Setanta) Sunday, Week 4 May 09 We are fresh outta possibly the biggest pay per view of 2009 – SuperBrawl! And who would have thought a current TNA Mega Star would have come to town. The fans were flabbergasted when Takeshi Morishima layed down an open challenge to the world. Not by the challenge of the NWA TV Champion, but because of who answered. CM Punk. Punk debuted to an incredible ovation. But first, what about the 20 man hardcore Battle Royale! Nigel McGuiness pulled out all the stops to be crowned the winner, and surely now, a title shot must be on offer?? Mistico once again stepped upto the plate against the evergreen Sean Waltman who didn’t have enough in the tank to get the job done against the US cruiserweight champ. The battle between “the ex-s” rages on, even though the Killa Kru got the job done on the New Outlaws. Killings got the pin on Barton, and Killings offered the hand shake, but in came Kip Sopp with a chair…and things got messy….. Doom are possibly the most dominant tag team in recent history, not even Team Extreme could dent the armour of the, still, world tag team champions – DOOM! CHRIS MASTERS IS LEAVING TOWN!! WHOOOOOO! Haas got the job done, who now must be looking at whoever walks away tonight with the NWA World Title!! Masters on the other hand…..you’ll find him on NWA United States tomorrow night!! Travis Tomko is on a roll right now…and I bet that Trish Stratus wants some damn gold too!! Takeshi Morishima – NWA Pro vs CM Punk – TNA. WOW! And Punk couldn’t get the job done. And at the bell, Morishima’s hands were raised high into the air by the beaten Punk who then went onto tell the crowd that Morishima will become the new NWA World Heavyweight Champion!!! Roode vs Goldberg…..they pulled out an A* match, and Roode pulled out yet another victory! Heck, this mans good. Has he beaten all that the NWA US Brand has to offer?! Randy Orton made his 14th defense of the title in another A* match. Bob Holly brought all he had to the table, but it wasn’t good enough…. …What a PPV! We thought tonight would bring answers, but its only left us with questions! - What now of Chris Masters? - Will Haas go for Orton? - Will Morishima go for Orton? - Robert Roode – too good for the United States Brand? - CM Punk – what a job. Better check out United States on a Monday and Worldwide on a Friday….and heck, don’t forget the debut of WAR!!!! NWA US and NWA Worldwide go head to head!!!

And seeing you were the first man to predict you win a prize, i will let you choose 2 matches as part of the prize. Allow me to explain further...... I have signed a working agreement with TNA for talent exchange. Hence the debut of CM Punk at Super Brawl. NWA get CM Punk for 3 matches, and TNA get Gene Snitsky for 3 matches. So doing the maths, Punk has two matches left, right?? So, the choice is yours, pick two opponents for the Punkster and throw in the match type also....

I hope he break through his own glass ceiling though. For Product, we are mainstream, with 90% Match Ratio. Occasionally one of the stars will hype, but in NWA Pro, the matches do the talking and im proud of my product. Also guys, due to this being my birthday week, bday being Tuesday just gone and also getting Engaged on Sunday, i havent had much time, but have no fear, large updates coming thick and fast...

Blade Hart & “CC” cannot be separated in the ring at the minute, and both men seem to enjoy fighting each other!!! Hart retained this time though. The New Outlaws are on some what of a roll as of late, this time disposing of The Extreme Players. It must be said, Waltman & Moore tore the house down last night. New NWA Pro US star, Chris Masters watched on, as The Alliance teamed with Bill Goldberg to beat Team Hollywood and The Miz. You gotta bet Masters wants the US Heavyweight Title! NWA Worldwide vs NWA United States! And we got straight into the action as Mistico battled Sabu! No titles, only pride on the line! Mistico had the match one, but for Don Callis, who pushed Mistico off the top turnbuckle with Sabu clean out for the count on the mat!!! Next up! What a battle!! DOOM vs The Alliance!!! Fatu had Dinsmore down, ready for the Doomsday drop (Stinkface) only for Chris Masters to come to the ring!! He then proceeded to pull Robert Roode off the ring apron and maul him!!! The ref rang the god-damn bell!!! The Main Event of our very first saw Morishima & Cactus Jack team to face Charlie Haas & Randy Orton in a Cage of Death Match! And damn it got physical!!! NWA Worldwide - On ABC Friday, Week 1 June 09 Takeshi Morishima gears up for NWA Pro’s Extreme in just under 4 weeks time, with a dominant victory over Japanese superstar CIMA! He retains his TV Strap. Tajiri beat 5 other guys to win a shot at Orton next week! Once again DOOM dominate the Extreme duo of Bubba & Devon. Is there a man on more of a roll, than Travis Tomko?? Is it because he has Trish Stratus by his side?? Heck, who knows?! But I have a feeling that he is going to the top! Bob Holly couldn’t even withhold the giant Tomko. Sabu & Cactus….In a Boiler Room….Ouch!!! Randy Orton finally defends and retains his NWA Extreme Title. This time Haas comes up short…but I have a feeling that’s far from the end of the story for this one. Expect another haemorage of talent in the future weeks. THE OTHER BIG NEWS! – NWA Pro have gone GLOBAL!!! …Roddy Piper has also left the WWE. …The feedback on NWA pro’s Superbrawl has been sensational. Also NWA War has shown itself to be a battle show between Worldwide & United States. Scott Norton is rumoured to be retiring from in ring competition later this month. CM Punk debuting in NWA Pro sent the world spamming, until people realised, that this is a work, we expect Punk to make another couple of appearances in NWA Pro before returning to TNA. The fans were said to be wanting another 30minutes of action from him and Morishima at Super Brawl. Sean Waltman, even with a promise of a high card match, still managed to show late for NWA Pro’s US Show…. Many are speculating on Morishima – Orton – Haas at the June PPV NWA Pro – Extreme, or simply just Morishima – Orton, due to the nature of the promo poster (above). NWA have signed Asian star CIMA to an 18month deal. Expect him to promoto awareness in Japan for NWA Pro. NJPW have officially ended their Glory Days Tour. In Pro Wrestling Guerilla (NWA Pro’s) Development territory, Jack Evans & Sonjay Dutt (The Riot Act) won the tag team championships. Both men are under developmental deals with NWA Pro. NWA Pro have also signed the former Highlanders Tag Team to a development contract. Incidentally, many people are speculating, that PWG will be rebranded under the NWA umbrella.
