I read the order by phone and by money orders section but it only metioned checks and money orders ( obviously) but nothin about credit cards. If anybody could tell me i'd really appreciate it. Derek B Posted January 6, 2008 Share Posted January 6, 2008 The webstore is a secured internet connection, notice the "https://" at the beginning of those windows rather than the normal "http://". As such, it should be perfectly safe to use any credit card over that connection and in my few years here I've [b]never[/b] heard of anyone suffering any kind of credit card fraud. It may sound counter-intuitive, but with the card details going through the security online, you are far safer buying on the website than you are by dealing with a person. Sending checks and money to an address is fine enough, but giving your credit card details to someone would leave you far more open to trouble than through the "https://" connection.
