Now the Japanese Superstar looks to make an American name for himself by beating Remmy Skye. Skye who’s had a mediocre at best return to CZCW hopes that beating Bairei Yasujiro will mean a change in his luck. The Top Rope All Stars vs Mach 1 For the Coastal Zone Tag Team titles The Top Rope All Stars have not only beaten but disbanded the last team that sought to take the Coastal Zone Tag Team titles from them. Former champions Mach 1 hope to regain that which they have lost by beating the luchadors. Plague vs Snap Dragon Overhead Wires Match For the Coastal Zone Xtreme title Plague may have used up all his chance again Frankie Perez at the Coastal Zone Championship title but that doesn’t mena he still doesn’t have gold on his mind. In his pursuit of a belt Plague will face off against Snap Dragon in a CZCW Overhead Wires match. Plague has held this title on three separate occasions and looks to add a fourth breaking the three way tie between himself, Snap Dragon and Insane Machien for most reigns as champion. Stevie Grayson and Nathaniel Ca$ino vs Mr. Lucha III and Fox Mask Four top faces one top match. Grayson, Ca$ino, Lucha and Fox all have their sights set on being champions but now they must face off in tag team combat. The winning team may find some type of gold in their near future. Bulldozer Brandon Smith vs Hugh de Aske Smith holds a singles win over de Aske, while “The New Evolution” in pro wrestling has a tag win over “Bad Ass BBS.” Once more into singles combat the two warriors go. Can the momentum of his tag win help de Aske take a singles win over Smith or is the Bulldozer just too powerful a competitor? Steve Flash vs Matthew Gauge Ultimate Submission Match For the Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title After his best of seven series win Steve Flash has promised to dominate the entire roster. Every match he is in will be a title match. This means that Flash needs to make it through for competitors just to make it to this match. If for some reason Flash gets beaten, the victor will continue on in his place until eventually some one meets up with Matthew Guage. Frankie Perez vs Acid For the Coastal Zone Championship title Newly returned from his injury Acid picks up right where he left off. He gets another crack at the Coastal Zone Championship title. With two months off and only three matches before meeting up with now the second most dominant champion in CZCW the question remains does Acid stand a chance? Will his injury be healed enough for him to stand against “The King of the Indies” Frankie Perez? Prediction Key Remmy Skye vs Bairei Yasujiro The Top Rope All Stars vs Mach 1 For the Coastal Zone Tag Team titles Plague vs Snap Dragon Overhead Wires Match For the Coastal Zone Xtreme title Stevie Grayson and Nathaniel Ca$ino vs Mr. Lucha III and Fox Mask Bulldozer Brandon Smith vs Hugh de Aske Steve Flash vs Matthew Gauge Ultimate Submission Match For the Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title Frankie Perez vs Acid For the Coastal Zone Championship title

Remmy Skye vs Bairei Yasujiro -Bairei's a Main Eventer? He's not losing here then - I'll give him a run to a title shot, and then watch him sink slowly... The Top Rope All Stars vs Mach 1 For the Coastal Zone Tag Team titles -A feud to continue, but I like the All Stars as champs Plague vs Snap Dragon Overhead Wires Match For the Coastal Zone Xtreme title -Don't think Plague can go back to carrying this title straight away ina match that could really be the making of Snap Dragon as a force in CZCW now. Stevie Grayson and Nathaniel Ca$ino vs Mr. Lucha III and Fox Mask -I know Grayson's performing for you, and Ca$ino's getting pushed, so I'm confident of this one. Bulldozer Brandon Smith vs Hugh de Aske -Time for Hugh to start breaking out Steve Flash vs Matthew Gauge Ultimate Submission Match For the Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title -I think Flash will do the once round of the uppercard before dropping the title. Frankie Perez vs Acid For the Coastal Zone Championship title -I want to go for Acid... but can't.

From coast2coast.com CZCW TV has hit it stride with good shows over the whole month. They keep selling out the Gorski Ballroom and I’m always in the front row. This months build toward Battle on the Beach was intense and there were a lot of good matches. Another Day at the Beach Saturday Week 1 May 2010 The Top Rope All Stars over Team XDW – C- Nathaniel Ca$ino over Soul Taker – D+ Snap Dragon over Stevie Grayson – B Bulldozer Bradnon Smith over Lobo Solitario – D+ Remmy Skye over Mr. Lucha III – B- Frankie Perez over Plague – B Overall: B- TV Rating 3.52 The Top Rope All Stars looked good in their opener against Team XDW. The luchadors took a strong win in a match that was obviously dragged down by the still developing Aero and Blue. Soul Taker was no match for Nathaniel Ca$ino who controlled most of his match before finally pinning the veteran luchador. Snap Dragon and Stevie Grayson put on what could very well have been a main event level match up. Dragon showed why he’d fit well in on the Japanese Junior scene by integrating a lot of high speed mat work into his winning arsenal. A nice slow match to bring the crowd back from the intensity of Dragon versus Grayson, saw Bulldozer Brandon Smith totally dominate Lobo Solitario. Between horrible in ring chemistry and Solitario tiring before the end of the match, this definitely wasn’t a fan favorite. Remmy Skye and Mr. Lucha III put on an aerial show with lots of flashy flips and suicidal dives. The crowd loved it as the excitement for the night built. The actual main event lived up to the standards that with Plague getting a non title rematch from Surf Slam. The masked mystery put up another hell of a fight but he just couldn’t take out the reigning champion. Perez forced the tap out with the P-Clutch and added another win to his record. Another Day at the Beach Saturday Week 2 May 2010 Mach 1 over The Working Class Heroes – C- Stevie Grayson over Lobo Solitario – C+ Plague over Fox Mask – C+ Hugh de Aske over Nathaniel Ca$ino – B- Acid over Bairei Yasujiro – B- Steve Flash over Bulldozer Brandon Smith to retain the Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title – A Overall: B TV Rating 3.43 Mach 1 built some momentum as they took a strong win over The Working Class Heroes. Stevie Grayson regains some of his own momentum by dominating Lobo Solitario in a decent match. Plague prepares for Snap Dragon be beating long time Dragon foe Fox Mask. Plague had to work it to get the win in a match that wasn’t up to the usual standards of the Masked Mystery. Hugh de Aske and Nathaniel Ca$ino were the mid sow slow down match of the night and they did a good job of resting the crowd while still giving them a show. Ca$ino made de Aske work for his win as “The Lone Wolf” continues to impress the fans. Bairei Yasujiro may be moving toward the top of the card but he apparently didn’t have what it took to put out Acid. An odd match with a Canadian Super Junior and a Japanese Cruiserweight but they still put on one hell of a match. As Flash has stated all matches with him are for the Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title and so was this one against Bulldozer Brandon Smith. The two men