Young Lions

So I was looking through the database and noticed that one thing you can set under the Database Info section is something called Young Lions. Its only set for Japan. I have some inkling that this has to do with how the Japanese promotions bring through young workers, but what exactly does it do?

The young lions setting pretty much means that you cannot put younger workers over established veterans, as the fans won't buy it since in Japan most rookies spend their first few years either wrestling other young lions in short, fairly basic opening matches or jobbing to established workers. I think if you made a young lion beat a more established worker it would end up hurting both workers popularity or momentum, whereas if you did it in the US (ala Randy Orton the legend killer) it is a way of establishing the younger talent and increasing their popularity.
