Moe Hunter Posted February 3, 2008 Share Posted February 3, 2008 I've tried quite a few UFC and PRIDE games, and have found them all to suck. Maybe I'm missing out on something, but single player was super boring, and in 2 player I could win in a matter of seconds without really knowing what I was doing. MightyDavidson Posted February 3, 2008 Share Posted February 3, 2008 MMArmy is a good online MMA game. It's not UFC of course but I've been enjoying it so far. The game lets you play the manager of a stable of fighters whom you recruit and train. Recruiting is a bit of a crapshoot, but so far I've had lots of fun. The UFC games do suck, PRIDE wasn't too bad, but I'd wait for the 360/PS3 UFC game as they are taking their time trying to devolop a solid MMA game. Not as good perhaps as the 9+ ratings it received from most reviewers but still pretty solid. Also if you're a fan of the ground game then the MMA mode in the Japanese wrestling game King Of Colosseum II on the PS2 is good, however the stand up striking mechanics in the game as a whole don't lend well to it, due to the Chest Puff block of dooooom. Don't even waste your time with this game.