put on one hell of a show and the fans were on their feet the entire match up. Smith just couldn’t put away the wily veteran but Flash certainly had his number. Flash locked in the Figure Flash Leg Lock and force the larger Smith to tap out to retain the title. Another Day at the Beach Saturday Week 3 May 2010 The Top Rope All Stars over Team Perfection – C- Fox Mask over Flying Jimmy Foxx – B Bairei Yasujiro over Nathaniel Ca$ino – C Frankie Perez over Mr. Lucha III – C+ Acid over Remmy Skye – B+ Steve Flash over Plague to retain the Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title – B- Overall: B- TV Rating 3.56 There was another win for The Top Rope All Stars to open a show. This time Dragon and Extraordinario took out Phenomenal E and Tempest Appleby of Team perfection, with extreme prejudice. Fox and Foxx put on a great match showing the fans the two Foxes of old. Fox Mask would take the win building momentum toward his tag match at Battle on the Beach. After his loss to Acid, Bairei Yasujiro looked to build some momentum in a win against Nathaniel Ca$ino. It was kind of an average match, mostly because of the awkwardness the two cruisers found in the ring. Following up the awkward bout of Ca$ino and Yasujiro was some total performance destroying chemistry between Perez and Lucha. Now Frankie Perez and Mr. Lucha III are such excellent workers that their bad match was still above average but it wasn’t up to either workers real standards. Perez took the win and the crowd still cheered. Having beaten Bairei Yasujiro, Acid showed that it wasn’t just the Japanese worker he could defeat. Acid beat Yasujiro’s Battle on the Beach opponent Remmy Skye in an intense high flying extravaganza. Steve Flash continued to steamroll over all comers as he beat former Coastal Zone Championship contender Plague to retain his own Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title. The match didn’t quite live up to the pre main event but it was still something the fans could sink their teeth into. After a lot of back and forth a Flash Bang laid out Plague who then tapped to the Figure Flash Leg Lock. Another Day at the Beach Saturday Week 4 May 2010 Mach 1 over Team XDW – D+ Mr. Lucha III over Lobo Solitario – C Snap Dragon over Masked Cougar – B+ Acid over Nathaniel Ca$ino – B- Bulldozer Brandon Smith and Remmy Skye over Hugh de Aske and Bairei Yasujiro – C Steve Flash over Stevie Grayson to retain the Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title – B Overall: B- TV Rating 3.45 Mach 1 beat Team XDW in what was even a blah opener for the tag division. Marc Speed and Air Attack Weasel still looked strong but it just didn’t cut it for the fans. Mr. Lucha III followed up the opener with an average match up as he took his own strong win against Lobo Solitario. Snap Dragon and Masked Cougar always aim to please and another great high speed match up drove the fans wild. Dragon eventually took the win building momentum toward his match with Plague for the Coastal Zone Xtreme title. Acid and Nathaniel Ca$ino had the slow down spot this week as they brought te crowd down from the intensity of Dragon versus Cougar. Ca$ino proved the could but on great matches with great competitors. He also proved that he had what it takes to make it as he actually gave Acid a run for his money, even though Ca$ino eventually took the loss. A rather disappointing main event level tag match was Smith and Skye beat their opponents at Battle on the Beach de Aske and Yasjurio. Smith pinned Yasujiro after some miscommunication between Bairei and Hugh. Steve Flash finished off the night with another great title defense against Stevie Grayson. The two Steve’s went all out in “Everyone’s Favorite Underdog” almost getting a pinfall after serving up some Sole Food. Flash would be the eventual winner, forcing Grayson to tap out to the Figure Flash Leg Lock, thus retaining his title.

From WrestlingNews.com Comings and Goings Sneaky masked Luchador El Serpente makes his way onto the Mexican wrestling scene. Also young Toronto native Kamikaze Christian Vars makes a suicidal splash on the American (north and south) scene. WLW begins picking up it's touring wrestlers for the Hellbound tour. Blood Raven, Rhino Umaga, and El Fuerza will all be added to the full time roster. PGHW starts the hiring process by brining in Wael Hossam, Jungle Jack and Oleg Dorosklov for the Unscripted Tour Young cruiser weight Arinori Inoguchi is added to the still growing EX2010 roster. With a full permanent roster they begin to bring in workers for their first tour. The Bad Habit tour will include Soul Taker, Nathaniel Ca$ino Big Smack Scott looks to spread his style of non-wrestling as he joins the 4C roster. Unemployed since leaving CZCW at the end of 2009, Capitao Brasil Jr. is finally picked up by MPWF. Known politicker Charron had his contract picked up by SOTBPW as a solid wirtten deal last month and his just now left his other engagement at MHW. To fill the spot left by Charron MHW hires Swarm II to join Swarm I. With Insane Machine injured NYCW takes on yet another long time CZCW worker Fox Mask to fill his spot. Not more than two weeks in the business and El Serpiente gets picked up by MPWF. Apprentcia Jr. spreads himself further over Mexico by adding WAM as his third obligation with MPWF and MHW. Leo Davis who’s worked two independent shows one in 2007 and one in 2009 has finally found a home although he won't be wrestling. Davis is now the new head booker for CWWF. In Japan 5SSW, WLW and PGHW all end their current tours which means Geena the Warrior Princess, Ashley Grover, Stephanie Wade, Suzue Katayama, Fox Mask, Soul Taker, Nathaniel Ca$ino, Roy Edison, Merle O'Curle, Rhino Umaga and Ketsueki Karasu (aka Blood Raven) have all left their Japanese duties. SOTBPW thought that Reaper Cicero was worth having around and to fulfill his new written contract he has left WAM. Asiatico looks to be taking some time off from wrestling as he leaves MPWF with no immediate prospects. Concentrating on his work in SWF, Jim Force gives up his spot on the USPW roster. In Japan Billy Russell does the same think leaving INSPIRE for archrivals BHOTWG. Oddly Russell is only ona touring contract with the big dog. The back office is not what DaVEs Shawn Gonzalez likes as he gives up his head booker position at CWWF to concentrate on the in ring extreme action. Titles The eight month run of Team Explosion (Shawn Gonzalez and Travis Century) as DaVE Tag Team champions was ended by Team Pride (Mainstream Hernandez and Hell's Bouncer). Since august of 2009 Daniel Black Francis has ahd a stranglehold on the 21st Century World title. Leo Price has ended that reign by taking his first title with the company. Nate Johnson has had 17 defenses since he won the NOTBPW Unlimited Action title in February but Edd regains the title to become a seven time champion, and envy of the family. Three weeks later Shooter Sean Deeley took the title from Edd. T-Rex held the USPW World title for a little over two months. First time Champion Primus Allen defeated him in the main event of USPW Americana! Giant Bam Bam Johansson and small flier Geoff Borne make an unlikely pair to take the UCR Tag Team titles from Ali Bloxsome and Evil Hnechman #1. Mabuchi Furusawa ends the very short reign of Toshinobu Taku as GCG Openweight Champion. This makes Taku's two month four defense win the second shortest next to Harumi Okazawaya's one day zero defense reign. In a match with Tommy Cornell that dragged down the whole TCW Legends card, Ricky Dale Johnson became a two time TCW World Heavyweight champion. This years BHOTWG Best of the Super Juniors is Mokuami Maita. This is his second win beating Sensational Dragon, Marihito Masuko and Washichi Inao in that order. BHOTWG Top Contender title jumped hands again this month as Nissho Yuasa took the title for the fourth time, winning it off Toyokuni Hardcore. Bam Bam Johansson becomes a two time UCR European champion winning the title off of Beast Bantom. At the final show of the BHOTWG Hellbound tour two of their titles changed hands. Toyokuni Hardcore, who lost the BHOTWG Top Contender title a few days earlier won the Burning Openweight Championship. Also the BHOTWG Junior division saw a change in figure heads as Kansuke Konda becomes the Burning Junior Champion for the first time. Injuries During his ladder match for the CZCW Coastal Zone Xtreme title, Insane Machine broke his ankle. All expectations are that he'll be out for at least two months leaving not just CZCW but also WLW and NYCW with an empty spot on their rosters. Tsurayuki Kamachi suffered a ruptured spleen during his match with Bussho Makiguchi on the GCG Day Zero Tour. He looks to be out for more than two months. On the one of the big shows for the INSPIRE Love to Burn tour, called Strong Emporer, young brawler Oda Yakuta suffered a semi-severed his spinal column in a match with Kalu Owusu. Reports are Yakuta failed to take a bump correctly and landed wrong. He will be out for about a year and doctors say he may never wrestle again. Media Taking a win over Anti-Authority at MPWF's big June show, young babyfaces Mustang Blanco Jr. and Lasomba Jr. have decided to team up as Team Roar. J-Remote one Pay Per View provider have inked a deal with PGHW to carry their big shows live on PPV. Not to be out done the very next day WLW signed a deal with provider Jade 237. After winning the UCR Tag Team titles Bam Bam Johansson and Geoff Borne announce they will now be known as The Lone Gunmen. Everyone's favorite backstage politician Charron called Jennifer Heat a bitch on Mexican national TV. Heat was pissed and one can only think what her boyfriend and top worker for SOTBPW Champagne Lover must be thinking. Whippy the Clown may not be what most people think of a NOTBPW athlete but veteran Eddie Chandler came out on popular Canadian radio show Wrestle Fanatic and said he respects the young face painted worker and what he has to offer the business. In an article in TCW Magazine manager Playboy Jake Sawyer talked about his favorite young stars. When he reached the topic of Kid Toma he called the Samoan a credit to wrestling, a true professional and a friend. Toshinobu Taku spoke candidly on Japanese television about wrestling for GCG. During the interview he talked about how he feels Samoan Rhino Umaga is getting the push he deserves.

The New York based has grown only slightly since we last took a loo at them in early 2007. The company has expanded its roster while keeping its old school feel. After CZCW’s hire of Steve Flash, NYCW has hired on a number of the west coast promotions talent. Right now Bulldozer Brandon Smith, Freddie Datsun, Nathan Coleman and Steve Flash are at the top of the NYCW barrel, keeping the main event strong and talented. Even with the all the young stars on the roster this is still The Stomper’s baby and with veteran Corporal Doom at the helm as booker it’s sure to stay that way. From coast2coast.com Not the best PPV in recent CZCW but still at least on par or better than CZCW TV and better than most other shows in North America, barring maybe NOTBPW. The return of Acid to a PPV was a great thrill for those who don’t get out to the TV tapings. The crowd was pretty electric all night especially with a nice start to the show. Match 1 Bairei Yasujiro over Remmy Skye The opener between Skye and Yasjuiro was a joy to the fans used to the lower card opening a show. The match started with Skye and the bad end of some high speed moves by Yasujiro. The Japanese cruiserweight seemed to have feet like lightning and a habit of spring boarding into the wildest moves. Skye took control over the middle of the match but Yasjurio seemed indestructible as he no sold more than half of Skye offense. Bairei turned it around in the end mounting an incredible come back until being felled by a drop toe hold. Remmy went up for the Skye Diver (Top Rope Flying Clothesline) and hit Yasujiro with so much first they both tumbled over and Bairei came up with a roll up and a handful of tights. The ref didn’t see and counted the three with Bairei Yasujiro stealing a win. Although the match was pretty even in terms of offense Extraoridinario’s performance really stood out in terms of skill. Air Attack Weasel brought the fans flashy high risk moves while his partner lent the macth some smooth seamless mat work. The two luchador champions brought a bit more substance with their flash but all in all the match was visibly stunning. Extraordinario Jr. hit the Siempre Peleando (Six Quick Kicks to stun the opponent followed by a Pele Kick) on Air Attack Weasel while Dragon and Marc battled on the outside. With the damage done Extraordinario easily got the pin on Weasel. The CZCW overhead wires match is always a fan favorite and this night was no different. The two coastal veterans went at each other tooth and claw trying to scale the steel structure to get to the belt. There was a lot of solid wrestling both aerial and technical but a few spots stood out to really make the match memorable. The first was Plague finding Snap Dragon laid out on the floor, balancing himself on the top rope and leaping to get his hands on the overhead wire. He used the rebounding pull from the overhead wire to slingshot himself over the wire and land a New Jersey Turnpike (Slingshot Corkscrew Legdrop) on Snap Dragon. Then of course the obligatory fall off the structure and then get hit by the opponents finisher as Dragon knocked Plague off the structure with a very well time Enzuguri kick only to follow him down with the Dragon’s Breath (Top Rope Flying Knee Drop). At one point even I was sure Plague was dead as he lay motionless and Dragon slowly climbed the structure to get the Coastal Zone Xtreme belt. They battled honorably but gave no quarter to their opponents. Each man had his time as the aggressor, staring with Fox Mask who took it to Nathaniel Ca$ino for a bit using kicks and a lot of rope assisted moves like spears and clotheslines. Mr. Lucha came off a tag and started his offense against Ca$ino using the traditional Lucha flash, Standing Drop Kicks, Standing Ranas and a few top tope moves. It was a missed second rope leg drop that allowed Ca$ino to tag in Grayson. Grayson went like a man possessed hitting kciks from just about any position his body ended up in. Kicks to the side, kicks to the legs and even a few shots to the head really running Lucha ragged. Not to hog all the action Grayson tagged Ca$ino back in and “The Lone Wolf” came at Lucha with a lot of high speed suplexes and drop kicks. Lucha got Fox mask back in who almost immediately turned it around until he was pushed off the top rope trying to set up the Fox Flip Off DDT. Ca$ino tired practically fell off the top rope himself but he managed to crawl over to tag in Stevie Grayson. Grayson hopped into the ring and prepared for Fox Mask to rise always keeping his eyes on the prize. When a stunned Fox was finally on his feet Grayson hit Sole Food (Super Kick) and knocked the taste clean out of the masked wrestlers mouth for the pin. Smith may be the only heavyweight on the roster but that doesn’t mean that he can’t move like a lightweight and with an arsenal of brutal forearms and elbows as well as his ability to pull a snap suplex out at an time gave de Aske a lot to contend with. The truth is that de Aske is just as good a stand up fighter as Smith and even at his smaller size he took and delivered a lot of blows. De Aske however is stuck with a strictly American style brawling offense while Smith can mix it up between big soup bone hits and the Japanese Puroresu style hits he is known for. And size did have it’s advantages as more than once a de Aske suplex that would have taken over any of the rosters smaller workers just couldn’t get Smith off the floor once he readjusted his center of gravity. Still both men got some offensive in but a tired de Aske was obviously on his last leg when he brought hte chair in from the outside laid out Smith and got himself disqualified before walking off. Steve Flash is refined, ring aware and a wily veteran who although he may have lost a step in terms of speed, his timing and precision make him a tough opponent. Gauge learned this the hard way by taking a loss to Flash in this ultimate submission match for the Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title. The problem with this match is that some one forgot from the last time that these two have absolutely no in ring chemistry and it took what could have been a great match of skill versus skill and made it a match of covering up awkward starts and stops. Now the match was still a good deal better than a lot of drek I’ve seen passed off as wrestling but not really worth PPV time. It was an even back and forth with both men getting a submission early on but instead of getting the usual last minute submission for the win Flash took an early Figure Flash Leg Lock (Raised Figure Four Leg Lock) and then played a crafty defensive game not allowing Gauge to get him near submission hold and running out the clock. King Rating: C+ Match 7 Frankie Perez over Acid To retain the Coastal Zone Championship title The main event and the return of Acid to the title scene was a great match. Acid obviously worked out his ring rust with his handful of matches over the month before meeting Perez in the ring for his postponed shot at the Coastal Zone Championship title. Perez hadn’t been sitting on his laurels with big matches against the likes of Stevie Grayson and Plague, Frankie seemed more than confident at the beginning of the match. Acid came out in the beginning on fire launching himself at the champion full force, using his whole body as a weapon. The confidence on Frankie’s face was soon replaced by rage as he tried to fight back against the relentless machine of an enemy that was Acid. The masked machine played a hit and run game of running drop kicks and slingshot move to keep Perez off balance, but the champ was only biding his time. Acid came in for a slingshot huricanrana but Perez grabbed his legs and spun Acid around like a helicopter and then launched him half way across the ring. Perez was on top of Acid in a flash and let of a flurry of brutal forearms to the face to wear Acid down. The match went back and forth like this the rest of the way but Frankie Perez would eventually become the winner when Acid pancaked missing a Frog Splash and Perez quickly seized on the opportunity to lock in the P-Clutch (Camel Clutch w/Knee to Back) and forced Acid to tap out. From CZCW.com news page Contract renewals were sparse this month as Kashmir Sing, Flying Jimmy Foxx and Insane Machine all signed new contracts. The big news on the Coast is the announcement of the Coastal Zone Television title. The TV title will be defended on every episode of Another Day at the Beach. The first two competitors will be announced for during the show listing for the next month.
Sorry for the delay on things. Me and the little woman bought a house and are selling our Co-Op so we've been packing and running ourselves ragged. We move next week some time and this was the first free time I had to do some writing and posting.
From coast2coast.com .July’s string of Another Day at the Beach had a rocky start. With members of the lower card finding a spot on TV and handful of awkward chemistries it definitely wasn’t the best month for CZCW. The debut of the new Television championship went off pretty well and it looks like it will really give the undercard some time to shine. Another Day at the Beach Saturday Week 1 July 2010 Lobo Solitario over Kashmir Singh for the Coastal Zone Television title – B- The Top Rope All Stars over Team XDW – C- Masked Cougar over Soul Taker – B- Steve Flash over Phenomenal E to retain the Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title – C- Mr. Lucha III over Inca Jr. – C+ Plague over Fox Mask – C+ Overall: C+ TV Rating 3.18 I for one didn’t expect it but the lowercard came out of no where with an incredible match. Kashmir Singh and Lobo Solitario put on a great first match for the Coastal Zone Television title. The masked loner took the match and became the first champion. The Top Rope All Stars took a strong match against XDW to build more momentum for their next match up with Mach 1. Masked Cougar prepared himself for his Pure Wrestling title shot at Wave of Fury. Cougar had to fight for it but he eventually took the win over taker. Phenomenal E really was totally overshadowed by Flash who dominated. Flash can usually drag a good match out of anyone but Phenomenal just didn’t have a good match in him, even with great chemistry with Flash. Mr. Lucha III took a hard fought win over Inca Jr. in an above average but not great secondary main event. Lucha stood out as looking good even with the even offenses. The main event was a well below main event level match between Fox Mask and Plague. Fox just hasn’t been able to bounce back from his time out and now Plague who usually puts on great matches with just about everyone couldn’t make it work. Plague put Fox away about twenty-two minutes in with a New Jersey Turnpike (Slingshot Corkscrew Legdrop) for the pin. Another Day at the Beach Saturday Week 2 July 2010 Lobo Solitario over Daredevil Aero to retain the Coastal Zone Television title – C+ Acid and Bairei Yasujiro over Frankie Perez and Remmy Skye – B- Nathaniel Ca$ino over Soul Taker – C Steve Flash over Fearless Blue to retain the Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title – C- Bulldozer Brandon Smith over Masked Cougar – C Matthew Gauge over Stevie Grayson – B+ Overall: B- TV Rating 3.41 Lobo Solitario made his first defense of the Coastal Zone Television title against Daredevil Aero. Aero was off his game for the evening but luckily he had pretty good in ring cohesion with Lobo. Solitario stood out as being the better worker even though the match panned out pretty evenly. A main event level tag team match saw Acid and Bairei Yasujiro take a win over Frankie Perez and Remmy Skye. Acid took a pin on Remmy Skye and it seems thus far that tag team competition is the only way he can beat Frankie. Nathaniel Ca$ino showed that he is ready for his title shot for the Coastal Zone Xtreme title by beating Soul Taker in a singles match. Steve Flash totally dominated Fearless Blue but again even with good ring cohesion he couldn’t drag Blue to even an average match. Bulldozer Brandon Smith worked to get a win over Masked Cougar in an average match, that definitely wasn’t worthy of a CZCW secondary main event. This could have been because of whatever the doctors had to come to the ring and check out Smith for after the match. The pretty good chemistry between Matthew Gauge and Stevie Grayson pulled the show up as the two put on yet another stellar match up. Gauge proved to be the better performer or at least the cannier one. Grayson went for the Sole Food (Super Kick) on a seemingly stunned Gauge, but Matthew hit a drop toe hold and caught Stevie right in the Ion Stretcher (Stretch Muffler) to force a tap out. Another Day at the Beach Saturday Week 3 July 2010 Lobo Solitario over Phenomenal E to retain the Coastal Zone Television title – C- Masked Cougar over Jonnie Perez – D+ Snap Dragon over Extraordinario Jr. – B Fox Mask draws Soul Taker – C Frankie Perez over Remmy Skye – B Steve Flash over Mr. Lucha III to retain the Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title – A Overall: B+ TV Rating 3.45 It may be me and I hate to say it but maybe Flash is losing his touch. Lobo Solitario took Phenomenal E to what I would call an almost same rated match. And unlike the good in ring cohesion with Flash, Phenomenal E had awkward chemistry with Solitario. The masked loner retained his title pinning Phenomenal E. Jonnie Perez dragged down yet another match and was booed by the fans again and again. It came as no surprise when the dominating Masked pinned Perez. Snap Dragon and Extraordinario Jr. put on one hell of the midcard match. The crowd enjoyed the match so much they were chanting for more by the end. Dragon finally took the win giving him some momentum going into his title defense. With Smith injured Fox Mask and Soul Taker took up the slack. They may have had bad chemistry but the draw gave way to the announcement that Mask and Taker would meet again at Wave of Fury to settle the score in place of the Smith de Aske match. Frankie Perez and Remmy Skye put on a great secondary main event giving the fans even part intense striking and sensational aerial moves. Perez proved while he’s still champion by forcing Skye to tap out for the win. The main event saw Steve Flash and Mr. Lucha III put on another great show for the fans. Lucha stil couldn’t manage to take the win when it counted and Flash retained the title after pinning Lucha who was out from the Flash Bang (Hot Shot). Another Day at the Beach Saturday Week 4 July 2010 Lobo Solitario over Cal Sanders to retain the Coastal Zone Television title – B- Mach 1 over The Working Class Heroes – C Stevie Grayson over Soul Taker – C+ Steve Flash over Flying Jimmy Foxx to retain the Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title – B- Remmy Skye and Mr. Lucha III over Bairei Yasjurio and Matthew Guage – C+ Acid over Extraordinario Jr. – A Overall: B TV Rating 3.54 Another great undercard Coastal Zone Television title match saw Lobo Solitario beat the other half of The Working Class Heroes Cal Sanders. We had again a surprisingly good match and Solitario’s third defense of the new title. Cal Sanders went right into battle again and this time the match was less impressive although no less a loss. The Working Class Heroes took the loss to the Mach 1 who build some momentum going into their title match against The Top Rope All Stars at Wave of Fury. Stevie Grayson took a strong win over Soul Taker in preparation for his Xtreme title match up. Steve Flash took out his former partner Flying Jimmy Foxx to defend his Pure Wrestling title one more time. Foxx and Flash had great chemistry in the ring and it really picked the match up to uppercard level. Remmy Skye and Bairei Yasujiro replaced Bulldozer Brandon Smith and Hugh de Aske in their tag team match up. The match wasn’t really up to the main event level that these workers are at or even the secondary main event level but it still satisfied the crowd. Remmy Skye pinned his nemesis Bairei Yasujiro to bring his team the win. Extraordinatio Jr. put on one hell of a match against Acid. Even losing Extraordinario didn’t fall behind pace for Acid who usually comes out of matches against none main eventers really standing out. Both masked workers had an even chance of offense but Acid ended up putting Extraordinario away with the Acid Rain Bomb (Swandive Senton Bomb).

He won the new Coastal Zone Television title at the first Another Day at the Beach of the month. SWF The Supreme Challenge saw two title changes. Big Larry Wood takes the World Level Streetfighting title from Silver Shark to make himself the first ever three time champion. Jesse Christian who lost his title at the Supreme challenge was interviewed on the internet radio show Backstage Wrestling. He spoke about his loss and Joey Minnesota's win. He called Minnesota a credit to wrestling and said he and Joey were good friends. USPW showed a new team on the scene, teaming up Hollywood Brett Star and Happy Elwood as Forces of Nature team. He spoke very fondly of Valiant saying that he and the young star will always be Loyal friends. Rip Chord’s Mid Atlantic Wrestling has done very little growth since it’s opening in 2005, exclusively holding shows in the Mid Atlantic region. Their shows have been consistent over the years but have had very little in the way of improvement. The biggest problem is that when MAW’s workers finally reach the main event they get stolen by one of the bigger companies including Rip’s Son Jay who signed with his father’s company two weeks after his debut and then got picked up by TCW just over a year later. The only long time worker in the main event is Mainstream Hernandez who holds the company up with Freddie Datsun, Frankie Perez and Hugh de Aske. From CZCW.com News Page Usually we give you the month in review after the big event in the early part of the next month but this month we need to give you everything you need to know before. With negotiations started late and a breakdown the our PPV company we have moved Wave of Fury off until Friday. If a settlement can’t be reached by then Wave of Fury will not be shown on PPV. Worry not fans you’ll still get your chance to watch albeit some time after as CZCW will be now putting it’s shows up on the very website for internet delivery into your homes. The second bad news is that last night at NYCW Final Appeal Stevie Grayson was injured in his main event tag match with Matt Sparrow against Rick Sanders and Jungle Jack. Grayson has suffered a major concussion and well be out for just over a full year as he recovers. We wish Grayson well and his spot on the roster as a valued member will be waiting for him if and when he is ready to return. This news however leaves an open spot in the four man ladder match for the Coastal Zone Xtreme title at Wave of Fury. We have yet to decide who will fill the slot so make sure you head out to Utah Reservation Park to see. Finally Jonnie Perez, Inca Jr. and Air Attack Weasel have all had their contracts renewed. From coast2coast.com The crowd looked thin last night not even close to able to fill the venue. The change of date and the lack of the show actually being a PPV must have kept people away. I guess it’s too bad for the folks who didn’t make it out, as they missed one hell of a show. From top to bottom a great event although the secondary main event eclipsed the main event so some fans left a little early. Match 1 Fox Mask over Soul Taker Fox Mask and Soul Taker put on their usual good match regardless of their total lack of in ring chemistry. The match was intense mix of flying and high speed chain wrestling from both men. Soul Taker took the early part of the match using as many underhanded tactics as he could to keep Fox Mask from gaining any momentum. A missed Frog Splash gave Fox the opportunity to get some offense of his own. The momentum switched back and forth a few times until Taker went up for a top rope move and got caught out by Fox. A stunned Soul Taker got the finger and then a Fox Flip Off DDT (Top Rope DDT w/ The Finger). King Rating: C+ Match 2 The Top Rope All Stars over Mach 1 To retain the Coastal Tag Team titles The second match of the night was probably one of the best matches we’ve seen in quite some time. The luchador duo of Dragon Del Arcos Iris took on CZCW’s longest running team of Air Attack Weasel and Marc Speed. I would call the match smooth as silk if asked for an analogy, which I know I wasn’t. Marc Speed and Extraordinario Jr. opened up the match exchanging blows for a bit before turning up the speed to eleven. A lot of back and forth until Speed hit the triple suplexes sending Extraordinario for a loop. Extraordinario was then trapped on the wrong side of the ring for a bit as Marc Speed and Air Attack Weasel tagged in and out taking full advantage of the five count before getting out. Extraordinario got away after dodging a soldier block to the corner by Speed. The hot tag brought Dragon Del Arcos Iris Jr. in and he cleaned house. There was some more back and forth between the two teams with everyone getting a few good shots in. Dragon Del Arcos Iris got the win by hitting the Dragon (Modified Arabian) Press on Air Attack Weasel to get the pin, and retain the titles. As with most ladder matches things seemed quite a bit out of control as ladders and bodies were flying everywhere. The four men put out everything they had in this intense show of aerial skill, and the fans loved every minute of it. A ladder mat is generally known for its high spots and this one was no exception. Lobo Solitario took himself and Nathaniel Ca$ino out toward the end of the match when Solitario laid out Ca$ino on a ladder set up from the ring apron to the guard rail and then hit him with the Full Moonsault (Moonsault where he moons the opponent first). With Ca$ino and Solitario out the end of the match was all Snap Dragon and Plague. A lot of back and forth went on up until the end when Dragon hit Plague with a stunner from the top of the ladder and then climbed back p to retrieve the title. Skye and Tasujiro fought what can only be called a more subdued match for these two as they worked to give the crowd a break from the intensity of the last match. Remmy was known more for his flash during his first run with CZCW but his substance has obviously caught up. Between Remmy and Bairei the amount of moves pulled out during the match were near uncountable. Bairei took the tainted win against Remmy Skye in their meet up at Battle on the Beach and this time Remmy’s win wasn’t so much due to his own skill as it was to the fact the ref caught Yasujiro hitting Skye with the ring bell and called for the DQ. Cougar has grown significantly in the areas of pure mat wrestling and high speed chain wrestling but as evidenced by his loss he just hasn’t learned to make his opponents submit. Now Cougar was far useless in the ring and although he never got a submission of his own he managed to hold Flash to only one. The even match saw both competitors throw each other around the ring over and over again as they tried to soften their opponents up for a submission. Flash got his one and only submission late in the game at twenty-five minutes in by hitting the Flash Bang (Hot Shot) and then immediately following it up with a Figure Flash Leg Lock (Raised Figure Four Leg Lock). To start Lucha and Gauge have an incredible in ring chemistry that helped make the match stand out. The match started out with Gauge trying to lay in a few power moves on Lucha, but the small luchador was able to keep put of the way using his speed. Mr. Lucha III made the first real offensive knocking Matthew Gauge off his fee with a rope assisted running Dropkick. Lucha kept the bigger man on the floor with s series of Dropkicks, Sentons and even a Springboard Moonsault. It took Gauge awhile but he was finally able to power himself off the floor and change his assault to a high speed technical game with Suplex and Bulldogs to keep the flying Mr. Lucha off balance. The match continued to switch momentum back and forth with Mr. Lucha showing that he learned a lot from his intense technical battle with Steve Flash. The end of the match came down to Gauge and Lucha scrabbling around from hold to hold on the mat trying to slip their opponent into a submission move. Matthew Gauge would be the eventual winner by finally locking in the Ion Stretcher (Stretch Muffler), but Mr. Lucha wouldn’t tap he just wouldn’t give in and submit. Mr. Lucha III would however lose his air and fail to raise his arm after three drops and the ref had to call for the bell. The match up was still good and Perez and Acid beat the holy hell out of each other as they attempted to make sure the other couldn’t rise from a ten count. Acid came out of the gate like a man possessed launching a flurry of blows against Perez. After softening up the champ Acid went into a series of different Suplexes ending in a overhead throw from a Belly to Belly. With Perez on the floor Acid went up for the Acid Rain Bomb but it just wasn’t enough to keep Perez down for more than five. A frustrated Acid came at Frankie again but his intensity made his assault a little sloppy and a Drop Toe Hold grounded the flier and Perez was on top of him in a flash with repeated blows. Perez dished out his blows and tried to put Acid out with a Brainbuster Suplex but it wasn’t enough to keep the masked machine down for more than six. The momentum went back and forth a few more times with Acid being down twice more for a five and a seven count and Perez flirting by rising at nine after two more consecutive Acid Rain Bombs (Swandive Senton Bomb). After putting Perez down again Acid went up for another Acid Rain Bomb but Frankie kipped up and as Acid came down he kicked him in the stomach. Totally winded Acid was easily scooped up by the power of Perez into the Perfect Parity (Ultimate Fisherman's Buster) the final straw which kept Acid down for ten and gave Perez the win. From coast2coast.com Well folks Jack King of the Ring coming at you once again with a review of this month in CZCW TV. All I can say about this month’s batch of Another Day at the Beach is that we saw three solid shows dragged down by bad main events. Things build up to Coastal Erosion quite steadily although they left out the Coastal Zone Television title becaue the camp was in the running for another title. Another Day at the Beach Saturday Week 1 August 2010 Mr. Lucha III draws Matthew Gauge – B+ The Top Rope All Stars over Team XDW – C- Remmy Skye over Lobo Solitario – B- Snap Dragon over Nathaniel Ca$ino – A Acid over Masked Cougar – B Steve Flash over Bairei Yasujiro – C+ Overall: B- TV Rating 3.43 After losing to Matthew Gauge at Wave of Fury, Mr. Lucha III takes Gauge to the limit in a great opener. The match ended with a double count out as both men just went at each other on the outside and the ref couldn’t get them back in the ring. The Top Rope All Stars followed up the opener by totally dominating Team XDW for a quick win, in which both Dragon and Extraordinario came out looking incredible. Remmy Skye beat the Coastal Zone Television champion Lobo Solitario to build some momentum going into his third match with Bairei Yasujiro. Skye and Solitario had a great in ring cohesion which made the match great despite the total lack of selling and weak psychology. One great in ring chemistry was followed by another as Snap Dragon and Nathaniel Ca$ino put on the match of the night in a very well worked bout. After a great match from the midcard I was sad to see that the uppercard and main event just couldn’t live up to the same standards. Acid and Masked Cougar still but on a good match with “The Masked Machine” taking the win headed toward his steel cage match. The main event saw Steve Flash and Bairei fail to make the grade as a main event. Flash took the win with the Flash Bang (Hot Shot) and then was all she wrote. Still a great show but the last match really let the fans down. Another Day at the Beach Saturday Week 2 August 2010 Plague and Nathaniel Ca$ino over Insane Machine and Lobo Solitario – C Mach 1 over Team Perfection – D Snap Dragon over Masked Cougar – B- Bairei Yasujiro over Fox Mask – B Frankie Perez over Extraordinario Jr. – B- Steve Flash over Mr. Lucha III – A* Overall: B+ TV Rating 4.12 If the opening match is any indication for Coastal Erosion then either Plague or Nathaniel Ca$ino will be getting the next title shot. Not the best match from some of CZCW’s top workers but it was still good for an opener. Plague pinned Lobo Solitario to get the win. Team Perfection continues to drag down match ratings as they take a heavy loss to Mach 1 who continues to look strong as they go after the Coastal Zone Tag Team titles. Snap Dragon and Masked Cougar put on a great match that the crowd really got into. Dragon took the win but he had to fight for it. If Dragon can’t bring more against a competitor like Steve Flash he may very well lose his title. The match between Bairei Yasujiro and Fox Mask was used to cool the crowd off a bit from the intensity of all the other matches. They put on a great show which could have been made better if there wasn’t a bit of no selling here and there. Extraordinario Jr. showed why he is moving up the uppercard even though he took a loss to Frankie Perez. The crowd was fully behind the masked luchador but the outcome of a Perez when was not totally unexpected. Steve Flash and Mr. Lucha III put on another match of the year candidate as the man event for the show. There was an intense mix of high speed technical work and death defying flying that the fans just went nuts for. Mr. Lucha still just hasn’t been able to put Steve Flash out when it counts as he was taken out by the Flash Bang (Hot Shot) for the pin. Another Day at the Beach Saturday Week 3 August 2010 Remmy Skye over Soul Taker – C+ Mach 1 over The Working Class Heroes – C- Bulldozer Brandon Smith and Mr. Lucha II over Matthew Gauge and Hugh de Aske – B- Snap Dragon over Plague – B+ Steve Flash over Extaordinario Jr. – B Frankie Perez over Insane Machine – C Overall: C+ TV Rating 3.98 Remmy Skye and Soul Taker started off the show by having Awkward chemistry in the ring. Skye took the win to help build himself toward his final bout with Bairei Yasujiro. Mach 1 had to work for a win against The Working Class Heroes in a definitely subpar match. Air Attack Weasel got the pin on Cal Sanders to secure the win for his team. Two of Coastal Erosion’s singles matches merged to form a tag team bout. Smith and Lucha teamed up to beat Gauge and de Aske. Overall the match was good although de Aske seemed a bit off his game for the evening. Bulldozer Brandon Smith pinned Matthew Gauge to get the win. Match of the night Snap Dragon and Plague put on an aerial show. It seems the crowd has really been getting into these slower paced matches in the middle of the card, but who can blame them with competitors like Dragon and Plague. Current Coastal Zone Tag Team champion Extraordinario Jr. showed his stuff once again by taking it to Steve Flash, even if he didn’t get the win. The last match was another disappointing main event that was barely better than the tag match and definitely worse than the opener. Sadly it wasn’t even because of bad chemistry or either competitor being off for the evening Again the fans left some what disappointed this time after Insane Machine was forced to tap out to the P-Clutch (Camel Clutch w/Knee to Back). Another Day at the Beach Saturday Week 4 August 2010 Bairei Yasujiro over Plague – B The Top Rope All Stars over The Working Class Heroes – C Bulldozer Brandon Smith draws Hugh de Aske – B Acid over Nathaniel Ca$ino – B Snap Dragon over Mr. Lucha III – B Steve Flash over Insane Machine – C+ Overall: B- TV Rating 4.04 Bairei Yasujiro and Steve Flash couldn’t pull out a good main event on the first show of the month but Yasujiro and Plague ha a great match to open the last show of the month. The match was a nice well paced match getting the crowd prepared for the rest of the show. Bairei Yasujiro took the win over Plague to gain just a bit more momentum for going after Remmy Skye one last time. The Top Rope All Stars worked for a win over The Working Class Heroes. Extraordinario Jr. pinned Cal Sanders for the win. “Bad Ass BBS” and “The New Evolution” put on another great match with some intense brawling. The two were so intensely after each other they didn’t make it in for the ten count as they hammered at each other outside the ring. Nathaniel Ca$ino proved he had enough substance or at least play to some one else who had more substance that flash by taking a loss to Acid. The match gave the crowd a rest from the intense match preceding it but didn’t fail to live up the CZCW standards of greatness. A three match streak of great matches was ended by Snap Dragon beating Mr. Lucha III. With his win Dragon looks like he will be really stiff competition for Steve Flash. The crowd was revved and ready to go and sadly the show peaked at the secondary main event. Insane Machine just wasn’t ready to be back in the ring and Steve Flash’s performance stood out as being good. Flash caused Machine to tap out to the Figure Flash Leg Lock (Raised Figure Four Leg Lock) for the win.

From WrestlingNews.com Comings and Goings This month Americans "Mr. Dependable" Remmy Honeyman and "The Terminator" Buzz Reid come on the scene. And in Japan the PGHW dojo graduates "Rock Solid" Mashashi Urogataya. BHOTWGs collects its touring wrestlers for the Stay Hungry tour. These workers include Mr. Lucha III, Akima Brave, Billy Russell and Jack Giedroyc. Enforcer Roberts, Merle O'Curle, Snap Dragon and Eddie Peak sign on for the GCG The Edge tour. As his popularity rises Steve Flash is more in demand. He adds MAW to his list of duties along with NYCW and CZCW. CZCW Brings back Angel De Mexico, who has spend the last 10 months unemployed since leaving the company. Jeremiah Moose also returns after leaving in mid 2007 over drug controversy. New comers Jared Johnson and Hollywood Bret Star have also been added to the CZCW roster. Miguel Marquez replaces Mr. Lucha III over the MHW roster. USPW and NYCW share a lot of the same roster and with the acquisition of American Machine, USPW continues that trend. With the growth of INSPIRE the upstart company starts by starting a second announcer in Monzaemon Ouchi. Primus Allen the USPW World champion left the company, vacating the title. Rumor is he felt he was too big for the company want to concentrate on his SWF and CGC careers. With his BHOTWG tour coming up Mr. Lucha III decided that four were too many obligations for him. He has decided to stay with CZCW and OLLIE but has left MHW. Joey Minnesota has gotten a little big for his britches and left SWF instead of renewing his contract. They may not ask him back even if he wanted as he never dropped the SWF World Heavyweight title to anyonebefore leaving. Joey is gone but with no home to go to one can only wonder if some one will actually pick him up. With only four years in the business Hijo Del Relampago has been making a name for himself. He feels this name puts him above working for MHW although after leaving the company he has no place to go. Titles The first show of the 5SSW show saw the veteran team of Bitch Slap (Megumi Nakajima and Lioness Mushashibo) beat the less experienced team of the Dynamite Duo (Saori Nakadan and Yuma Maruya). Bitch Slap becomes the second team to hold the title a record three times, sharing the honor with All Business (Raku Makuda and Tomoko Nagatsuka). Veteran Dark EAGLE appears to have one more title run in him as he becomes a three time World Level Show Stealer champion. He takes the title from fellow three timer Kazuma Narato. Hypnos picks up the EX2010 Wolrd Heavyweight title from Takesi Umehara. It was exactly one month ago that Umehara won the title on the company’s first show. Frank de Pain adds a third UCR European title reign to his resume defeating the much large Bam Bam Johansson, how has held the title twice himself. Masaaki Okazaki who's been with INSPIRE from the beginning won his first King of Fighters title beating two time king, Tasuku Iesada. Freddie Datsun adds the USPW National title to his list of achievements. He beat Nevada Nuclear to being his first reign as champion. The Macho Men team up for the first time and win the EX2010 National Tag Team titles from The Stunners. Labertino Jr. and Apprentica Jr. pick up MHW National Tag Team titles, vacated when Mr. Lucha III left the company. On the same night Asiatico picked up a win over Hijo Del Relampago for the MHW World title. After an Impressive two plus year run Slim V has dropped the QPW TV title back to Nathan Black who becomes the first ever two time champion. Freddie Datsun was unable to add a second title to the number of belts he held in USPW. Neveda Nuclear beat Datsun for the USPW World title. Datsun earlier in the month beat Nuclear for the USPW National Title Yuma Maruya became two time 5 Star All-Asian champion, ending the thre month reign of Lioness Mushashibo. Judo Gold Medalist Oleg Dorosklov defeated two time PGHW Historical Japan title holder Buddy Garner to win same said title. Washi Heat breaks his own record becoming the six time PGHW International champion. He pinned four time champ Chojiro Kitoaji to gain the honor. Harley Neil becomes a a two time MOSC Blood & Beer champion. Neil was the first man to ever hold the title when it debut in November of 2005, although then he held it under the name The Juicer. Trading off yet again Hypnos takes the WLW #1 Contender title from Young Boy Sayuki, making him a six time champion. Not three days after Young Boy Sayuki takes the title back to end the WLW Hell Bound Tour. Lobster Warrior takes the DaVE Brass Knuckles title from Shawn Gonzalez to become a two time champion. Ivan Ivanoff makes himself a three time 21st Century United Kingdom champion by beating Stevie Stoat. The thrown together team of Ronnie V. Pain and Freddy Huggins takes the TCW World Tag Team titles from Double Trouble (Joe Sexy and Rich Money). Injuries In a tag match with Matt Sparrow against Rick Sanders and Jungle Jack, Stevie Grayson suffered a Major Concussion. NYCW whose show it was as well as CZCW and MAW will lose his services for over a year. Jack Giedroyc beat Mario Heroic and Chris Caulfield to retain the DaVE Unified title but in the process he strained his back. Doctor's say he can work through it but it's not recommended. Tasuku Shinozuka couldn't quite get a win over Young Boy Sayuki for the WLW #1 Contender title. What he could get is a broken collar bone and about three weeks off. Tyson Baine (aka BLZ Bubb) was injured in a good match against Owen Love on an Episode of NOTBPW Throwdown! The minor spinal injury will keep him out of action for two and a half months. Three days after injuring Tyson Baine, Owen Love himself was injured. The Can-Am Blondes successfully retained their NOTBPW Tag Team titles but Owen suffered a Semi-Severed Spinal Column during the match. He'll be out for well over a year and the titles will likely be vacated. PGHW's Nobuatsu Tatsuko injured himself retaining the PGHW Glory Crown against Yoshimi Mushashibo. The three week injury is far from career ending but as Tatsuko hit fourty one wonders if he will start being injured more and more. Media DaVE and INSPIRE both sign new PPV deals with USA Free Choice and Jade 237 respectively. Next Season SOTBPW will debut Television and TCW will begin Wrestling Night. BSC saw the successful formation of a tag team in Officer Goodhead and Alexis Lee Littlefeather. The team now known as The Void beat Hollywood Magic on their first outting. Former, and first ever, EX2010 World Heavyweight title holder Takesi Umehara teamed with Eguchi The Amazing as The Macho Men and won the EX2010 National Tag Team titles in their first match. Two winning pairs formed two official teams in the same night at MHW. New MHW Tag Team champions Labertino Jr & Apprentica Jr. are now a team as are Heavy Metal Anarchy & Rafael Ruiz. Owner of BSC Honey Golightly was seen in the audience of a boxing match on the vegas strip paling it up with wrestler Sister Beth Mercy. Rumor is the two have become fast friends, spending a lot of time together. INSPIRE adds itself to the truly national scene of Japanese wrestling along with BHOTWG and PGHW. The upstart promotion has made huge strides in the past few years and will likely look to expand it's roster.
